I joined several years ago. I love the quality of the products. I get excited seeing the products that I get to chose from for my customizations. I also love the sales for finding gifts, things for my home and things for my self care. Yay1!
I have been with fff for 7 years. I have seen this sub through lots of changes over the years and I must say it started out good and only got better overall. It is fully customizable and so many high quality choices that are right on point with the trends, yet still so versatile that I can still use most of them still. There's always room for improvement but this is a solid choice if you want to treat yourself to fully customizable, full sized products for beauty, lifestyle, home and fitness at a very reasonable price.

I have enjoyed receiving FitFabFun boxes over the past several years. My friend recommended it and I see it as a special gift I have given myself. I use almost everything I choose and love full size products. On the rare occasions when I have needed to contact Customer Care I have been very satisfied with the resolution provided.

FabFitFun has been such a treat! As a busy Mom, self care does not come easy. This subscription changed that, I select products that make me feel bougie and excited to try. I enjoy the excitement of picking out my items. I set an alarm the day of. I like looking at the app and the whole "add to cart" and charge later aspect.

I've been an annual member of FabFitFun since 2019. Always look forward to the next season's reveals and choosing my next box. I've received some great items over the years. What I like is that there has been such a variety- for the kitchen, household, gardening, soft blankets, candles, jewelry, pajamas, beach towels, gym bag and other fitness equipment, and of course expensive moisturizers, serums, suntan lotions, perfumes, etc. etc. Especially since I'm single, it's nice to get a little Christmas every season just to pamper myself a little. And though the cost of the box may seem a lot, the value is always at least 2 or 3 times the cost. I love the days when my FabFitFun boxes arriveš¤

I've gotten this box for several years. FFF has made some great changes and additions. I always utilize the add ons and grab presents for my girls through out the year. I love it and they do also!

I love the experience of customizing my box every season. It's super fun to pick the things I want and scroll through the add-ons and get all the products I already love at a discounted price! I use this subscription not only for myself but for gifts for other people and gifts for my teen girls during Christmas. The quality of the items I receive is what keeps me subscribed.

I need so many products that, when added the cost together, I could not afford and keep a budget. Add ontothis, the feelingof Christmas morning 4 times a year.

As a long time member, I've loved the changes and experience throughout the years. New trending products are added while favorites continue to percolate the boxes. Curating my own box quartly has to be the best part... Reviewing all the spoilers and trying to pick your own favorites is so exciting.
And now my twin teenage girls get to help me pick favorites. Amazing options for both demographics.
Only problem is, they'll eventually want their own subscriptions. Maybe a multi box discount will eventually be available lol.
I don't often spend money on myself, especially when it comes to wants instead of needs. This box allows me to treat myself every season.
I do believe the cost is reasonable. I love the rewards program. But maybe consider some kind of tenure achievement? As a customer who likes to stick with one company, I'm always humbled by tokens of appreciation for that commitment.

I have been sent amazing items that I would never have gotten had it not been for FFF. The First Aid Beauty line is now one of my beauty go to's especially the foaming face wash since I received it in a box. Also a favorite is an olive lotion that feels luxurious when I put it on freshly shaved legs and super dry hands. In one of the first boxes I received, there was a shawl that I love to wear and I always receive compliments on. I also receive many compliments on several of the water bottles and the warm beverage cups I have received. I have very much enjoyed my subscription to FFF and hope to keep it for many years to come!
I've been a FabFitFun member for years and absolutely love it. It's my one splurge that I never feel guilty about. I've loved the products, discovered new favorites, and always get excited when my next box ships. Totally worth it!

My 2025 Winter box was considered a lost parcel by the last mile shipping company (Speedx)well over a month after fff shipped it to me. I called their customer care line, ready to pounce (shame on me). I was pretty upset because it had taken so long for the shipping company to declare it lost, that I knew the chances of receiving any of my selections were slim to none. Despite me taking out my frustrations on her, even though it was clearly the shipping company's issue, my Fabfitfun rep remained very pleasant, calm, and professional, and assured me they'd send me a new box, and I'd receive all of my selections. I had my doubts, but they came through for me! My new box was sitting on my front porch in less than a week, with every one of my selections. I was blown away. Thank you, Fabfitfun!

The items that everyone on social media were touting we're not available when it came time to order. I had already signed up and could not cancel without losing my money and no boxes at all. I'm just praying I can cancel at some point. I feel like their products that I did get were good but overpriced and not items I really wanted or needed

I like the quality items that goes into the Fab Fit Fun boxes. I like the pretty good customer service. I dislike how they use third party delivery services that constantly deliver my boxes to incorrect addresses. It is frustrating to not get your box. Having to re-pick because the items you wanted are no longer available. Losing out on being able to select first. I think for the price, they should ship with UPS or FedEx. A more reliable delivery option.

I did get help from a customer service person. They said they would process my replacement box as soon as possible. I'm a little frustrated. This is the first time that I've ever lost a FabFitFun box. I'm hoping that I would get some movement on the replacement box soon. And that it comes in good condition. I also hope that I would get what I pay for, especially the Lux item and the add-on items. Also reading the other customers experiences with packages missing or broken items. I hope that I don't have to experience the same fateš

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
