My daughter had her years 6 graduation and ordered two dresses in November 2023, the graduation was in December so there was time to receive the dresses, after several back and forth emails we are still waiting and it's January 10th 2024 no dresses, no refund and no store credit,not that I would use the store credit as we don't receive the items so it's pointless. Please do yourself a favour and don't order from this site….
Ordered a dress and found out it wasn't getting delivered at all till I emailed them. Customer service is terrible and they don't care to help you

I made an order almost about 2-3 months ago. They charged my card, and a few weeks later, not even reaching out first, I got an email that my order is cancelled due to the fact that the dress is out of stock (even though it is most certainly not and it was available to order online). They say 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Its been about 30 days since, and i still didn't get it. I contacted the support team, they quickly answered and said it will be 2-3 more days. Didn't get it till this day.
Stupidily enough, I made the huge mistake to order from them 2 additional dresses right after the first order was cancelled. It wasn't shipped either. I was assured it will be delivered by dec 22,2023 by the support team. It wasn't.
I contacted them again. The rude representative said that due to complications, they would like to cancel my order. I said yes, so I could at least get my money back, and than she said that they will be able to ship the dresses within 72 business hours. I obviously declined since this order was made 2 months ago. Still didn't get refunded for anything. O dresses for me, 200$ dollars for NOTHING to lucy in the sky. Shame on you
Highly recommended! The dresses I purchased were amazing in quality and really beautiful. When I had issues with the delivery customer support were very quick and efficient
I purchased over a MONTH before it was delivered. It didn't even ship for weeks until after I had moved out of my old house, so it was going there with no way for me to change the address. They didn't notify me when it was delivered, the package was left on the front porch of my old house and is now missing. I never even received the package or my Christmas dress! If their shipping wasn't absurdly long I wouldn't have had this problem to begin with. $85 down the drain.
The dress I received looked nothing like the picture. The seams were different and even if I got the right size it looked lumpy and unflattering. Very disappointed for a dress that's 100$
First off, I ordered a dress on October 24 and did not receive it until a month later. Then, when I took the dress out of the package, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. It looked so cheap and poorly made. Next, when I returned it for a refund, I only received store credit. This is useless because I will NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!
My first time ordering from this store. I ordered 3 dresses for my daughter and all 3 were beautiful, but too small. I requested a return and sent them back. In the meantime I ordered 3 more dresses a size up to ensure they would fit. They did not! I was about to return the last 3 dresses when I saw they credited my Lucy account instead of refunding my original payment method. When I reached out they said that a dress being too big or too small or changing our mind was not a good enough reason to have my original payment method refunded. So now I have $200 in store credit and 3 dresses that I cannot use. I don't plan on ever ordering from them again. I basically just wasted $400. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. As an online site they should be more accommodating since we are not at their store to try on the dresses. If you want nice dresses with a great return policy shop at Lulus. Expensive lesson learned!
Cheaply made damaged! Customer service is sneaky and will waste your time trying to run you around instead of actually helping. Had to open for a refund
I purchased a holiday dress for a work party for the first time from this company. The dress took 2 1/2 weeks to get to me and when I received it I was SO disappointed in the quality. It's so cheap for the price. I also followed their recommended sizing chart and ordered a M. I'm 5 2 and 130 for reference and the dress was SO SHORT. I can't even bend over or raise my arms up without my $#*! cheeks coming out. Immediately reached out about returning and a refund as I wouldn't be able to get another dress in time and they said they don't offer refund, only store credit. So now I'm out almost 100$ or I have to order another garbage dress that probably won't fit. What a waste of time and stupid policy. They say "it's in the fine print" of course but nowhere did I see anything like that when I ordered. What a scam!
Ordered dress 8/25. It is now 11/21 and still no dress and needless to say, way past the date and occasion I needed it for. They will not refund you. Only give store credit. At this rate I really don't want to use my store credit to shop at this store along with everyone else! Although I may just purchase something-anything and then donate to Goodwill….that way they are not sitting on my money collecting interest. Greedy $#*!s. Included is a picture of the dress I never received.

They are the worst to work with. I have ordered twice and both times the dress never shipped, I never got a refund, had to file with my credit card company to get my money back. They will say your dress will ship on such and such date, that will come and go, you will never hear anything about it shipping late. When you submit a help request they will reply saying sorry, your order is delayed to ship and will now be shipping at another date way in the future. They are such a bunch of liars. None of my daughter's friends got their dresses in time for hoco. Don't buy from them unless you want to waste your time and money.

I was order dress for my daughter. They say that will send me tracking number when they ship the order. Which is never happened. After 3 emails to them finally respond with apology and say that they give me my money back in 10 day. After 12 business days never received the money. Then I emailed again same store apologized and say that will do refund in 5 days. Never happened, this is scam! Don't order from them!
WORST customer service EVER. Agent is arguing with me over a dresses LATE arrival and refusing to give me a refund rather than store credit. I will NEVER order from them again and suggest others avoid like the BLACK PLAGUE. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

We have purchased multiple dresses each year for the last four years. Last two years service has been poor and very disappointing.
Following this years purchase, the shipment date changed by 2 weeksand we won't get the dresses in time for homecoming, and no option for a refund only store credit. It's sad that a business is quick to take your $$ and less interested in ensuring they honor their shipping agreement. Didn't even notify us of the delay, we had to follow up with them repeatedly. Looking to purchase elsewhere from now on.

They have a terrible return policy and are unwilling to work with the customer. I gave them many chances to make it right and it happened multiple times. If you have a tall girl in your family the sizing runs short. Shop elsewhere. The quality and customer satisfaction should be better. You should be a company that stands behind your product and name.

I ordered an item WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED IN TIME, therefore something else had to be bought in replace. When it finally arrived I sent back for a refund and they will not refund my money! Poor customer service and big scammers!

Ordered dresses on 8/24. Was supposed to ship out 9/25. My Homecoming was on 10/14. It's now 10/18 and dresses have still not shipped out. Everyone knows by now LITS does not refund only store credit. It's a risk you take to get a dress for a special occasion with the thought that you will keep one and return the other for store credit…….BUT I DIDN'T GET EITHER DRESS ON TIME. Here's the other catch. They give store credit for each individual dress rather then a combined credit. Guess what? You got it….they only allow you to use ONE of the store credit's per order. So for those of you who haven't taken economics…Basically, they are investing our money in an aggressive fund or stock. So this money grows a lot over time. They are making millions of dollars and paying a seamstress $0.20/ hour. That's.20 CENTS AN HOUR and giving us a store credit. All while they sit on your money as it continues to grow and we wait patiently for a dress that never comes and we are out of our money because they won't refund us. Pretty $#*!ty Lucy in the Sky

They do not ship on time or give refund. If you need something by a certain date please don't risk ordering from this company. No customer service, only automated messages. Very unethical company
I would've gave negative 100 stars if I could. When we went to purchase the dress which was needed by specific timeframe for a dance, they gave an incorrect/dishonest estimated delivery of 5-7 business days. We ordered this dress three weeks in advance for when we needed it. A week and a half goes by so I go to check my e-mail for status update and there's nothing. I reached out to the company and they tell me, "this dress has an estimated delivery date of October 17th and the order cannot be expedited". I ordered the dress to be exact on September 20th and needed it by October 5th at the latest. Due to the fact they gave a dishonest delivery date before I purchased it, I ended up getting screwed over. They could've sent an e-mail informing me the the estimated delivery date was way off base from what I was first quoted but I had to reach out and ask questions to find out what was going on, rude and discourteous. When I express my frustration calmly and made it clear that I cannot accept that date, they said I can't pick out a dress under the category, "ships within 24 hours". What do you know, the same exact dress that I tried ordering the first time was in that category and when I called them on being shady crooks, I got no response. I demanded a refund and was certain I would never be a customer after this shady experience. On a live chat, because they were barely responding via e-mail anymore at this point, I was told that the refund date from October 2nd would take 10 business days to process. That timeframe had come to pass so then I demand answers and threaten legal action, so they change up to, "it will take 10-13 business days to process" As you could imagine, I'm livid at this point and don't with their games. I go in live chat again demanding a phone number to a manager because this is an escalation, I threaten again with legal action, they briefly respond then close out the live chat.
BUYER BEWARE, I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF I WERE YOU, THEY ARE BEYOND CROOKED AND SHADY. Save yourself the grief and headache.
