Huge let down

We ordered 2 dresses for homecoming dance, but we ended up canceling 1 dress 1 day after. 3 weeks later still no refund and no update on the 1 dress. We contacted customer service. They forgot to do the refund. And also to find out the dress is not coming for another 2 weeks, which means a week after homecoming dance. If we didn't contact them we would not have known and be way screwed for the dance. We can't order anything now because the dance is in 5 days. They royally screwed us. I will never order or trust them again.

Bad Customer Service

I ordered two dresses, only one of them came. I needed both of them for a very important ocassion, when I reahced out to them they took a very long time to respond and weren't clear on what I asked. So, I reached out again and they never responded. Very disappointed.

Sent me the wrong dress

They sent me a completely different dress and take a million years to reply to one request. They won't even send the dress I originally ordered. Don't even bother getting a dress from here. It'll come wrong and you have to pay twice as much for a dress you don't even want.
I ordered the cut out dress and received the other dress. Completely different

Ridiculous how long it takes to get the product. If you order something it take 1 month or longer for them yo pack it up. Then you've to wait for it to be delivered

Never shop here

I ordered a dress for my daughter for Homecoming. The dress didn't come and I got an email that said I would be refunded but it has been about 20 business days and have never been refunded. I have tried emailing them but never hear back. I will definitely be telling all my friends and my daughters friends to not shop there.

Senior Year HOCO Disappointment
October 9, 2023

I ordered the "perfect" dress for my daughter's senior year homecoming. Ship date was 10/5, a little late, and as of today, 10/9, I still haven't received it. I was on a mission to learn how I can find out the status in hopes that it was already shipped, but it wasn't. Lucy in the Sky online boutique is very difficult to get in touch with. A person can email for a response within 24 hours, or wait until 11 am PST to do a live chat when they're "open". A phone number is nowhere to be found. Low and behold, Jeselle D. Checked my order number and said my daughters dress won't ship until November 3. The order was placed on 9/20, it said it would ship on 10/5, which was already pushing it for a dance on 10/14. So today, reaching out hoping it's on its way, I'm told it'll ship 11/3 and they can give me $25 store credit if I choose to wait for it. I said that doesn't help my situation, this is the dress my daughter wanted. So then I'm told that I can choose an off the rack dress and that it takes 24 hours to ship (as long as it's before 1 pm PST, except it's 1:30 pm so that's doesn't help either) and then they can do a 2 day expedited shipping which I have to pay for. So essentially we wouldn't get a 2nd choice option until maybe Friday. Wow. I just wanted to warn other moms and girls out there that this company isn't able to deliver on their purchases and not only that, but if they don't deliver, they don't even notify you that it's being delayed. This is horrible service and such a huge disappointment for a young girl in her senior year. Lucy in the Sky clothing boutique offered one solution that wasn't going to work out, but that's all, nothing else. I'll be canceling my order and sharing this however I can. We will not order from Lucy In The Sky clothing store again. The one thing that would have made the biggest difference, email me and let me know. Then I would of had time to order another dress for my daughter.
And for the record, this isn't the end of the world. My daughter is not spoiled or entitled, but these moments are fleeting and she deserved to get this dress that she wanted. There are a lot of online clothing boutiques popping up that can't deliver the product or the quality is so bad, this is one of them.

Never shop here! If you are planning an outfit for an event you will never get it in time - everything is apparently on "pre-order" and you are not told until you purchase it and they ship your order out a month later! I deliberately ordered in advance and their shipping estimate was in my timeframe... but dont be fooled.

The customer service was very good and quick responses to my emails when I reached out about a package which said delivered by FedEx with a picture but it wasn't my front step! They handled the issue by reshipping me right out new dresses with no cost after we had a few emails back and forth to resolve the issue. This made me extremely happy since it wasn't their fault or mine. It was ultimately FedEx. I appreciated their customer service and will definitely continue to shop with them

I have ordered dresses from here twice and the shipping time is totally off. My other dress was a couple months late and I believe that that is unacceptable. I have gotten it and it is a lovely dress but the shipping really needs to be sorted out. I tried to order again giving them another chance but it has been more than a month off the timing it was meant to come. I have already asked for help but they didn't do anything about it. I have just sent another email and I hope that they actually help this time.

They RUINED my daughter's homecoming! My daughter order two dresses TWO MONTHS in advance of her homecoming, shipping date of September 19th. She had to email the company (2 weeks before homecoming dance) when she didn't get a shipment confirmation. The response she received told her they were experiencing a recent increase in volume of website orders, NOT HER PROBLEM as she had placed her order August 19th, and that they make all styles in house and the styles she selected were delayed! We are currently dealing with their bull$#*! of STORE CREDIT instead of an actual refund, her order NEVER SHIPPED! I would guess based on their $#*!ty customer service, which is all through email, the dresses were never made. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Fixed my return & got me a speedy refund!

I ordered 2 dresses and neither fit. There was a mix up with my return on my end and therefore was only credited for 1 dress. I decided to use the chat to see if it could be resolved and Elizabeth R. Was extremely helpful! After showing some proof I did return both dresses, 10 minutes later I had my store credit. Thank you!

FURIOUS!

I do not even want to give not even one star as the customer service has been horrible! Ordered dress two weeks ago and it has been caught up at Fed ex warehouse and they are not releasing it due to problems there they are having. Fed ex said they would ship it back to sales and not recipient, as it has been past the arrival time it was supposed to be shipped. Said Lucy in Sky would have to file a claim and there was nothing I could do at this time. So now my daughter is without a homecoming dress the week of her homecoming and I'm being told my money cannot be refunded nor can they rush a dress out to me until they get dress back from Fed Ex. I am beyond frustrated and will not recommend anyone to order from there.

Dress is absolutely stunning

The dress is perfect and even more stunning in person. I love the sequence on the straps and slight amount of shimmering details. Definitely a must buy. You can use a white or silver shoe with it and dress it up or down. Also the customer service was quick and efficient. I used Apple Pay and it made it ship to the wrong address. I used the websites chat feature and they were able to immediately fix it.

Mi PEOR experiencia, la peor del mundo. Los productos son horribles, la calidad espantosa. Ingresé a comprar por curiosidad y todavía no puedo salir de su sistema oportunista porque no me devuelven el dinero. Afirman que lo establecen en forma de credito para futuras compras y nunca lo hacen! No me responden las consultas. Esto es ROBO, deshonestidad total!
