Lies about delivery

Lowes change the delivery date for my refrigerator three times without notice to me and without even asking if the "new" date was convenient. Lost work and been eating out for weeks now and no consideration from theis POS company. Never buy appliances from them

Bait & Switch Pricing

I purchased a dehumidifier through the Lowes app that was advertised as a regular price of $249 on sale for $189. But they charged me $239 and refused to honor the advertised price. I have a lot of patience for retail mistakes but defending this illegal bait and switch is absolutely appalling (not to mention they advertised an incorrect regular price, another FTC violation).

Lowe's executive customer relations contacted us and promised to get back in touch with us three days ago to let us know how our complaint is progressing. We did not hear from them on the day promised nor since.

Emails to them are going unanswered. We have had no further contact from anyone at Lowes.

Won't Honor Dishwasher Extended Warranty

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes, including an extended warranty. I've been trying since June to get it fixed. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Lowes. They have promised three times that they are shipping the part needed for repair and scheduled a repairman, but the part never arrives, and I have to cancel the repair appointment. I adjust my schedule to accommodate these appointments so my time is wasted. Lowes only response is to call warranty services AGAIN. The extended warranty I purchased was for repair or, if repair isn't possible, replace. The company they use for warranty work, A&E, deemed the dishwasher unrepairable since no part is available yet Lowes continues giving me the run around.

The Lowes Medford NY Location has horrible Customer service! Purchased 4 pieces of pressure treated Wood two days ago. Ended up only needing one piece. They were large piece of 4x8 so I left 3 of them outside and it rained the night before and they ended up getting a little dirty. I brought them to the Medford locations and Manager Lisa was extremely Rude. Saying how am I supposed to re sell this there is dirt on them and with the price of lumber now how do you expect me to do this! Which to me is just crazy. I know how expensive it is I brought it the day before it had a little dirt on them, clean them off and resell them it's not rocket science. Just a back and forth unconvertable yelling match in the middle of customer service ended up with her giving a fake apology and not caring one way or the other and me having to drive 30 minute's out my way to the other Lowes in Stony Brook who returned it right away. MY advice do not go the the Medford Lowes and waste your time go to a different location or Home Depot who actually have a reasonable customer service department. Lowes home office should be embarrassed about how your business is being portrayed at that location and help teach basic management principle to there (employees/ Manager Lisa) I will not be back there

I had an. 84 cent credit balance, instead of leaving the credit in my account they sent me a check for. 84 knowing damn well I would never deposit or cash such a small amount so the check never clears and they get to keep the money they call breakage and the customers never get their credit to apply to a purchase... I will never shop at a Lowes again...

Too many issues to even list in detail. Late arrival, rude crew leader, crew leader on his phone THE ENTIRE TIME they were here, just dropped the units in our laundry room, plugged them in and didn't even ask if the positioning was good for us, dryer vent line hooked up haphazard, refused to reverse dryer door swing as Lowe's promised. Complained to the Lowe's store manager and he scheduled a "service call" for the next day. Although not rude, these guys were no better. Have had various appliances delivered over the years but this is far and away the worst I have ever experienced.
As the saying goes, let the buyer beware!

Worst customer service I've experienced to date! They will take your money for large appliances online only to cancel the order later. I am very thorough and called to verify before to no avail. Now I'm waiting on someone to pick up after being disconnected 3 times. This place is unethical and should be reported to the BBB! Worst customer service I've experienced to date! I have been chasing these thieves for hours. Stealing from the community during a pandemic! I will be seeking a lawyer for obtaining money under false pretense. From the other reviews left on this page Lowe's should be shut down! I have contacted media outlets and I suggest you do the same. They need to be exposed and investigated to the fullest! Don't use their installation service

I have made two purchases at my local Lowes store. Both times I picked up the items at the store so no problems with shipping/delivery. The first item was a small microwave. Nice little microwave for one person. Then in early August I purchase a garbage disposal to replace my old leaky one. I thought it would be convenient to use their installation service. Big mistake. First I was told I had to go to the store to complete some paperwork and pay for the service. Then I'm passed off to a third party to do the actual installation. Lowes uses a service called Handy. I think they post projects on there and someone who is interested notifies Lowes and they schedule the appointment on a specified date and time. I was rescheduled 3 different times. So I purchased the garbage disposal on August 3, and finally got it installed three days ago, August 21. But that is only because I got so disgusted I used the Handy app and found a handyman on my own. I went to the store to make sure I get a refund for the installation service that never happened. Also, don't try to resolve any issues on the phone. You will be on hold forever and never get to talk to a live person. The same with their chat line. You never get to chat with a live agent. They give you a few categories to choose from and if your problem doesn't fit any of those categories too bad there's no live person to help you. This is terrible customer service. I can shop at other warehouse stores that have better customer service.

The Lowes customer service is horrible. They used to have an open return policy that has now gone to the other extreme. Nowhere on the receive does it indicate a limited period for a return and when I went to return an unopened box, they refused. Even the policy on the window was not followed. I will never shop there again! Called Customer Service and after an extended wait, they were useless.

I am writing this review regarding an experience I had with two store employees of Lowes Home Improvement. I went to the store 8312 Little Rd
New Port Richey, FL 3465 Store#0724 to purchase some block 4-8-16 NORMAL WEIGHT BLCK 15.6-IN which I have purchased early at a store in Tarpon Spring, FL since that store did not have enough block in stock they advised me to go to the closest one which was the New Port Richey one when I arrived there I waited 35 minutes to have a price override when an employee name Amanda made it to the cash register to assist the cashier she refused to Honor the price override which was $. 038 per block base on the number of block would have safe the company $22. I even show her an other sticker price from Home Depot that did not work for her. Amanda and Lori at store #0724 New Port Richey, FL should never be working in the front line dealing with customers. I own a Property Management Company. I was embarrassed to see for $0.38 I was mistreated at the store before Amanda and Lori felt that I should not be honor a $0.38 cent price override just because they were sure what I said is true. Although, I advised the two of them that I had just purchased the same block from a Lowes store in Tarpon Spring due to lack of inventory they have asked me to come to your store my receipt was email to me I do not have a hard copy at the time of the purchased. I will not advised anyone to go to that store and had to face Amanda and Lori. Everyone should be treated fairly not having bogus bias toward customer especially when you never know who you might come across.

Still haven't received dishwasher we paid for

We ordered a dishwasher from the North Stockton, CA Lowe's. Delivery was promised a couple of days ago, and it never arrived. No one at Lowe's has returned our phone calls and emails. No follow-up, and terrible customer service.

Never had a worse experience with local store and local installers. A 5 year old child could do better. I have videos that document the horrible work and disgraceful attitude about resolving their poor workmanship. They have no respect to the consumer.

I purchased a riding lawn mower online from the Texas City Store. Their delivery team, XPO, was extremely late on the first delivery date July 23. I had to reschedule because they could not tell when they would deliver that day, at almost 8PM I rescheduled. On July 28 XPO delivered the mower. The delivery guys dropped it off then got in the truck to leave. I stopped them and told the delivery guys it was damaged. When I opened the hood the grill fall off the mower. They told me to call customer service that they would offer an exchange, a discount or refund. I called customer service they said call Lowes. I was told by Lowes that someone would call me within 24 hours to make schedule a pickup for the mower. 24 + 1 hours later no call. I called Lowes the lady that assisted me attempted find an exchange, but was unable. I requested a full refund. She advised someone would call me within 24 hours to schedule a pick up. But if I did not get a call by Sunday to call them. Sunday came no phone call by 10AM. I called Lowes and was told someone would call by 5PM. At 6:20 PM no call. I called them back and was told some one would call to schedule the pickup. Still no call, still no refund. Be very cautious when ordering things from Lowes! When you shop in the store, it seems if a employee sees you they will go the other direction. If you get any one to stop and possibly help, they almost always reply, "let me find someone that works this department". Why was that employee in that department? I know Covid is a concern but that is no reason for employees to be rude or unhelpful! I think I will start driving the extra distance to go to Home Depot from now on!

We had a dryer delivered today by Lowe's. Having new hardwood floors I was very concerned that they would be damaged. The two delivery men could not have been nicer or more efficient. Polite, neat and knew what they were doing. Thank you Lowe's for giving us such great service

Do not EVER buy appliances from this company! You will get the product in a week but they will wait an extra month to have it installed by someone else. Then wait another god knows how long for a THIRD person to pickup the old appliance! It has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I had no idea this is how they do things! 0 communication! I cant even get them to give me a little discount after all this headache!

The jobs at lowes are great but management is not in control. Women who yell or bat their eyes at management can get you fired. They say there is 2 sides to a coin but in this case there is only one. You can do your job and have all the praises but still be drug through the mud. So if you're hired. Do your work and keep your mouth shut and you still stand a chance in being fired if you're a male.

I called to make a payment today and was told the account was closed due to not paying earlier. The account is not up to a week late; I paid $100 on the due date of the 13th and was going to pay $300 today the 17th despite the total payment due was $266. I always pay more than amount due. I have been a customer since 6/2004 and have always made payments. I spoke to the manager on the credit services and he stated it was $500 due but I told him that was due on the 5th of next month according to the recording. I have made a lot of purchases there my regular monthly payment is $366 and I have always paid $400.
