When I first got these light I thought they were the bomb and they were for a whole week, then they stop working, I notified the LuminaBrigh, they told me to clean the solor panel which was not durty. VERY UNHAPPY AND WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACE, that I would hope work. Paid 162.00 for JUNK

Bought 3 solar lights, one never worked and the two others stopped working after 3 weeks. Called customer service and agent gave me instructions as how to open the solar plate and reverse the battery. Her exact words were "some of the batteries were put in backward". Discussed this with two male neighbors that said if the plate cracks when pressure applied to the screws it would destroy the light. Called back and recording said to call back all agents were helping other customers. I have tried to reach customer service for weeks and all I get is the recording. I wanted to give the information that my neighbors gave me. I have tried now for the 3rd week and now the 30 day money back guarantee has expired. This was a waste of my money and it will be a waste to anyone else. This company also makes the consumer pay for the return cost... even if it was a defect in the product? This company may as well have put a gun in my ribs because they are thieves STAY AWAY FROM LUMINA BRIGHT UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

I purchased two of these and I had one that no matter what they told me to do, would not work. Today they sent me an email saying I had to pay the return postage to send it back and I had to write a message telling them why I am requesting a replacement. They sent me a defective product! I paid for this in good faith! I am so upset about this. I'm not sending it back I'm putting it in the trash and buying something else. I bought these back in March and have tried everything they told me to do. These people are despicable! Buyer beware.

Bought 16, half did not work, they don't answer the phone, wanted me to negotiate a partial refund with keeping the remainder... slowly other did not work. I returned them all for full refund. Do not buy these... bad service, bad product. Returned all at a loss of shipping cost. Full refund.

Very bad purchase!

Ordered 3 lights, 2 did not work right from the start. Two replacements were sent, 1 worked. Within 24 hrs. The 1 working one not longer worked. I requested a free shipping return label for the defective lights. I was told that most customers decide to take the 65% refund and you get to keep the defective lights. In order to get a 100% refund, minus shipping, you have to actually return the lights at your cost. Right now I don't have any working lights and am out $50.00, I took the 65% refund because I did not have ALL the original boxes required.

I ordered the Lumina Bright solar yard lights five (5) weeks ago and have been completely happy with my purchase. This was the first purchase I have ever made online without ever reading the reviews before I ordered. I waited till after the purchase and then began reading all the negative reviews. Well, after reading the reviews and reading every complaint that after contacting LuminaBright. The customer was told to clean the battery contacts. After receiving the solar lights, I read the directions and installed my new outdoor lighting system in various areas of the yard and every light worked great for three (3) weeks. Then I had one that stopped working, then two, then three. So, I removed the four screws on the back of the solar plate, removed the battery only to find that a bed of ants had populated and accumulated white specs of food or it was their eggs because there were a bunch of tiny black ants inhibiting the battery connection with the contacts. Anyway, I removed any insects and/or debris, I gently cleaned the battery contacts and the light works as if it is brand new. Please guys, be a man! Don't be so dramatic about a minor defect in the product. A real man could have fixed the problems they are having instead of crying about the problems. #1 They don't make things as good as they use to and #2 Not too many products today are made in the great USA.(We voted to Make America Great Again So, Lets Keep America Great for as long as we can) This was probably an American company operated by an American and marketing and selling a foreign made product to provide for Him/Her self and their family.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We redid the exterior of our house so we wanted to light it up. We needed about 30 lights but being a cautious tightwad we ordered 10 for starts. They worked beautifully--at least for 3-4 day, we liked them enough that we ordered an additional 20. BUT, before the second order arrived the first 10 started to fail, 2 were inop, then the next night another, then 2 nights later another 2. I emailed customer service they asked me to remove battery, clean both ends and reassemble, sure enough they worked but only fpr a few days them they quit again.
They did offer to reimburse 65% of purchase-they wouldn't pay freight if I sent them all back! I took the 65% but largely out of frustration and need to move on! I am getting pretty good at disassemble/reassemble. I even tried dielectric grease which seams to help a little.
SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY! Any suggestions on where to find good landscaping lights? Home depot? Lowes? Others?

I felt these may have merit as they were advertised on a reputable web site. Was I WRONG. These lights are total CRAP. Not worth the time to open up and set up let alone have in my yard. Total garbage. They offered the 65% discount, when 100% do not work at all why would I leave this garbage in my yard. Stupid offer and worthless lights. Stay away, don't waste your time and I wish I would have seen these comments sooner. :(( (

Just a few months ago, February 1,2019 in particular, I ordered 10 cool white yard/mountable lights for $279.95, as well as the 11th one at such a fantastic promo price of just $25.00. Who could resist?
I also ordered the 10 pack of garden lights for $36.95. With taxes and FEES of $20.52 and shipping of $8.95 the grand total was $371.37.
We are completely re-landscaping our yard and want to include lighting for the shrubs, trees and house accents. I intended to use these lights as an opportunity to see just what the effects would be before installing permanent wiring of the lights we wish to use and possibly give the solar lights to our daughter since she's also interested in lighting her house as well.
I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the lights which was timely. A nice large box, very well packed arrived and I opened it up; professionally packed, which gave me a level of confidence, even though I DID READ several reviews, all mixed compliments and complaints, but figured by sheer volume I could get the desired results.
Upon opening the box one mountable light was broken in half and did not work; I'll consider that one the "promo" light. I still had ten more to try out.
I stuck all the lights in the yard for an entire day of sunshine in South Florida to get them charged. That evening I turned them all on (which some already were as you can't tell what the position is, and they're supposed to be "off" for a proper charge) to start placing them around.
Initially, everything looked great. However, the next night one mountable went out... and over a short week to ten days EIGHT more went out. To date (5-1-2019) I still have two of the mountable style, and nine of the garden lights are still working.
By the way, I was in Walmart yesterday and happened into their garden center and saw what appeared to be the EXACT same garden lights for $. 79 CENTS each! I didn't even go to the ones that looked like the mountable ones... why?
Did I ever call the company, or try to return them? NO, not after reading many more negative reviews like mine.
On the upside, they lasted long enough for me to determine the final layout, so at least I got some useful result from them. Plus, the bubble wrap is of the highest quality! Just so this review is validated, I am furnishing the email confirmation of my purchase. Good luck, and BEWARE!

First received the wrong color lights, customer service won't even respond. Plus 4 out of the 6 lights doesn't work. I will be telling everyone all over social media do not buy this trash. It is a scam.

STAY AWAY from this company. Getting a return email is a joke... took days. They wanted me to disassemble and rub the contacts and then let it sit for a few more days. I live in Las Vegas. I think we get enough sun for these things to work. I saw one of the units work for one day and the other one never worked. They are cheap and pure crap. The light they emit is weaker than what is pictured for sure. TOTAL SCAM. So they send me essentially broken units and then tried to offer me a 65% refund. Are you kidding me? Then after about 5 emails they finally gave me the address to send them back but provide no label. So I am no out the shipping cost TO me and over $9 to send back. I'm going to try to fight through my credit card company. Just wish I had seen this website first before I bought from these scammers!

I bought three. I have plenty of sunlight but no light is emitted from these "things" after dark. I tried calling, hung on for 35 minutes, then got cut off. The company can't be reached.

I ordered these lights initially to highlight trees on my property. I received four of them, all of them worked on day #1, but since then two died. I tried to open the case to change batteries... impossible. Based upon my experience, and the fact that there was no "contact us" information in any of the boxes, I've decided to lick my wounds, pitch all four of them, and go to my local Home Depot for other options. My experience is consistent with others posted here so STAY AWAY... DON'T FRITTER AWAY YOUR MONEY as so many others of us have.

I saw this advertised on Facebook and it looked like just what I was looking for. I ordered the warm light, and they shipped the cold light. Through email, I have now twice received a promise of the correct replacement with a tracking number, and neither time did they go good on it. Now, the original cold light has stopped working altogether. After picking it up to investigate why, the plastic broke, so the light broke off and is now hanging from the wires. CHEAP PLASTIC, extremely fragile and stopped working after about two weeks.
