This dress fits so well in every way. I literally love it so much. The sequins does get everywhere though.
I reached out through email when I hadn't received tracking info 4 days after the initial email said my order would ship. I received an email back giving me a few options; I could cancel my order for a refund, I could order a dress that was on stock and they would add a $25 store credit to my account, or last I could wait for the dress I ordered to ship and they'd still give me $25 store credit. My daughter really liked the dress so we decided to wait. I responded with that answer and immediately received an email with the store credit. The dress actually ended up shopping 2 days later which I received tracking for and it arrived today. My daughter is very happy with it and plans on wearing it for homecoming.
Fits perfect! Seems to be nice quality. Bought for HOCO! I only wish I would have waited a week because the dress went on sale and was $30 cheaper. Business does not give price adjustment, which is a bummer.
After reaching out to customer service I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and easy to work with the company is!

We have had nothing but problems with this company. Dresses ordered with an estimated shipping date a month away (still in time for our event) didn't ship on time. When I called they said it would be another month. I was given no notice. Had I not called, we wouldn't have known. I had to order a new dress and hope it arrives in time. That dress dropped $30 in price the day after purchase and they refused to price adjust even though we were only having to purchase that option due to their mistake. This is not the first time we have had shipping/return issues. I know several others that have had similar situations. I would advise anyone to use caution when ordering through this company.

While unfortunately my dress was unable to be shipped in time, customer service was good at helping me solve the issue. I do however wish I would've been notified that the company was experiencing delays.

These clothes are extremely poor quality. They will force you to keep the items or replace with other very poor quality clothing. These items are not meant to be worn, only con you out of your money. This place is a scam.

I purchased as few dresses for my daughter. She needed for many upcoming parties. The quality is so poor. I was completely see thru. Unable to wear at all. The pictures on the site does not say transparent. 2 other dresses were complete covered in glitter. The minute you take it out of the packaging glitter everywhere. My daughter tried on. So bad.she had glitter all over her body, in her eyes, in Her ears. I tried to return for full credit back to my original payment but the company refused. This is the worst company do not order from them. They don't care if customer is unsatisfied. These dresses were u wore and damaged. I packaged and returned. They told me they needed pictures. I wrote them an email explaining and they said need pictures. Be careful ordering from here

BEWARE! HOMECOMING NIGHTMARE! If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a dress the beginning of aug. Email said the dress would ship sept 12th, it was on back order. 12th came and went never heard boo. I reached out, now the dress wasn't going to ship until Sept 29th. No one contacted me to let me know (I needed the dress for the 22nd). I was told if I wanted to wait until after 29th they would give me a 25% discount otherwise I could cancel my order. I cancelled and ordered another dress which they assured me would ship that day and be here in time. It is now sept 18th. Fed ex said it has been sitting at their facility for 3 days, I should contact Lucy in the sky to have them escalate it. Lucy in the sky says contact fed ex and if you don't receive by 21st. I said I need for 22nd so my daughter ends up with no dress for homecoming? I ordered way back beginning of august! They have no customer service number and the people monitoring the chats don't give a crap. Worst experience ever. They have no problem taking my money, but delivery the product is an entirely different story. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not order from them. The quality of the dress I got (Celestina Maxi Dress in Shimmer Pink) was equivalent to the quality of something from Shein (but worse) but the price of Urban Outfitters. My dress was completely see-through, pasties and nude underwear could not even save me. Not to mention the colour and design were not even the same as pictured. The fabric was awful and not at all what was pictured. Also, the leg slit went way higher than pictured and wasn't in the same place so it showed off the whole side of my cheek. The worst part is, they don't offer a proper refund, only store credit which really sucks because I paid $126CAD total, and I don't even want to get anything else from their website because of how disappointed I was. Also, good luck trying to return it if you live anywhere but the US, they do not provide much information on how to return your order and they do not even provide you with a return label if you're like me and you don't live in the US. I will never order from them again, and I will deter anyone from ordering from them as well.

I ordered 2 dresses, the one that I got first is super cute, I like all the details and fits perfectly :) I haven't got the 2nd dress yet cause it was a pre-order and it's really delayed, but they offered me store credit plus a $20 store credit due to the delay. I'm satisfied with both costumer service and the dresses :).
I had an issue with a dress I ordered and emailed their Support Team. They immediately responded and took care of issue. The whole process was super simple for me and was solved in a timely manner. They were accommodating and apologetic. The dresses from Lucy in the Sky were also great quality and my next order came just as described.
I had some questions regarding a dress and Arianne T was very helpful and quickly answered my many questions.
I had an issue that needed resolving and LITS service members (more than 1!) got back to me so quickly! They resolved my problem and left me a very happy customer! Will buy from again!

The brand is great and they have great styles but it's is not worth the wait if you are in a wim. I ordered my dress early on to have it in time but I had to email them to make sure they were shipping it 3 weeks later. They did finally ship it but not in the time frame that I needed it.

This place offers such a wide variety of dress it's amazing! I love that they have SO many different styles of dresses in every color! Also, I am on the shorter side, so their dresses fit me shorter which NEVER happens and I love it.
I pre-ordered a dress in July which should have been shipped by August 21. Due to a high increase in orders shipping was delayed for 2 1/2 weeks. Customer Service gave me a $25 credit for my inconvenience. Usually customer service by email only is not very effective. Lucy in the sky is an exception to the rule.
