Do not use them as if you do not choose to track your order at checkout which is more expensive as I thought choosing standard delivery was enough you will not receive your order and their customer service tell you they have no way of tracking it with Fed Ex.
Very disappointing and I haven't been offered a refund or store credit though asking for one as it wasn't a small amount I paid.
Customer services says politely they are terribly sorry but can't help

I purchased an electrical product in early April. Received a faulty product, and requested a return and refund. They accepted and said they'll send a courier to pick it up. Courier doesn't show up. I complain, they reschedule, courier doesn't show up. I complain, now they say they are "investigating". It has been well over a month and I am still getting "we're investigating" response. There's nothing to investigate - they sent a faulty product! Until you have a problem, they're fine, but beware if anything goes wrong. Plenty more of ethical sellers out there, LookFantastic can forget about my custom forever!
Very bad delivery service, very bad customer support, even more like a kind of fraud! They don't deliver your package and while you don't know where it is at all they even don't cancel your order to pay back!
It is the best pattern of irresponsibility, if you need anger and headache for sure order something from LOOKFANTASTIC!
Did not ship either package for sure because it says they split my order into two separate shipments neither of which arrived though it says it did!
Contacted Canada Post they said my name or address isn't even in the system for any parcels
Spent hundreds. Have attached pictures of screenshot of tracking as well as order notice. I have no reason to lie about not having received shipment. Thieves. Liars. Cons.
Ordered a Michael Todd Microderm took several months to receive it. When I finally did get it the equipment was broken. Made several attempts to contact customer service and nothing was resolved. Although my first email was replied to after a few weeks there was no resolution given. Just them apologizing it did not work. After that my emails went unanswered. I made several attempts over about 3 months. I was just left with broken product. Luckily the manufacturer sent a replacement piece needed to resolve the issue it still cost me $50 in shipping fees, which is excessive for a $120 item. Would never order from this company again. I would rather purchase from a more reputable website. All this site caused me was a headache and an extra bill to pay. Terrible, terrible company.
Always check the reviews before buying online. Absolutely no customer service and my order never arrived. They claimed it was delivered but yeah, why then am I writing this review? $130 gone down the drain and worst of all, still need that night cream!

Look Fantastic have shockingly poor customer services. I can't be sure but I think this site is a scam, I don't think they're real. I just don't think any proper site could survive giving how poor they are at doing their job... I have used them twice (like an eejit). Both times were a massive fail. My first order was a few years ago so I assumed if they had survived this long they wouldn't be a fake site, but my second was an even bigger disaster than my first. Trust me, I've learned my lesson now. I'm annoyed with myself that I didnt check out online reviews before ordering, then I would have seen what bad feedback they get
Very bad customer service. They sent the package with wrong information, and they took 20 days to reply to my email. The items are damaged in transit and they didn't refund me until today.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this website, if what you are looking for can be found elsewhere (like Amazon), go to the other websites.
I ordered kerastass shampoo and conditioner and another brand plus Aveda hair gel. NONE HAD ANY EXPIRY DATES! This company is in CHINA! These are FAKES! Go direct to the manufacturer website NEVER buy this CRAP! Don't be fooled like I was!
Absolutely the worst internet- based company I have ever dealt with. 1)I ordered the $499 Nuface Trinity Anniversary product that was to include all attachments, but they sent me the regular Trinity - no attachments. 2)no toll free number - have to use chat. Normally I am fine using chat, but 1st 2 agents would not speak with me because I did not recall that I registered via Facebook, and therefore, needed to give them my maiden name. They gave me no clues such as "if you used Facebook, consider what your name is on Facebook..." Luckily I remembered or wouldn't have been able to even contact anyone. 3) Courier never arrived on agreed upon date. Had to contact LF - they didn't contact me - that the courier needed more time 4) and this is my favorite... the courier did not show AGAIN. I contact LF - courier would not pick up bc they did not have the dimensions! I asked in my very first chat "can I return it in the box it came in?" Logic would tell them to contact their own shipping dept to get the box size. Avoid this company at all costs. If this is how they operate, most likely they have much more unethical things going on. I will be contacting Visa and Rakuten as well - anyone who will have real empathy.
Just recently came across this website and bought a hair care item and perfume. The products itself was all good and sealed fine. In the box there also was a protective layer.
They do have some good deals on the website and a good range of different products.
Delivery was quite fast as it only took 3 days (I live in the UK).
Only kind of complaint I had was that the parcel seem like it wasn't sealed properly at the bottom, it was slightly opened but nothing major like damaged products or a really damaged box.
I would definitely purchase from here again
I received Ren AHA Tonic 250 ml. I order this size because it comes witba pump.in original packing. The one i received by lookfantastic is without a pump. I m not sure if it is original peoduct or fake.
Lookfantastic has become a 'go to' site for my circle. I recieved great service when there was the rare issue and theh have amazing selection not available in US.
This is a horrible company with abhorrent customer service that — from the customer's end — is basically nonexistent. I placed an order 4 months ago and still have not received all the items I paid for and my requests for refunds have gone ignored. I have received only automated emails or human-initiated emails filled with canned responses that provide no additional information whatsoever. Do not walk, RUN AWAY as far as you can and as fast as humanly possible. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Appalling customer service if there's a problem beware of this company theirs returns policy is obscene and not present on their website. Used the foundation matcher it arrived a bright orange colour and they won't allow a return even when I stated that the product was not sealed when it arrived.
Look Fantastic is absolutely rubbish and they are not interested in their customers apart from taking their money. It has been over 4 months now and I still have not received a proper reply refunding my money. They are not even giving me store credit for products I never received! Do not use this company!
I seldom write reviews but I've had it with LF's customer service. I've been shopping on their site for more than 10 years now but never had to deal with their customer service until recently. Having read all the comments (mostly 1 star and that's because 0 stars was not an option) here and having received useless messages from Laura, Scarlett, Gayle, Emily et al, I knew my battle was lost. I'd have better chances of getting my money back by raising a dispute with the bank and/or filing a complaint with the Consumer Council.
I bought dental whitening strips in December 2020 but didn't receive them for months. I followed up in February 2021 and was told that the dental strips were out of stock, a refund would be issued to my credit card. So I thought - fine, I'll just buy something similar elsewhere, and I did. Little did I know, that was the beginning of my LF nightmare.
I got a notification from my bank on 15 March 2021, saying I had been charged ~£60 for the dental strips that were cancelled. I followed up with LF right away before items were dispatched, asking them to cancel it. But NO, NO CAN DO because it has been passed to their dispatch team. They forcibly dispatched the items that they singlehandedly cancelled and charged me for them without my permission. When I asked for a refund, they insisted that I would have to send the items which I did not ask for back - the postage of which I will have to bear myself, of course. I tried to explain the situation to them, but have only received either standard messages or responses from someone who has clearly not read the previous communications.
I just read the latest message from Gayle moments ago and have decided to stop wasting my time with these people. I filed a dispute with the bank yesterday and hope to get my money back somehow. I am now exploring my statutory rights. Good luck to everyone else fighting the LF fight!
Dont order from them! The customer service is useless. I have made an order 3months ago but never received it. I have been sending them messages every week and the only answer they come back with « sorry we did not get any update from the courrier ». In addition they keep ignoring my reimbursement request.
Poor service - delivery still hasn't arrived after several weeks - when I chased for an update, the only statement I got was 'warehouse issues' - never want to order from Look Fantastic again :(
