My dress arrived very quickly and fit perfectly! The quality was amazing considering how low cost it was. All the dresses on the website look so flattering. All my friends ordered from Lucy in the Sky for our winter formal.
The material of the dress was way stretcher then it appeared in the photo and it also had a purple tint to it, also not in the photo.
Fits perfectly and looks exactly like the photos! Good material, however, the strings are extremely long and don't tie double like in the photo so I'm going to cut them. Overall happy with my purchase!

You're taking a chance with this company. I did not have a good experience. I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming on 9/09/19 that didn't even ship until 9/26/19. I did have to email them a few times and they didn't answer their emails until a week later. Needless to say the dress arrived too late and we had to send it back. So when it came time to send it back and I had to create a label I couldn't create a label and then I had to email them again. They apologized and sent me a label. I sent the package back a couple days after receiving label and I have never received my credit. I have to say I got tired of emailing them and just gave up. I lost out.

I originally ordered a dress that said 5-10 days shipping but they said it wouldn't get here until after 26 days after I ordered it, 3 days before I needed it I contacted them by email didn't receive a reply for a whole week when they said they would reply in 48 hours the chat is good except u have to wait for 70 people in queue and sometimes just get disconnected when u use ur phone. I ordered a dress that would ship out in 1 day and it is coming in time
When you place an order you believe that the order will be fulfilled within the time frame they tell you, or the company will communicate otherwise. We placed an order and after two weeks, and it not showing up, we inquired. They issued a refund promptly, but the fact that we had to ASK "Where's our order?" is not okay! Communication would have helped! Thanks for causing a headache!
Do not buy from this site! Honestly the worst customer experience i've ever had. Shipping takes way longer than advertised on the website. Almost 2 months. The material of the dresses looks very cheap and unflattering, nothing like the pictures! Never felt uglier in my life. Way too expensive for what they are. I had to email customer service multiple times to get them to ship my dress in the first place (big thank you to Nicole, the most unhelpful person in retail). Very large customs fee (£15) and an extra charge for just transferring money to them from my account, so i spent even more money on a horrendous dress. Either the people behind this are just extremely dim or this site is a massive scam, and they should be refunding me for emotional distress.
This company is awful in customer service, I was not notified that my dress would be three weeks late when I needed it in a week and a half. I had to email them asking them why my dress was late got a late response after the 48 hour time. I felt completely out of the loop with the whole process and I asked for a refund before I ever got a shipment code. Then I got another late response saying sorry it shipped. This company needs to know how to handle when they're getting a heavy increase in customers so they can attend to each one in the easy way, they also need to telephone so we can contact them in person and talk about the difficulties in our order. Ordered dress 9/26. Was to ship in 5-10 days. Emailed Monday 10/7 to check on status. No response. Tried the live chat, but after 2 hrs lost session. Tried chat again, but couldn't wait for more than an hour. On 3rd try, got through on chat today (day 10 of ship date). Was notified on chat that dress wouldn't ship until 10/25. No previous notification. No communication. No notice that dress was not going to be here by site's shipping policy date. Chat rep was very nice, and offered refund or discount - very small consolation. Now I only have 3 days to find dress.

I got an xs which was still a little loose but it won't be much of an issue to bring it in on the sides! I'm pretty happy with the dress overall and I was surprised to receive a dress that didn't feel cheap.
