O NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I've had 2 horrible experiences with them. Firstly, I was sent expired products and it took them 3 months to give me a refund and wanted me to cover the cost of sending the expired products back to them.

Secondly, I ordered products on the 23rd of October, i received an email saying it would be delivered between 28th October and 1st November. As at the 11th of November, the tracking link was showing "in transit to destination country". It had been showing "in transit to destination country" for 2 weeks. I asked for a refund and they're refusing to give me a refund. Initially, i was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, when I asked for a refund, they refused. They're saying I have to wait 30 days and if I don't receive my order by then, they would investigate. I have had to go through my bank to dispute the payment to get my money back. I tried to log into my account to response to their message and my account has been deactivated. The worst experience I've ever had with a company in my entire life.

I clearly forgot how bad my first experience was, that's why I went a second time. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely useless company.

I ordered a perfume for £60. They sent me the wrong one, a smaller sized bottle worth £24.

The returns process was a joke. I had to message several times to get a postage label. I then returned the wrong item.

I messaged to ask for the correct item to be sent. They assured me it would be sent to me once they received the old item.

INSTEAD they issued a refund. I am a month down the line, having tried to order this gift, with NO GIFT and back to square one. Total waste of time, and terrible experience.

AVOID THE HASSLE THEY ARE NO CHEAPER THAN ELSEWHERE

I paid for goods to be delivered within 24 hours. After 72 hours they had pinched my money and not even dispatched my goods. Don't use this company

Please DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a $#*!ing scam! They forcefully sent me the beauty box even though I cancelled the subscription, even though I was within the legit period of cancelling it. And they made me responsible for the mailing fee if I want to return the box and get a refund. Another incident is that they told me for three times my shipments cannot arrive because of custom restrictions so my order must be cancelled. I therefore ordered the exact same thing from another website. In the end the shipments arrived and I got the same thing twice! And they wouldn't provide any refund option to me!

I just can't believe this website still exists and the consumer council in UK is not doing anything to it.

Please do not buy anything from them, I ordered a package by mistake and after less than 30 mins, I cancelled it, but unfortunately, they pushed the shipment and refuse the cancellation,
Their are not reliable retail at all

Made an order on their ". Ca" website on August 18th. Estimated delivery date showed August 27th-August31st. After waiting and waiting, with tracking numbers that didn't work, I contacted customer service who were of no help with scripted responses. I think it's incredibly misleading they are pretending to be a local company to wherever you are located - they pretended to be Canadian and then my order shipped from Europe! I'd now be responsible for duties, import and customs fees all without this being disclosed. The customer service was of zero help even after a month passed the delivery date. They claimed to have reshipped the order even though I was demanding a refund because I did not want the order anymore. They shipped with a courier I've never heard of, who's tracking shows nothing more than "received, forwarding to destination country" for more than a month again. I finally threatened to report the charge and get my money back from American Express as it was now over 2 months past the delivery date I was promised, and they have now banned my account! How lovely. What an utterly slimy, scamming company and I can't believe they are even operating.

Having bought a perfume with a 2/3 day delivery i received an email saying effectively delivery will be whenever they decide to make the contract - which could be next year, next decade who knows. So i tried to cancel and thats when you realise its a scam site as they try to tell you the only way to cancel is to write to some back street address in Cheshire.

There's absolutely no reason you'd want to shop here. They're unresponsive, irresponsible and unhelpful.

Tip for anyone having issues with these people - leave your honest review on Trustpilot U. K. and ensure you will not ever back down until you have had a resolution. Keep copies of your communication with them so that you have proof. It took me nearly a year to get a refund for several hundred pounds. They do not like bad Trustpilot reviews and will try to have these removed. Trustpilot will ask you to verify your experience and you then send them your evidence. When this happened to me and my Trustpilot review was verified - I had the refund in my account within a week. Good luck!

I want to let you know that I do not appreciate buying off your Canadian website to learn my purchase is being shipped from the USA and then I have to pay extra taxes and duties.

I would think that being transparent about this would be an expectation of an upstanding online selling platform.

Nowhere does your website mention there may be duties added because the Canadian site may be shipping frim the USA.

A month later have not recieved products a month later, customer service no help at all, meaningless sentiments for 10 says now about how they are 'looking into it'. And asking to give them my details again. The worst experience with a online shopping yet.

Extremely unhelpful with any delivery issues. Had to pay AGAIN for local delivery courier- delivery was supposedly included in the order price (on the top of VAT & Customs).
Kept getting the same automatic response when trying to resolve issue with customer support.
Would not recommend for any abroad orders.

I placed an order on Look Fantastic three weeks ago. Although the order never shipped, is not even in the process of shipping, and despite my requesting at least 4 times that they cancel the order, they are holding on to my funds. The parent company is having financial difficulty and it seems they are trying to artificially pump up their revenue-- at the expense of anyone foolish enough to place an order with them. When you think about it, it's a great business model: take money, never ship the product!

Just received my order, It's clearly a fake product. The bottle looks authentic but looks like it was used before (scuffs, marks), and looks like they filled it with a cheaper product. I'm so disgusted, i'm just going to put it in the trash. Don't trust them...

As others have mentioned, they will make you wait weeks for your order and you will not receive the items. Not only that, they also won't respond to your customer inquiries and there is no number to call in order to follow up on your refund. Truly astonishing customer experience. Do not shop here - pay the price elsewhere - it's not worth their measly promotions.

Canadien shoppers on Lookfanstactic Canada be carefulls. The products are shipped fromage UK not Canada and you Mayer have to deal with canadien customs to get your purchase.

I ordered a set of expensive GHD cordless straightners grom LF after spending thousands with them on smaller purchases over the years (were not very reliable but things usually arrived in the end despite paying for Next Day Delivery) I cannot believe anyone would do what they have done to me! They sent a cheap and nasty plastic makeup bag containing some unheard of minis, so that they could say the delivery was successful. It was obvious this box DID NOT CONTAIN GHDS! They then said they would send a replacement, but when I went to log in to check they have DELETED my account to get rid of the message trail! There are actual thieves at this place and the police WILL BE INVOLVED! Do not order anything of value. I am devastated

200 euros! Do they want me to just forget about this order?
I've been waiting a very long time for this delivery and ended up with nothing. I wrote to the company and asked what was going on.
But they are still pulling the time and nothing is happening. It's been 1 month already.
I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.
This site is extremely un-trustworthy, it took me so many emails to get any response. I mean lots of emails.
