This store is really terrible. No one in the store knows where anything is. I have called numerous times for many reasons and no one calls me back or is able to answer my question. The only person worth talking to is Elijah at customer service. Don't ask anyone in the store where any thing is. They have no idea. Serious
Employees never ever have a clue on nothing! So don't waste hour time. If you don't know what you need take an professional or hire them to do the foot work! And also don't send young women to work there because the MOD's and or managers on duty will sexual harrass the young women employees. And the store manager sweeps it under the rug! All if the above seen at the Kansas city Kansas location! Stay away!
Price match to what you find elsewhere! And they can do next day delivery. Great customer service and selection for appliances!

Last summer I contracted with the local Lowe's Project Mgmt division. They built the fence, tore down the fence since the contractor didn't meet their standards. Lowe's shipped me the replacement materials, sent a second contractor --- then the new store mgr., decided to Quit the Contract. Leaving me with new materials, the former damage to my yard, my loss time and income from the rental disruption, and I still had to build the fence myself for the THREE months of their error. I had little leg to stand on. Watch their arbitration clause in the custom build contract. Even with that clause ended, locally, as an elder person, I don't have the money-time to take them to the municipal court for damages. Don't do business with them for custom build. It was three months of their confusion for a straight 30 foot fence with one gate. Horrid, just horrid management oversight for this store, and the custom build department. Horrid.
I buy all my home repairs and lumber there. Great selections and great pricing.
When I purchased my house about a year ago I stayed in Lowes. Customer service is the best and everyone was eager to help. They always have some kind of promotions going on. Another thing I love is that there's a Lowes everywhere.

Picked out what I wanted online then ww t to the store and employee went and got it for me.
So I wanted this fancy shower head I found on Amazon. Before making the purchase I decided to check out Lowe's. They sold the same shower head on-line for less than Amazon. So I ordered it. The only negative is that I have previously ordered larger items online from Lowe's and had them ship it to the local store for free. Then I just pick it up when it arrives. That option was not available for my shower head so I had to pay shipping. Still came out less than Amazon... and my shower head is amazing!
I go there when I want a better quality selection than I can get at Home Depot. It costs a bit more, but the quality is much better.
If you buy a tree, shrub, or plants & if in 1 year they expire & die, Lowe's will replace or refund your money.
Have a home improvement project, this is the place to go.
Always has a variety of arts and crafts and more. Love the great selections and sales. Great prices always. I highly recommend this store!
I used to buy from the Garden section. I discovered that the clerks in that section knew very little about the flora. The prices are okay, but you want to make sure you check the health of the plants. A large selection is available. Garden hardware has some good prices.
Very helpful men and women who work at Lowe's. They give a 10% military discount! The wait at the customer service counter can be very lengthy, so be prepared! Their home delivery service is good. Will use Lowe's again.
