I was excited to receive my solar lights and after a day of charging i went out and only 4 of 12 worked. I called customer service and they said to open up the battery compartment and wipe off the terminals. I was game until I found that they are glued shut. I called the next day and they said they would send me replacements. I received those and had the same issue. I now have 20 lights and only 4 are working. I asked for a refund and I had to send the lights back which cost about $45 UPS ground. The customer service person said she was aware of the issue and that a lot of people are returning them as they are faulty. Why are they not checking them to insure they work. Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS! I bought 10 and put just one out to see how they worked. Here's what I discovered. First, they do no illuminate anything like the promotional materials show. These photo's are doctored. The first light came on but was quite dim, so I put another one out. This light also worked but the illumination was still pretty faint. After a couple of days, I put two more lights out and they were all working. My wife and l left town for 5 days and when we returned, the first two lights had stopped working. The next day, the third light stopped and, finally, two days after that, the forth light stopped working. So, in less than two weeks, we experienced 100% failure rate. I called customer service and was counseled to take the lights apart and try to clean the battery contacts. WHAT? After two weeks I'm already having to take the things apart in an attempt to fix them? I told them I wanted to return them for a full refund and asked if they would send me a return label. They said they would not be sending the requested return label and I informed them that I would mention that in my review. This product is worthless and I wish I had read the previous reviews before making the purchase. It would have saved a lot of time and effort. STAY AWAY!
I purchased 2 sets of these lights & worked for 2 days & quit working after that. These lights are a total disappointment & worthless. After trying to locate an address or phone number I discovered all of your customers reviews has the same issues. I expect a response & a full refund of this worthless product.
I purchased 5 of these solar lights and all five worked first 3 days. I have one working at this time. Water proof, not 100%... I picked one up to check out possible answer to see why it was not working... water ran out from the battery area? I plan to replace the batteries to see if that works... if not then I will caulk it up to bad decision and will check into getting my $ back! Over all I would say it is not worth the amount of money they cost and underground wired landscape lighting would be worth the money! Unsatisfied customer here for sure... and would advise not to buy!
I ordered 5 of these lights on May 20 and just placed them in my yard about a week ago. Anyway, only one was working after 2 days! I have read several of others reviews today, and feel stupid that I did not read them prior to ordering. Anyway, I am writing to the Ohio Attorney General and filing Internet Fraud on them if I do not get a full refund, and suggest everyone write as well.
What a rip off this product is... i ordered 6. They offered me half my money back. So i agreed and now one week later 5 don't work. I have one working light... this company needs to be investigated for the scam they are... read the reviews!
I purchased 5 lights in April that worked for 2 days and then stopped. I called the company and the lady had me remove the batteries replace them and then put the lights in the sun. They still did not work. I had to change the batteries and still one did not work. When you call they put you on hold and then after 20 or 30 minutes hang up on you or tell you no one is available and hang up on you. Order # 3BF063B370 PLACED 04/17/19. An expensive lesson $174.50. Beware of ordering online... buy local.
I purchased 5 lights in March. Currently none of them are working. I paid $159.00 for junk and I can not get them to respond to me by email or phone. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I ordered 4-7 LED light fixtures and got 4-4 LED light fixtures and the one I tested worked when it came out of the box and quit working after the first use.
This product is garbage.
Then the company wants to refund 60% of my money and I get to keep the fixtures that don't work.
I wish I could exchange the 2 lights that don't work because the 2 lights that do work are great. I tried emailing but upon reading reviews I would like some help... please help
We need to force this company out of business because the lights are garbage! Most don't work and you have to pay to return them. Once I paid to return them, I never got a replacement. They don't have a phone contact and their email support sucks!
7 out of 10 lights stopped working after 2 days of full sun. 2 lights I have not put out yet but still a very bad product.
I have had these lights for a couple months. After 6 weeks they stopped working. They told me to clean contacts for batteries. I did and they lasted 4 weeks. Lights are out again. Probably the worst $70 that i ever spent. It is a scam, dont buy, no customer service, no one cares if your lights work, they have your money and are happy you bought. Dont expect any help. Throw than in thash unless you dont mind cleaning the batteries every month. Im too old too deal with it. Mine are free if you want to come get them before next burn season
Answer: Am I talking to a LuminaBright employee or a person that bought the lights? It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?
