Shipping sucks! Emailed 2x but no response from the customer service. Been waiting for ages! Wake up!

Believe me no matter how much you want some product just avoid this e-commerce. They use the worst courier service in the world. My parcel has been stuck since 15 days apparently for no reason. I have to now soon leave India without my product and 6000 Rs. Wasted on a bull$#*! of a company. Please please dont use this site. Even 1 rating is too much

TLDR;
This company is a scam, avoid at all cost.

Ordered on 11 Nov with the tracked delivery that is supposed to arrive within a week. Products were shipped out on 3 Dec, after 3 weeks?! After more than 6 weeks, and the items have not arrived. The courier has not even received the package even though it was dispatched.

Also, they now claimed delivery takes 30 days and claimed it is the normal procedure when (1) I used the fast track which is 8 days, and (2) none of their delivery options is 30 days to begin with. Charging customers for delivery then using a cheaper option, what a scam. I clearly picked the fast track delivery and they deny it. What a joke / scam.

Been waiting since early December for delivery wish I'd read the reviews first as I wouldn't of bothered ordering

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
They shipped only half the items in order even though they claimed to have sent all the items. 7 out of 14 received. The package was in blue plastic bag. No wrapping. All the items were broken or damaged.
Their customer service is unbelievably stupid and incompetent. Asked questions like did some of the items get accidentally delivered to a neighbours house even though I had used the click and collect service. I had to repeat my message 4 times and they came back with nonsense replies.
Not sure if these guys are just extremely stupid or scammers but the outcome is the same.

I ordered some Aesop items for my daughters birthday on the 2nd Dec. I was due to meet them on the 14th so felt it was plenty of time. Unbeknown to me, the items were actually coming from the US, not the UK. I kept getting emails to say my order would be delayed so I responded saying that if they weren't going to be here by the 13th then I would need to cancel. The next thing I know they send an email (on the 8th December) saying they had already been dispatched. I said to them that if they weren't here by the 13th I would need to return them as would need to source something else for the gift. They assured me that the item should be here on time. It wasn't and still isn't! I have contacted them a number of times, they take 24 hours each time to respond, then ignore what you asked with some rubbish standard line. I have told them I need to send them back but they insist that they are "unwanted" items and so the postage would be at my expense, given this is the US, it wont be cheap. Despite still not having them a full two weeks after ordering them, they still insist they will not pay the return postage. They initially said allow 2 to 3 days for arrival, then said 7 days, then told me the expectation is 30 days! Their customer service is absolutely awful, a different rep answers each time, ignoring what you said, and I now give up. If you are a UK purchaser, be very wary of dealing with this company. I ordered the items directly from Aesop in the end and guess what, they arrived the very next day! Very, very poor service and utterly useless customer service; they clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I ordered a single stuff since the beginning of November and haven't received it until now! It's has been a month and their customers are useless!
And their estimate delivery is a dang lie!

It's a fake, I do not advise you to order anything from this store, usually extorting money, eternally disposes of a person, I waited for weeks for a shipment, in response forever the same thing - as soon as it is in stock will be sent, when asked for a refund they answer that unfortunately they can not do it because the shipment has already been released from the warehouse. There is no shipment! Scammers

Terrible customer service… basically non-existent. Dealing with them due weeks, no resolution. They are just copy-pasting their reply. I'll never ever ever use them again.

Ordered on 1/12 for next day delivery, received package on 10th. Package was completely destroyed amd Hermes threw SOME of the items with the completely flattened box into a waterproof envelope. 4 items were missing from the complete works (olaplex) amd contents of some of the products were all over the package & items. No way of contacting them apart from emails I am so angry. I wish I'd read reviews. I am not holding my breath for replacement or refund or even a reply. Avoid avoid avoid

I got an open leaking soap. The customer service just asked me if it is ok if they charge only 20% less price.

Placed this order on the 25th November, with given 5-7days delivery.
After endless messages, and listening to excuses that their busy. ( Aren't We All) In which I like to state. THAT LAST YEAR DURING COVID THEY SEEMED TO DELIVER ON TIME. Within their time stated.
Now that they're trying to re coop business after last year, meaning possibly cutting back on warehouse staff?. Their customer service is absolutely appalling.

With constant messaging backwards and forwards,. We are now nearly over 2 weeks since the supposed promise of delivery.

With only part of it supposed to be shipped?.

I'm still missing half of the order.

The question is… WHY ARE THEY CONTINUOUSLY TAKING ORDERS IF THEY HAVE A SUPPOSED BACK LOG IN THEIR WAREHOUSE OR A PROBLEM WITH GETTING THEM DISPATCHED?.

This is certainly the worst this year, of online shopping experience I have dealt with.

Their code of business practice is disgusting.

I ordered some aftershave from this company and received a confirmation that the order was being processed. It has not been and they have taken the money despite their promise that they do not take the money until the order is shipped. They are obviously scammers and should be avoided at all costs. Do not buy anything from them and do not give them your credit card / debit card details. The website simply takes you round and round in circles without actually getting anywhere.

ALERT - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have advised the appropriate authorities, they are a scam, they fraudulently charged my credit card and pretended that they are a legitimate company. They look legit but are not. They will pretend an item is sent and put a fake tracking number that does not function. AVOID ITS FRAUD AND A SCAM THEY WILL USE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
At first i tried to reach customer service. They repeat the same copy/paste message.

Don't ever buy things from them, I purchase things with them from mid of Oct 2021 until now 18 Nov 2021 not get my item yet, their admin useless at all just keep asking me to wait
