I ordered my dress literally over 2 weeks ago and it says the max SHIPPING wait was 5-10 days PLUS the extra 1-4 days you have to wait for it to ACTUALLY COME. It's been 14 days and I haven't received $#*! and I've contacted their $#*!ty customer service MULTIPLE times and they didn't answer after 3-4 days... AFTER the last person told me that my dress would ship "the next day". After 4 days they finally answered my email (after me emailing so many times, texting AND dming) They replied basically telling me my dress wasn't coming for ANOTHER TWO WEEKS. And my hoco is literally next week. $#*! lucy and they only give store credit as ur "refund". NOT WORTH IT!
There is no way to get in touch with anyone. I placed an order and haven't received a confirmation email. They have charged my credit card already
My daughter ordered her homecoming dress on 9/24. Supposed to ship within 4 business days. Now it is 8 days later, hasn't shipped yet. No phone number to call. No return email, and I attempted their live chat for hours. And they charged my card immediately. Will never order from them again.
I ordered a dress over a week ago to match with the theme for my homecoming. Was so excited for it to arrive and I thought it would come on time since it was domestic shipping. A week later the dress is still not here, and I never received an email with tracking details so I have no clue where it is. So I have a homecoming ticket, but no dress... and it's the day of the dance. This sucks.
Shipping is horrible. I dont even live that far from LA yet it took two weeks to even get into the USPS system. Then i never got my dress in time even when using the First Class Shipping. I suggest ordering your dress 1-2 months before you want to receive it in time for your function. No matter how pretty these dresses are, I'm NEVER ordering from here AGAIN.
Ordered a dress three weeks ago and never received a shipping confirmation. No phone number to call. I've attempted a "live chat" which took hours and finally dumped me. I've emailed repeatedly. I messaged on Instagram and sent a text to a number that doesn't accept calls. This site is a scam and I would guess all videos and good reviews are paid. Do not buy from here!
My dress was see through and way to short even when i looked at the measurements. Also i ordered a dress last tuesday and it still hasn't even shipped yet and i have a dance on friday and i won't have a dress. When i contacted them they were very nice! Fast responses too.

I paid with PayPal (thank God) and was given a receipt that told me dress would here within 7 to 10 business days. I never received an email stating it was shipped and my daughter was anxious so I looked at my receipt and they had put a whole different date and month down! I tried to contact them but of course no phone number so I did a "live chat." Suddenly the dress won't be in for 3 more weeks after Homecoming and they can take 10% off new dress. Seriously? WTF kind of customer service is that? No dress, no refund, but hey we'll take 10% off new dress because you caught us. I told them I wanted Supervisor to contact me. Nope, no can do. What kind of scam is this place. DO NOT TRUST! I did get a refund but as for a dress I'm SOL and I'm not done with them by a long shot!
The website and the dresses are cuteee! Butt if you're a person that's curvy ( and we're not talking about a lot of extra body fat, just a little) these dresses will not work. I bought a pink sequin dress and it made me look like a I have a square body.
I loved how helpful they were when my order didn't come in the time frame that I expected, the customer service rep was very understanding and was happy to help!
Return was very easy, very nice and helpful! Will be shopping again for more! Dress just didnt fit me as good as the model.
The order came exactly as pictured. It shipped quicker than I had expected. I was very pleased! Would definitely recommend.

I think the delivery time, and online transaction overall is convenient enough, but the item certainly does not match the expectation from the website, not to say that it's bad though. The romper is cute in its own way, although different from the website.
