I have received two orders from look fantastic. Both orders were just tossed in a box, no wrapping or padding. Both times the products leaked all over the box which fell apart on delivery. And there is no way to contact customer service.
I have tried to order so many times for look fantastic and after some hours the order cancelled. I am very disappointed all-about that! Its the 4th time i try to order something and it cancels!
Honestly, as someone who runs customer service operations and who has placed thousands of online orders from retailers around the globe - this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
From start to finish, the process was exhausting, inefficient and a massive disappointment. I placed an order on June 16th and the tracking info never updated. Each customer service representative failed to respond to direct questions with timelines. Rather they responded with meaningless apologies and that they were "looking into it".
Response time was very slow and overall it took more than 9 messages and 2 months for a refund to be issued and ONLY AFTER I began the chargeback process with my bank. You carry many brands I love to purchase from. It's a shame that I will never order from LookFantastic or any of The Hut Ldt sites. Due to your false shipping standards and lack of taking accountability for your mistakes. At the end of the day, as the customer, I paid the price with my time having to argue to have my money returned when the product wasn't shipped.
A month ago I ordered their rose oil and after paying $35+, nothing has arrived and their e-mails to me are canned responses that keep telling me they can't stop the delivery because it's already been shipped out. NO IT HASN'T. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I have ordered several times, but the shipment always took about 3 weeks to arrive (I live in EU). On one occasion they split my order in two shipments, one arrived additional two weeks later. It contained one item that was sent in a ridiculously huge box. One of the packages was returned to sender and they haven't even noticed that until I asked where is my order. Turns out the cosmetics inside was damaged and was leaking.
I am also subscribed to their beauty box. I took a 6 month subscription. The first two boxes arrived, but only at the end of the month. They charge my card on the first of the month. Then the boxes stopped coming. The tracking number they provide is never found in any parcel tracker. I guess they just take my money and don't even bother to send what I pay for. The customer service is utterly useless, they keep asking for one information or the other, when everything they need is correctly written in my account. They agreed on re-sending last months box, but the story is as usual: there is no box and the tracking number does not work. I am canceling my subscription and never shopping there again.
The company received my return item on July 21st. The company claims that they did not but my tracking number shows they did.
Utterly dishonest, shameless people who should not be allowed to run the business.
I feel I will not get a refund for their faulty product nor for the postage and extra for tracking! Worst company ever, beside the Chinese ones.
Supposed to get free delivery with minimum spending - as what stated on their website.
What it really is, customer pay first, then they credit back to you via credit card?
Do you believe thats how it works? Because it will end up incurring more costs for them and that if the cost really is "refund" back to the card. Or perhaps, they will keep the "meant to be refunded delivery costs" for 1 year and roll some bank interest before it is being refund back to customer.

I cancelled my order online FOUR MINUTES after placing it. I get an email from them a day or so later telling me that I can't cancel it because it's already "gone to dispatch". Seriously? You turned my order around that fast? They said I could return the items for a full refund after I receive them and sent me their return form. Imaging my surprise when I discovered I had to send the items to the United Kingdom AND pay for the return shipping! NOWHERE on their returns page does it say the products are shipped from and are to be returned to the UK! Had I known that, I wouldn't have purchased anything from them. It will cost me more than twice the amount of the products I bought to send them back, so I'm keeping them. I think it's slimey of them not to disclose any of this. They probably hope the US customers won't return products because return shipping is too expensive. In summary, Look Fantastic is a terrible business.
They sent me the WRONG and damaged product not the one I ordered and now they expect me to go into trouble returning it before they process my refund. What's worse they don't really have a complaint centre to ring or email, you either have to post a letter or have an account with them. Extremely disappointed.
Ordered a lipstick I've worn for years. It came in similar packaging, however when comparing the shade of the lipstick I was sent to the lipstick I purchased previously from the manufacturers website the shades do not match. When I send pictures and asked for a refund, I was told the company needed to "investigate". Shady and unethical website. False advertising and misleading marketing tactics. Fake Stila products.
Don't advise anyone to purchase anything from this company, their an absolute circus.
Poor customer service & they don't have the common decency the management to phone a customer about issues they are having.
Delivery options said free delivery above $51 to Singapore but had to pay $12. Chat officer promised to refund delivery charge if I provided order number but chat box closed. Customer services refused to honour this refund without screenshot of chat even though it clearly states so in the delivery info. Misrepresentation.
The two items that l have received have issue.
1)Olaplex -without stating the expiry date.
2)Bioffect serum ( with expiry date 21 Sept) l have to finish up within 2months for $200 plus of item. They stated in their policy that we can return it within 14days. I paid under PayPal, but Look fantastic refused to respond when l raise a dispute there. I managed to get into the chat with this customer service, Ciaca on the 15/7/21, l was told to snap shot images of evidences relating my purchase, after she verified with me of my personal information relating to my purchase. She assured me that there will be someone responding to me in my email, once l submitted my evidences. But, it did not happen the way she had described to me. I went to the message again on the next day 16/7/21, and Jordan was in that chat line with me, he told me my home address did not match. He reminded me of the very first encounter with the previous customer service from Look Fantastic before Ciaca, it was on different day. Well, l finally realised that they were all liers. I will not waste my time interacting with them. They are there to cheat, this kind of Company cannot go far. This kind of Company can only cheat once. I should have come to this feedback page before placing my order. I doubt they will do a refund if l were to send back to the Company, why must l waste the shipping fees? They deserve zero star from me, but l am requested to rate it. They far from this Company, and don't let them scam u.
My worse online experience ever. I m a frequent online shopper. I have to say lookfantastic is very bad cos of their after customer service support. They made me repeat 4x to them for my details and 3x send the same photos to show them the items. I seldom write reviews but this is really very bad experience.

I ordered a product on 21st may and they said it is dispatched on 23rd may and will be delivered between 28th may to 11th June. Still product is not received. Contacted customer care by email as no call option, they said that once you receive the item you can return it. Very Disappointed..
This company is crap! They give you an estimated shipping date and but you'll never receive it by then, especially if you live in the States. I'm then told that it can be 30 days from shipping, but I still never received the item and tracking stopped three weeks ago. Buy your items elsewhere!
Pathetic. Whether it is LookFantastic India or UK the service offered after paying for the 2 items, (Bum Bum Cream) been more than a month, still not received. Paid, but no tracking number was provided from their side. Very sad, that still such services exist where there is no professionalism of any kind what so ever. No call back service, no live support, no grievance redressal to immediately find and solve. Not worth it. Communication is zero when it comes to having issues perusing to shipping. They don't even know where the items went, surprisingly. They actually require a 0 but the stars start with 1.
Their customer reactions and response is timely. I have been messaging with them for 2 full weeks back and forward about my problem with their order. Un-heard-of! They do the bare minimum and wouldn't give me the refund they promised after they sent me broken items, some were really dirty and unhygienic - which was totally unacceptable. I will NOT buy from them again thank you very much. They could do better... - The very unhappy customer.
AVOID! NOT RECOMMENDED! I made made an order on May 6th for huge package of cosmetics and for now (May 19th) I received only few of them. The delivery should be in 3-5 working days. Wrote several times to LOOKFANTASTIC to check the delivery nad finally to cancel my order due to such a delay in delivery but without any response. Not recommended at all, awful experience. Two weeks later I still didn't have my products and money
