This item was defective after a couple of months. Returned to LF in March and have a Fedex proof of receipt by LF on 15 March. Two months later, this return is still pending. LF has informed me that they cannot locate the returned item in their warehouse and they need to do a manual search. I have sent numerous reminders and been told the same thing: the warehouse has not responded. I have a proof of receipt so the fact they cannot locate the item is irrelevant but they refuse to give me a refund. Especially stressful as it is in relation to a high value product. I have stopped purchasing from LF and will inform my friends and followers of this experience. I will also stop purchasing from Cult Beauty and HQ Hair as they are all owned by THG, the parent company of LF,
Never reply. Have missed out £150 of my order and no one replies to me and nothing has been done for over a week. I am absolutely appalled by their service. They steal your money and no one replies to sort the problem.
It was my biggest mistake to order from this terrible store. I ordered a hair dryer with delivery to Canada. And they sent me a hair dryer with a UK plug and European voltage. As a result, I am completely unable to use this product due to the large difference in voltage (Europe 220-240 / Canada 110-120). I tried to communicate with support, but they constantly told me one thing, and then completely different. There was a feeling that they were mocking me and taking out my brain with each new message.
At first they told me that I can return or exchange the goods. After, that I can't do it, after I can again. But in the end, they said they wouldn't refund me shipping back and customs tax. Which in essence was the great cost of the hair dryer.
When I mentioned the voltage adapter, they said they could reimburse me for part of the cost, as it costs a lot more than a hair dryer. But first I need to buy it with my own money and provide a receipt for the purchase. How convenient it is to make an incredibly bad mistake and do everything to blow the mind of the buyer.
In the end, they did nothing and I was left with a hair dryer that I can't use, wasted money and a lot of wasted nerves. I highly recommend not buying anything from this company! You will spend a lot of time and nerves, and your money!
However tempting it may be DO NOT fall for their subscription nonsense. I've cancelled my subscription 2/3 months ago and I'm still paying for it. Who knew 3 months subscription after a year of using the service means you get to pay for 3 extra months after you cancel it. Do not recommend unless you want some extra headaches….
My package never arrived after paying next day delivery. Evri decides to upload "proof of delivery" by taking a picture of someone with my package. After telling LF that's not me, they decide to close my investigation, I don't have tattoos and i am not tanned. I spent over £200
I ordered multiple La Roche Posay items during the sale which were my primary reasons for creating this order. All the ancillary extra stuff got delivered but the main items were cancelled citing "not having stock". Yet, when I check their website, those items are still available for purchase. This bait and switch during sales is criminal and false advertising. If they cannot fulfill orders during sale seasons, they shouldn't put them on their website. It is unfair for the customers shopping to be duped. This is more than the tenth time it has happened to me and customer service is utter garbage.

I made my order on 11th January on lookfantastic.com. Nothing was delivered. I spent £179.97 and still didn't get my order. The support team kept pushing back the delivery date. The previous week I asked for the refund. They told me that it will be done in 3-5 working days. Still didn't get it. Looks like this website is a scam. Do not recommend to use it.
Placed an order in December and have yet to receive it. I was told it was shipped over 90 days ago but they cannot furnish a tracking number and refuse to refund my money. I have filed a complaint with Visa and various government agencies. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FORM THIS WEBSITE!
I bought in December 2022 some products and parcel been apparently delivered to wrong address, Evri has admitted and been told to go back to Lookfantastic and they don't want to resolve, after many message back and forward, I did charge back and they quickly manage to take back money from my accounts because they said to bank they delivered parcel, tried to resolve this issue with Lookfantastic as my bank advised me and they don't do anything tell you Because there was a charge back it has to run out and Jess,, the boss,, says my issue been resolved, you can't go any way forward with them if something goes wrong with parcel.
I ordered a very expensive Tom ford perfume for a friends birthday on 3rd of March 2023, however the parcel was lost and was not delivered which was disappointing. After contacting Lookfantastic customer service for over three weeks to try to rectify the problem and replace the perfume, they confirmed this would be sent out and I received an empty delivery box without the perfume. I contacted look fantastic again to try to get a refund or a replacement as soon as possible and they blocked my account instantly. This is the worst experience I've ever had from an online shop. I spent £112 on a perfume for a friend, not only did I not receive the item, when I complained about the poor service, they instantly deleted my account and the information on my orders was lost. I would highly recommend not purchasing expensive items on their website because they take no accountable or responsibility for their disgusting customer service and will not recommend any family or friends to shop there. Never have I shopped somewhere that has brought me to tears with the poor level of customer service.
I am a long term customer and very satisfied for a number of years until about 6 months ago when I moved apartment, I changed address on my account to my new apt, confirmed with customer service but I have not received my products since moving, payments are still going from bank. I have contacted customer support on a number of occasions with assurance from them that all is sorted but still nothing. I have been extremely happy with the products I have received but this company really needs to hire and TRAIN some new admin staff that can deal with a simple request like a change of address (minus 2 stars)
Beware of ordering from Lookfantastic! They sent me expired products! And during the refund process, they will close your account to stop you from getting your refund. Stay away!
I ordered the product while i was in London to be delivered to my london adress. This package was lost and i am still waiting for the refund!
In the meantime i left the uk and am now in Germany, so i ordered the same product again and paid again and yes this has been delivered.
So the situation is: i paid 2x but only have one product. I am still waiting for my refund for the one i ordered in london and it's been almost two weeks now! Customer service keeps saying they are still investigating even though the delivery company admitted to having lost the package!
Order arrived half missing and damaged items, slowly resolving each one in a very drawn out and painful customer service process, it feels like they hope you'll give up, no one can actually be that bad! Suspect delivery packaging too. Over 2 months later, one more item to go and even that they're disputing. They should not be trading!
They sent me mouldy product and I got in touch the day of delivery with photos and details. After making me jump through hoops with sending more photos and batch numbers they have just now ignored me - no refund or replacement. Definitely would buy elsewhere if I were you!
I have been a loyal customer for several years without any problems, however I don't think I will ever use this website again. I purchased a Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume, which I have been using for years, so when I first sprayed it I could immediately smell the difference. It smelled sour and after an hour the scent was completely gone, so clearly this is a fake or an old product. I tried contacting the site to arrange a return, where there asked me for details and photos. After giving them the details I tried uploading the photos of the bottle, but you can max upload 3MB and my photos were 6.3 MB and 5.7, so I asked for another way to send them these. This was ignored and I was told my claim was 'videregivet til vores efterforskningsteam til gennemgang'. How is an investigation team going to solve this? At this point it feels like they are trying to make it so difficult to return the product and get my money back that I'll just give up. Be very carefull before purchasing expensive items from this website
I paid for my order with PayPal and it said my order went through. They tried to tell me there was a problem with my transaction and I needed to give them my credit card information! So you can charge me twice? No thanks! I told them to cancel my order.
They sent me a shipping notification for a product I ordered with a tracking number etc. I followed the tracking for a week because it was a very expensive item. After week it appeared to be stuck at customs, only when I called both carriers neither of them had any info about the package. Turns out it haven't even been sent.

No refund on the item that cancelled by seller as item sold out. The reason was the amount of charge no tally with the amount showed at lookfastastic bills. This was due to I bought from Singapore using visa, there is currency floating rate for amount deduction from my bank account. Waste a lot of time to liase with a few of Lookfantastic CS, non of them can help to settle the refund. Does not recommend for overseas buyer if you faced issue need for refund, you might not able to get it at the end. No common sense even from their finance dept officer.
I have ordered the items and due to the emergency travel couldn't not personally accept my order. When I started following up on the order, the shipping company said that the goods are no longer with them. Since November lookfantastic is feeding me the same feedback that they have not received them and will make a refund only once they have the goods back in their warehouse. It's been several months now and im pretty sure they will not bother to refund the money. Such a disappointment to deal with. The amount is almost 200 usd and it's just surprising the way they handle this.
