I had an order up to $50 and the package still in custom transit for almost a month. I contacted them many times and they made excuses every single time. The latest one was they said it my responsible to contact the usps. They don't even take the responsibility. Don't trust this website, they're scammer!

I had placed an order for 180 days supply and I received only 90 days supply and they refused to send me the balance 90 days supply even though it's their fault their customer service was very poor they have promised to refund me the 50% back but won't compensate for the inconvenience and also extra I had to pay in customs as the customs was charged on higher amount. Terrible after sales and customer service.

I never got my order. Fastway never even attempt to deliver. I contacted the customer service which is horrific and useless to deal with. I have been trying to resolve this a week now but nothing so far. This company is a waste of money and your time. Use some other company with trustworthy delivery service! I will honestly never use this company again.

I was unable to spend my GIFT vouchers at the checkout. I sent several emails and no one gave me a helpful answer. I tried to escalate the issue but they do not have phone number. I now have £150 of gift vouchers that I can't spend how I want.

You're not allowed to use 2 vouchers at the checkout and then if you have a discount code money comes off your voucher... - is this legal?
No help - do not buy gift vouchers or go somewhere else.

Ordered a £202 Tom Ford aftershave for a gift for my son on his wedding day. Tracking said it would be delivered a week before the wedding. Yes you guessed it the wedding has been and gone and the aftershave has not been delivered. Over 200 text messages between me and LF constant wait 24 hours then 48 hours then 3 working days! I have repeatedly asked for a refund but to no avail they lie to you and you have to keep re explaining what's happened no one reads the messages. Emails bounced back so all had to be done on text. Do Not give them your money.

I ordered goods on 14th September, due for delivery 18th September. It is now 2nd October. I have never received any goods and have continuously been ignored when I ask for a refund. I can only warn people about this website, On TrustPilot my complaint is shown among many positive but if you look deeper at the reviews you will see there are many dissatisfied customer who have received appalling service as I have- it is disgusting. I will soon set up something so we can all complain to the Mail on Sunday as this should not be allowed to go on!

I stupidly ordered from this company for a second time no item dispatched just told it will be sent the first order took weeks to be dispatched and they then sent it to the wrong address don't touch this company i was lucky that the person that received my item was honest and handed it over

Disgusting customer service, they will do everything in their power to not refund you for the parcel THEY lost, if you value your money staff far away from these criminals!

If it was possible to give a minus star I would because I think rating it 1 is too generous, scam and haven't received my refund till date

I received 1 product out of 7 which I paid for. I received an email reply from customer service with an attitude that made me feel like I wasn't being truthful- I contacted PayPal filled out a case report and was automatically refunded! So glad I used PayPal!

Bought a curling wand as a present, when evri delivered i wasn't home so they left it in my neighbours front garden, it wasn't there when i arrived home. They wont refund or replace as it was delivered to my street. Don't waste your money!

They use Evri who can't ever seem to deliver to the correct address. Then lookfantastic will tell you they'll get back to you 3-5 working days about requesting a refund - they won't. Like me, you'll be waiting 3 months with no straight answer and constantly cutting you off when you try speak to them

I've titled this review "the sands of time" because… yes — I've aged since the process started.

I'm really disappointed with Lookfantastik a lot. They have sent me wrong items, i filed a claim with images of wrong goods and they just keeping sending me same questions about an item, which i cannot provide, cause i didn't get the product (for example batch number and so on). I write them that i cannot provide this information and attach the photo of the wrong goods, but they just keeping ssending same question on autoreply again and again and clossing the claim. No respect to the customer at all. I don't recomend this company at all.

Got two bad bottles of tanner and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. A waste of money and my time. Items are cheaper here for a reason so don't fall for the scam. And they wont let me leave this review. BUY BEWARE.

I ordered a hair product as a gift to a friend through this site.
The package never arrived.
When I reached out to customer service to resolve this, they said they couldn't resolve it with me because the package was shipped someone else.
Even though I placed and paid for the order.
So now I can't get my money back.
And if my friend ever wants to receive his gift, he has to try and resolve this personally with the company.

Trying to do something nice for someone I care about. Instead, it's a headache for us both.
Really frustrating.

Ordered something that seems totally fake from LookFantastic UAE. Instantly started receiving a bunch of spam from them. What's more, companies I've never heard of before started emailing me the next day because LookFantastic clearly sold my email address. When I asked for a refund, they're MIA. I see that the website is rated 1.2 so it's hardly a surprise. Total scam. Don't buy anything.

Why oh why didn't I read the reviews for Look Fantastic before I ordered?!
I've tried and tried and tried to contact them re returning an item but nothing works and judging by the all the reviews I'm just wasting my time. Also the 'free' item was not included as promised. Has anyone had any success getting through to them on any forum?
