Im from asia, i ordered last december 28 2014 but until now i never recieve my order, i contacted them many times. Poor customer service.
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here but I've been shopping with them for years and never had a problem.
I have bought several orders at this site.The firs ones were ok, i was so excited to find this site. I een orderd something a week before last christmas and it came on time. But LAST ORDER that i recieved contained FAKE Aveda invati shampoos. Ihave been using aveda for years, an i know how the real product smells, feels and looks.the ones they sent me smelled like soap, te color was much lighter and the texture was more like a fluid(as if it was water mixed in). I contacted them about this but they havent reolied yet. Also aveda invati spray smeeled like alcohol. Like it was spoiled. Now i'm starting to think other products i bought were also fake or tempered with and i just didint notice. I hope they will reply and resolve this issue.if they do i will let you know(maybe they dont know what the supplier is sending)

Shipped (apparently) to Austria. Never arrived. Contacted Lookfantastic twice about it, but they cannot be bothered as more than 40 days have passed since they claimed shipping the goods. Same standard reply, no attention to the customer. Never happened with other companies.
Do not use if you are an international customer!
TERRIBLE site. I placed an order a month ago and didn't receive the item due to the delivery service called Hermes. I still haven't received a full refunded from the company because my parcel "hasn't been returned to the warehouse" but the company know that I haven't got my item. Poor customer service and no help or information on the situation. Hope I get my refund soon. Won't be ordering from the site again.
Terrible customer service! I received empty bottles when I received my order. I contacted them right away sent pictures of the way I received my items and what did they say!? " as I good will gesture we can give you 10% store credit" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and buy somewhere else!
I ordered the wrong product and once completed I realised my error so within fifteen minutes I tried to cancel my order, however this was apparently not possible or so the email sent five minutes later detailed. What a disappontment as I thought I had found a good site for the products I use - fair to say I will not be using it again.
I ordered an item in last December it arrived spilt/demaged i did contact the costumer service which they asked me to send them a photo of it and they should send me an email. So i did, never had an email back from them as promised, costumer service horrible, Awful, awful experience and would never use them again.
Ordered products a year ago, never recieved. Wrote to them countless times. Each time I was told asia is far away so it will take more time. Finally was told to submit a non receipt form online, the website doesn't work. It's bordering on cheating really. Please look for alternative webshops where service matters and you actually get what you pay for.
The item I ordered took an age to arrive and when it finally did it was the wrong item - similar to what I ordered but not the same. You can't reply to any emails they send you as they all have "do not reply" at the top so you have to log into your account and open a new issue. I did this and was advised to return the item by click & collect and the replacement would be sent. I did this straight away but it took over a week for them to get back to me to advise my replacement had been sent.
When I got the replacement it was the exact same incorrect item as they had originally sent me! I had to open another issue on line, contact them, and return the item. I advised that this time I wanted a refund. I waited for a reply - nothing so I contacted them again and again and again until finally someone got back to me advising that my item had not been received. I tracked it online through click & collect and they had received it 5 days previously. I emailed yet again to complain but no-one got back to me so I had to phone them up. Miraculously my item has suddenly been found at their depot and they advised I'd be refunded.
Appalling service, would never use again, especially when there are so many better similar websites out there offering a much better service.
I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say.
Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores.
They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons.
2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Horrible costumer service. Will never order from them again, I contacted them right after with in 2 min to change infor they got back to me days later! And said sorry shipped to another country. Think before you purchase from them!
Not fantastic offer free gifts which never arrived then apparently when I complained is no longer in stock, 5 emails and 8 days later shocking service avoid it at all costs feel unique are heads above
Went online after ordering large bottle of expensive shampoo from look fantastic to complain about lack of response from them after I emailed customer service to tell them the bottle had leaked so meant I lost some of the contents and that a mess had been made on my jumper due to the leak.No response from them even after chasing up. After reading other reviews I realise I am lucky in that at least I actually got my order. I will never order anything from them again.

My issue with LookFantastic goes beyond the fact that my order is yet to arrive (3 months later) it is actually that their process of finding my order or getting a refund placed more responsibility with me than with them.
Firstly you may only communicate with them through their website message system. So after back and forth messages confirming address etc I must fill in a form and upload it to their website. At the time of writing this their upload did not work on my work or personal computers so that took even longer... The form asks you for the date your order was shipped in addition to other things that they could/should have looked into from their end. At this point I was annoyed with the process but understanding that it was procedure... it was only today when I looked at the message asking to submit another form because I didn't list the entire contents of my $300 dollar order for them. Instead I wrote the order number and "the entire order."
How ridiculous. The order was shipped all together. I haven't received the order. I made the order through your website. Obviously all of the order is still MIA. Seriously what do you think happened? Mid flight to Australia a bottle of shampoo jumped out of the box and made its way to me while the rest of the box is lost in transit?! I think it is customer service 101 that you shouldn't bother a customer who has already wasted enough time on your time consuming process! Now I have to start the process over... what a joke. I think ill go back to Bath and Unwind... more expensive but very reliable.
I shop online all the time and this has been the worst experience so far! I ordered three products back in April and didn't receive my order at all, it was returned to the sender. Since then I have been in contact with the customer service, asking whether they have received the package back. I keep getting the same copy-paste "Sorry for the inconvenience" message. I got in touch with German delivery service which informed me that my package was handed over to their delivery service on 15th of May! From then I cannot track the package on my own and the customer service is apparently to lazy to phone the delivery service and inquire where the package is! If they havent't received it back in more than 3 months, then it apparently got lost somewhere, which is again not my fault. I keep asking for a refund, because I spent 135 euros! And I keep getting the same copy-paste answers all time. None of my questions have been answered and no solution proposed. In short, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER / COMPLETE NIGHTMARE / NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered and never got my order! They claim it takes 60 days to ship an item from UK to Europe. That's ridiculous and I doubt I will receive my items. I should have checked the reviews, but they are buried in the search engine.
Do you have an idea how can I complain?
Awfull services. They boast they offer free shipping to Eu countries which is totally a lie. I don't know how is possible to write down this fact and when I have tried to place an order to Romania I had to pay 8.99 Pounds for transport. The help desk people are totally unfriendly and don't offer any explanation for nothing you ask. Beware!
I am still waiting for 3 of my orders and have been contacted them more than 10 times now but the customer service is very bad.
They are just using the copy and paste reply every time I emailed them.
