We ordered two washing machines and two dryers for our property a few months ago. These machines were in two different colors, silver and gray. First we waited a few months for the delivery. That was not a problem. COVID and it's after effects happened. The problem came at delivery. The delivery men stacked one silver and one gray one together on one floor. The second missed matched set was not mounted. They claimed they forgot the stacking set. Today we were notified that the delivery of the stacking set will be delivered. We waited and waited and waited. We call the Lowe's where we purchase the machines from, all we keep getting is the run around. The phone being hung up/ disconnected. Lowe's customer service needs serious improvement. Sorry Lowes, you can never get my business again. Your service stinks.

We spent over $12,000 at lowe's in a 5 week time frame

We purchased 18 packs of tiles for $13.00

Each lowe's said there only taking 13 of them back.

Why after calling lowe's in Bay Shore several times and 4 times going there they still refused to help us.

We also called the Lowe's corporate number and was told the would call us in 48 hours no return call as promised.We a few days latter called again and said something went wrong and they would call us back,

Guess what its 2 more weeks and no call. There a true blue company that does not care about the costumers.

They beat us for $75.00 and refuse to even give us a store credit. I owned several businesses and never seen anything like this. All the bay shore managers and corporate did zero top help us so sad!

Delivery Fee Outrageous

$79 for a delivery fee? Are you kidding me with this? I live 4 miles from Lowes. There is no way that the cost of labor and gas is worth near that much. Total ripoff. I'd be willing to pay $25 but $79 is ridiculous. I don't have a way to transport the item I wish to purchase. I'm on a tight budget and I resent the severe overpricing of such a service especially after I spent over $4000 in 3 months to make the home I just purchased move-in ready. I appreciate the 10% military discount and I may shop in store but I will take my online business elsewhere. Get it together Lowes.

After taking all of the measurements for new kitchen appliances I called my nearest Lowe's to order everything I needed. After numerous attempts/days calling the Alton store no one ever answered. Guess they don't need the business.

No customer service whatsoever

Ordered refrigerator online for son. We had a delivery date and time. My son took half day off of work. No one ever showed up. No call or anything. My card was charged 4 days prior. Son called delivery people and they said order was cancelled. Called store in email which was different from store I ordered from. Was promised call back from appliance dept. They never called. Called back next day and they blamed 3rd party company that was completely run by computer and was told there was no human I could call. They said a manager would call right back and that never happened. From now on I am Team Home Depot!

Don't count on delivery!

I bought a washer and dryer from my Lowe's in Jensen Beach. I was given a delivery date, took off of work, and the dryer was defective. I waited for someone to contact me on the new delivery date but it never came. When I contacted them I was met with rude customer service. Finally my order was rescheduled and confirmed by the delivery company so I took off another day of work only to find out the scheduled the delivery for a different day! I've now missed 2 days of work for nothing and the only response I get is there's nothing they can do about it. Not a great way to do business Lowe's and no one takes responsibility for anything!

Do not depend on Lowes

I placed an order on October 15th and when I was placing the order all the items said that they would be delivered by October 27th. Once I submitted the order it changed to December 2nd. On December 2nd I checked the app and it had changed to December 16th. No on called, emailed or sent a message to let me know that it was going to be delayed. I then called customer service, because you can never get anyone to answer the phone at the store, and I was told that I would receive a call within 24 hours. 26 hours past and I received no phone call. I called customer service back again and I was told the same thing, I will receive a call within 24 hours. I am tired of people/companies saying that they are going to do something and then not doing them. Lowes has no integrity and that is sad. Four or five years ago they were a great company, I do not know what happened. They have really gone downhill.

Ridiculous warranty - don't fall for it
We purchased a nice SS refrigerator from Lowes Oct. 2020 and purchased the 5 year extended warranty. Late Sept. 2021 the compressor went out. Lowe's Claims - and I really wished I knew which warranty company is actually behind these warranties claims we poured water over the outlet that the fridge is plugged into and that is why it's broken. And they deny the claim. I have a video with the sound that the fridge makes but cannot attach it here because they won't accept the file.
Store cannot do anything about this. I escalated with claims and they deny. Now I am being told that we water damaged the compressor. I don't like their attitude when they talk to you. They won't even send another appliance company to verify that the first one was accurate. They are no help at all. Waste of money and time. Actually ALL warranties that are related to home warranties are just that - A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Tried to attach the proof of purchase, but it won't accept PDFs.

After two years of trying to resolve a damaged online order of a shower surround, I gave up. It never got installed! I still have it. Just paid it off yesterday! Shaun from the Conroe location never finished helping me and dropped the ball. I spoke with the GM of the woodlands store and he said he would take care of it. He never did a thing! I called today to speak with Shaun again and Alissa from that location was incredibly rude, even laughing at me while I was crying. She said, " WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?" Nobody wants to take responsibility! I had big dreams of a second bathroom. Two years later, this pos shower surround is still on the floor in the boxes it came in. Lowes dropped the ball on me time and time again. The final twist of the knife... I just paid it off last week and they charged me a late fee! It was one day late because I accidentally took it off of Autopay after making a balloon payment. I paid over $1000 last week and closed my account. This is yet another negative review of many I've left. Lowes has never contacted me, never tried to make it right. Worst company ever!

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE! The way that the Sherman Lowe's treats their customers is disgusting. My parents waited a long time to replace the floors in their home. They understood that flooring is one of the most important and expensive upgrades/replacements that you can perform in a house. They did their research. They searched locally and even a little further away. They wanted to get the best combination of price, service, and execution for their new flooring. They decided to go with the Lowe's in Sherman (hindsight, right?).
They met with the flooring specialist, selected their flooring type and color, and scheduled their install. The installation was performed by a sub-contractor that works directly with Lowe's. The installation was okay, not great, not bad. However, when the contractor finished, they left a complete disaster for my parents to either live in or clean up themselves. I'm not talking about a little dust; I'm talking about a thick film of dirt and grout dust. This is not an easy fix. You cannot sweep it up and normal mopping does not work either. My mother, bless her heart, has even tried getting down on her hands and knees to scrub and it's ridiculously painstaking work that leaves her exhausted and in pain.
When they contacted Lowe's to try to get some resolution, they were ignored. When they finally got someone to return their calls and tried to get Lowe's to do the right thing, they were told that "it isn't our problem". How did it become ‘not their problem'? Lowe's is responsible for the work that their sub-contractors perform or don't perform. Now, my parents are currently sitting in a house that's dirty and they are walking on plastic in order to not walk in the mess that the Lowe's contractors left. I am beyond disgusted. Lowe's should be ashamed. I hope this review helps other people with their decision of who to have replace their floors. DO NOT USE LOWE'S. They forget about you after you pay and they are not interested in customer satisfaction.

Client Care is terrible

Ordered 2 countertops and only received on they lost the other and by the time I was refunded for the lost one the item was out of stock and I no longer could return the other countertop. Every time I called I would be on the line with them for over an hour and they promised to have someone call back. I never received any call backs. I had to call daily and when I talked to the supervisor he just hung up and didn't call back. Lowes customer Services is aweful for how big of a company they are. They don't treat their customers right.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered an outside table and chairs set plus a new BBQ on Sunday. I was told it would be delivered and assembled today (11/10). I received an e-mail confirmation last night that it would be delivered between 12:00 midday and 4 pm. Mt stepdaughter took 4 hours PTO to wait in for it. It did not arrive. I called customer support, they could not tell me why. I then drove to the store that I ordered it from after work, they could not tell me why. They called the delivery manager of the company they use. He did not pickup the call. They left a message asking for an explanation and that he call me. He has not bothered to. I shall be asking for a refund after work tomorrow and buying at Home Depot.

I ordered a product, got an expected arrival date and had the date extended several times; before employees started saying: "That product is no longer available"! Don't trust them; I got my product, it was a huge hassle though! They even attempted to have me pay more for a different product ('bait and switch')! They do not value their customers and will not hesitate to lie to you! Also; their inventory is clearly not accurate and they do not care if your time is wasted, waiting for products they don't have access to!

I made an online order for about $3,500. The charge was placed on my card and then within hours credited back. I got a notification from Lowes that the payment was declined. I went back on to the order and noticed that half of the order was paid for, so I re-paid for the other half. Then yesterday Lowes charged me AGAIN for the full amount. I am now charged twice for $3,500 and am told that it will release in a week or 2. This is totally unacceptable. I am not a rich person and having $3,500 tied up on my card has put me in a tough position. I have never worked with a worse company in my life, both in-store and online. BUYER BEWARE!

Don't waste your time

I have been using Lowe's home improvement in Southern Pines NC for years. Most if not all our appliances have been purchased there and all of our other home improvement items, i. E. ceiling fans, lights, wood, shower surround, etc. My wife and I recently purchased a new refrigerator to be delivered on Saturday. We had a conflict but the sales rep for Lowes told us we would be first delivery between 8-8:30. Ok no problem, so we purchased and I kept my other plans helping a youth basketball league. Come the day before the delivery, we are now told, that we can expect the delivery between 8 and noon. What happened? Did lowes get purchased by time warner cable? My wife called and got no where, I called and no one would answer the phone in deliveries, I asked to speak with the manager no one would answer, the same with the assistant manager. The ringing phone came back to the service desk once again and then they just hung up. I called corporate and if you think the problem is a local store think again. I explained what happened and the clerk on the phone told me I can cancel your order. Rather than helping me, it was MUCH easier to just cancel the order. Ok, it's canceled and I canceled it when I got back home, along with my Lowes cc and the order I had pending for 4 replacement windows. I used to use Lowes home improvement center for most of my repairs but not any longer. My hope is someone of importance reads this post, it is real and exact, and anyone who owns lowes stock, the time is now to sell, they are going downhill.

Zero stars if I could

I bought a Midea dishwasher from Lowe's and it broke within 2 days. They did not take ownership and directed us to Midea for manufacturer's warranty. Whirlpool/Midea sent someone who had no clue about Midea products. We have been without a dishwasher for 3 weeks now. Called Lowe's again to get help. Here's the disaster – they said to hire a plumber again disconnect and bring it to a store. We paid for installation. This company is a JOKE! I will submit this review everywhere so people see their unethical response. This is illegal! The worst company I have ever dealt with.
My problem is still unresolved! Should take the loss $1500? And buy another dishwasher. No way! Lowe's will pay for this DISASTER!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR FENCE INSTALL or ANY PURCHASE, Fence install lied to my face, their installer started installing fence before purchasing the orange permit cops were called and it was halted. Lowes & install had WRONG FRENCE CODES had me believing i was being discriminated against but they had the wrong codes the whole time. They left a mess in my drive for EIGHT MONTHS they would only return part of the fence and then refused to reimburse for the half of a fence they erected when they WERE NEVER SUPPOSE TO CHARGE DELIVER OR ERECT FENCE WITHOUT PERMIT APPROVAL. THEIR EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNHELPFUL & WILL COVER UP THEIR UNETHICAL CONDUCT! THEY WILL INTENTIONALLY KEEP YOU FROM FROM BEING ABLE TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT FOR HELP. Horrible business ethics and I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! DISHONEST COMPANY!
