Warning to people, make sure you follow up with your bank to get a refund. You can contest it and raise a credit card payment dispute, as long as you provide evidence that you attempted to contact look fantastic for a refund. I can't believe such a company doesn't have something as simple as cancel order button even minutes after a purchase. Despicable cash grabbers, obviously trying to get more cash during a pandemic and playing with peoples right to a refund.
I put an order in mid January and still have not received my package 6 weeks later. I've gone back and forth with them over email/messages, and all they say is that they're "investigating" to see where my package is. It has been 6 weeks since I put my order in, and they have been "investigating" for 3 of them! I received the most vague replies when I ask them any kind of questions as to where abouts my package is or if I can get a refund, and everytime I send a message someone different replies. This company is very unorganized and very unprofessional.

Yesterday I tried to buy some stuff there, the payment wasn't going through so I thought it was cancelled.
Then I saw the same products in boots and even cheaper!
So I bought the same thing on boots, then after 10-15 minutes I received an email from LF with my order confirmation.
At the same time I received it I tried to cancel it, it seemed impossible to cancel anything from that shop unless u speak with a costumer service which is unfair because they relied to me 12h after telling me the window to cancel an order is just 5-10 minutes!
How in the hell is it possible? So can't I buy something and change my mind?
This is some how to force you to get the order whether u want it or not so you will pay the return, they still win your money even if u return the product!
I used to be a costumer but from now never again! Is a waste of time and money! Not even recomendable!

Worst service ever, it's been 25 days and till now there is no update on my order. Never ever order from look fantastic. Their customer support is weird and not helpful at all. If you want to order from look fantastic order but don't except the product to reach you.
I placed my order on 09 Feb. With idea as it was mentioned on website that delivery will take 4-6 working days within UAE. Today I received update that my order will be delivered up to 03 March.
ALMOST ONE MONTH. Very bad website with unuseful customer service. I do not recommend anyone to order from HERE.
This is scam! After 2 weeks they didnt manage to ship my package. One product got cancelled because it was sold of all of a sudden. They said the money would be refunded, but that didnt happen yet. Don't shop here, just a warning
I brought pureology strength cure blonde shampoo and conditioner this product is HORRIFIC turned my hair completely purple. I'm a hairdresser and used to love the pureology brand. It's terrible... Look fantastic customer service is also disgusting. I sent pictures of how my hair had been completely ruined (from once use I might add) and I recieved horrific customer service as a whole I will never use look fantastic again or use pureology products! Please be careful everyone I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. Will also advise all my clients against it, please also be aware that I tried to review the product so that this experience doesnt happen to another customer and my review was not posted... they also choose which reviews are shown so dont always believe the amazing reviews you read on products as negative comments are not allowed which is unfair
Buyer beware! Once they take your money, they don't care about anything. There actually is NO customer service available to help you.
Waited for almost 2 months and still haven't receive my box yet. Customer service is terrible too. Keeps sending me the same robotic e-mails asking to wait while they're waiting for the tracking updates... Not recommended to anyone and will never order myself again.
My order shipped December 25 and wasn't received until January 15th (to Canada)- I emailed them January 5 and they said my order was lost then the next day said it wasn't and I had to wait 8 days. It ended up arriving after the 8 days but I got my package. One of the products was sticky and full of residue but the other two were good. Customer service is weird but besides that, I had a pretty good experience considering shipping was during Christmas holidays. They also charged me for shipping when they said it would be free.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is shocking. No phone number to actually contact someone only a messaging system, which then takes two days for them to reply.
I have been told on multiple messages that I will get my refund. This was 9 weeks ago with me waiting for a refund for "5 working days" then having to message back when it wasn't in my bank to then wait to get a reply two days later asking if I can send my PayPal details, or will I accept a credit or checking to see if I have received my refund. 9 weeks! Utter nonsense. I have been a long time customer who they have just lost over something they could have easily sorted. No one cares. Terrible customer service. No stars at all
Ordered goods on 6th January 2021 - today 29th January still not received my order. They will not give me a refund?! They cannot track or trace the goods either.
The person who handled my live query on their website, called Neve, was not polite or helpful. Her responses about me being a first-time customer and not receiving a MAC gift I was entitled to but never received were cold and dismissive. She would not help and would not see how your terms for applying a first-time customer discount code were confusing. I had spent £50 with MAC, the fact that I am a first-time customer with lookfanstastic.com and received a discount has nothing to do with the gift I was entitled to. I am extremely disappointed in how you treat your customers, new or otherwise. And I want to make an official complaint on how I was treated here. This is not professional. I asked Neve to cancel my account with yourselves but I sure hope you will get in touch to discuss this matter further. Thank you.
The shipments are always coming quite damaged. They do offer a relatively fair prices, but unfortunatley I had ordered few times from them and noticed that when I contact for missing item, even while saying they have refunded my money for it they didn't.
First time using this company. Was referred by a friend. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Signed up for notifications, received none and never received my items. Tried contacting customer service but conveniently their phone lines were down so it's been back and forth emails giving the runaround. A complete waste of $200. Don't give these crooks a dollar of your money. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered some cerave cleanser and moisturizers at the beginning of December, after a few weeks they hadn't arrived. I chased them up and was told it has been delivered, despite no sign of them and to check my neighbours? It's now been over 6 weeks and I'm still chasing them, I have a look at the Royal Mail tracking and my package was returned to them on 30th December?! No one told me, they just sat on my money and products for over two weeks. This is stealing, if I had not chased them they would still have it all. The reply I got offered no explanation, no apology and told me I will get a refund in 3-5 days. That is not good enough, I'm a nurse and the ling shifts in masks is doing havoc to my skin, I have been looking forward to these products. If I did not message they would have kept my money and my products whilst blaming my neighbours for stealing. Can you explain that? Shameful customer service, I expected so much better from you.
Terrible customer service, don't reply to email / contact. Been waiting for a product for over a month and received no help from your customer service team. Please don't waste your money and buy elsewhere, because you most likely will never receive your item or a refund.
I came on here to find help for an item exchange and I'm so confused about all of the bad reviews! I have been ordering with LookFantastic for years and literally never once had a problem, the only time I've ever had anything close to a problem was yesterday when I received an eyeshadow palette in which one had broken during transit, I messaged their customer service team to ask if I could exchange for another and they replied saying it had been processed and I would receive an email shortly to say it had been despatched. Problem solved! I don't understand how it has such a bad rating it's literally my go-to. Great discounts too!

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received from a business! 20 days since I've ordered and still nothing! No response to emails! Facebook message reply telling me I'm not the name on the account when I paid for it myself? All I want is the items I ordered or a refund!
Once again do not buy anything from here as you will not receive it!
I have ordered with LF a few times and twice I have had orders with missing items and to be fair I did get these eventually but their customer service is the worst Iv ever seen. Don't expect for anything to resolved within a week as it takes that long for a response. There are lots of people having problems. There are a lucky few who never have issues but not worth taking the chance.
Answer: Did you eventually get your order? I'm from SG too and it's been close to a month, and nothing.
