I can't even begin to describe how careless, incompetent, and useless their customer support team is. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY OR THEY WILL WASTW EVERY WAKING SECOND YOU HAVE AND EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE. HORRENDOUS COMPANY AND TEAM.
Ordered a product from their Canadian site (.ca) and the item they sent me had a UK voltage plug. A total lack of common sense on their part - and it wasn't clear at all that the item was coming from the UK. When I contacted customer service I don't even think they understood the issue. They just sent me a return form, but wanted me to pay for the return from Canada to the UK (more expensive than the product itself, basically). Stay away at all costs - total scam of a company.
Customer service is awful. My parcel was not delivered and they want me to fill a form, I have now contacted them 12 times and still no resolution. 5 of those times I asked fir contact details fir their complaints department, and ignored each time. I will never shop with again.
I've ordered so, so much from this place over years. Horrible, time-wasting experience today. Tried to place order. I put a lot of research into the various products, it was complicated. Noticed I had tons of points. Not simple to redeem but I did it. Site said would apply £25 credit to my order. It didn't. On chat now. Long, time-wasting pauses while I wait for customer service to respond. Their answer is to cancel my order and I have to redo everything. Ridiculous. Just issue me a credit for the voucher. Now what, I have to wait for a refund? Also, what is with the points system? According to website, I was supposed to get benefits from the level I was at - I've seen NOTHING. Won't be using them again. Most angry at time-wasting.
I ordered a few items back in November. All but one item arrived. I've been sending messages since then to find out what happened and finally just to look for a refund. Every reply is the exact same we're sorry but we're investigating it. Nothing else. I've lost 96 euro and don't know how I'm going to get it back. They've basically stolen from me
I was duped by look fantastic. I bought a product cle de peau beaute, blush duo powder. In the picture it was represented as a whole product and instead for the price of 40 pounds they sent me a refill also in a different colour from the description. Very bad customer service, staff not up to understanding the problem. I wanted to return it at their expense and ask for a refund and they always said sure, we will send you the coupon to send it for free only to find out at the post office that I had to pay for it. A bunch of incompetent, un-serious people unable to do their job. I will never buy anything from this site again. Bad experience! Very bad products! Absolutely to avoid!
Worst retail experience ever! I ordered items that were supposed to be delivered within 5 working days (this was 3 weeks ago) I have been back and forward for 3 weeks trying to track down my order and request replacements as my order has been lost 5 times and still not received anything. Half of the items went out of stock in this time, which they lied about and said sent items were on the way to me until I told them they were out of stock on the website - I had to then request a refund as they were going to send the items when they came back into stock(still not received refund for out of stock items).
I received an email, 6th order of same items has been sent back to look fantastic from evri, I emailed asking for refund for entire order this is not possible as they have processed it to be delivered for a 7th time.
I just want my money back to order my skincare items elsewhere.
It has been a really stressful experience. I not able to make a complaint, I asked 5 times this has been ignored every time (I don't think they have that option at all).

Received my order within 48 hours (no charge) I normally use Boots, purchasing online with them has become stressful, locking me out of my account then asking me to make a new e-Mail. This was stress free, cheaper I also got a free primer with my Touche Eclat. I'm a happy customer, thank you, will be using again
Awful I spoke to them about returning my money as I didn't mean to buy a subscription which states you can cancel the subscription up to 15 days.i got told that I would get a refund it has now been 2 weeks of then keep saying it's under investigation and I still have not got my money back which I state is £150 it's ridiculous and I am not happy at all
Paid £350 with discount for an LED mask and had it cancelled with no explanation. Stayed on a live chat for 20 minutes to find out why to be told someone will clarify in 24-48 hours. Waste of time and now have to wait for my own money to be refunded. Can't even buy from Cult Beauty as it's the same garbage Hut Group company.
I ordered an item to be delivered on the 30th November, 2022 and still have not received on the 23rd December, 2022. No communication from the company as to why my item has been delayed. Second time experiencing delivery delays. I tried speaking to customer service who said to expect a couple of days delays, 23 days however is ridiculous! I had to ask for the complaints procedure 4 times which they refused until finally they said send an email with the complaints. Absolute joke of a company! Avoid at all costs.
They use Evri, and then when your parcel goes missing will not refund! I have sent so many messages and not one person resolves it. Even Evri are saying to contact Look Fantastic. It's such a shame I have used Look Fantastic for quite some time, everything is usually great, but once there's a problem, they are not quick to try and help. I've been waiting a long time now and still no parcel and no refund! Shocking service!
If I could rate them zero I would. I placed and paid for an order on the 30th November. I hadn't arrived by 14th December I went on live chat to be told this had been lost in the post. I had not been told. On the 14th December they were despatching a replacement. I had an email telling me on the 19th this still hadn't been despatched. Another replacement has been sent out, I am not hopeful this will ever be received. If you can't wait 2 months don't order from them. Absolutely useless!
I did not received my order. When I contacted Lookfantastic France they confirmed that the package had not been delivered without further explanation!
Despite several emails I have still not been reimbursed. Each time they come up with a new excuse. You have to wait for the package to be returned to them and then you have to fill out a form to confirm that the order which has not been delivered is not in your home! Customer service is extremely poor and they are not helping you in any way! STAY AWAY from this company, it is a SCAM!
Horrible company, very unprofessional customer service team. I have ordered twice from this company - first time, the parcel was very delayed. Second time - i have placed an order on 25th and the delivery was meant to happen up to 29th of Nov! I am still waiting on it - I have contacted customer service team asking for a replacement and they are saying that it has been an error with my redelivery and can't help me with getting any further information. How can they mess up so so many times. Please order from anywhere else if you want to actually receive your order!
We order an item at the beginning of Nov. 33 days later, we receive an email stating they ran out of the product as too many were ordered over the previous weekend. What? So you sent out all the orders to ppl who placed their orders over black Friday shopping weekend instead of honoring an order that was placed a month prior. Absolute non sense. Get your $#*! together
I ordered an advent calendar at the end of September. I got about a dozen shipment notifications and a tracking number, but DHL has never even received the package from them. Their customer service is some sort of email bot, that cannot answer specific questions - definitely not a human on the other side of their emails. I tried looking up their company executives and found there are none. It seems like a fancy front end website, which looks great. Don't give them your credit card information.
I placed an order for 2 advents packages, end of October. Was immediately billed.
Now it is Novemer 29, no product, a live chat reordering?, and no answers.
Ripoff, selling oroducts they do not have!

Placed two huge discounted order on Nov 11 and and 24 days passed,got nothing, told me both lost which is ridiculous, one of the packages was out for delivery on Nov 22 and it was back to their warehouse! Do not buy from them! Their service is worst and waste time and energy!
