Tried to cancel my order 1 minute after ordering as when I clicked the order button I realized that the items I ordered were sample sizes instead of the regular size.
Same price as the Amazon regular size. They would not let me cancel the order.
Arrived 3 weeks later, shipped from England. You can never reach them.
Worst customer service ever - they encourage you to buy because of some promotions and then send all these freebies instead of the goods ordered! Website stated 3-6 days for delivery and now it is almost 3 weeks!
Ciera has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in online shopping. They will not give you your own order information if you forget your account log in information even if you have the order number and every other information that you need to place an order. She did not want to help from the beginning and just gave me attitude the whole time. The system itself is very glitchy and unreliable. Overall, a very sketch business.

Very disappointed! I have been ordering from this site for many years but never again. I recently placed an order and I accidentally typed in the wrong address, I sent emails immediately trying to correct the problem and trying to change the address and l received an email telling me they can't do anything abiut it. I then tried to cancel the order all together and received another email stating they can't cancel the order either so basically I paid for a product I will never receive. Horrible customer service. Never again!
So I live in Hong Kong, where dead sea bath salts and various cosmetic products are ultra-expensive x3 UK prices. I ordered 3 x 5kg bags of dead sea salt and various other items to be delivered to Hongkers all worth a total of just over 100 pounds and 18kg in weight. It was only until I ordered that I took a look at independent reviews like these. All were very negative, some claiming that this site was a scam, delivery took months etc... So I had resigned to the idea I have probably lost 100 sterling or would be waiting for a couple of months for an incomplete order.
To my surprise. I ordered 3-March, delivery came 12-March. All there. A couple of minor issues, but all due to logistics and some small faults of my own when ordering (thought that there were 2 bottles of cream because the picture featured 2 bottles... but in fact only one... a bit misleading... but my fault really). Had to come and write this because I was actually quite peeved with myself for not looking at independent reviews first before buying... then thinking it was prolly too good to be true because shipping alone costs an arm and a leg. I sent some stuff to the UK by air a few weeks back, 20Kg and it cost the equivalent of 50 sterling. This 18Kg package was sent by air... the in the opposite direction! So well chuffed at receiving it. Very good! Excellent! Can't fault them. Had a live chat with customer service about shipping charges making sure it was as advertised, "Free"... it was prompt and polite... "What charges?" Excellent... well chuffed!
Had a gift sent as a apology from lookfantastic for their mistakes but got the bill for shipping! A year after lookfantastic and lots of mails after they was going to pay this and own up, they now has denied their initial response taking ownership of this. Then turned it around on me for their choose of delivery. I never ordered so not my choice how the delivery takes place! Took it further but lookfantastic will not for mnts now reply to the Europe mediater and will not reply to the proofs! Scammers that for sure will try to scam you if they do wrong.
I tried to cancel an order 15 minutes after being made and was not able to as the item had already been processed. Then had to wait a week for it to arrive, fill out the forms and pay for it to be posted back. So lame. Do you think Amazon would have survived with that kind of serive?
I would give 0 stars if I could. How could they not have the basic ethics of at least replying to their customers emails? Let alone the fact that they have still not delivered my product and it has been more than a month. Biggest mistake ever. No one to even answer your questions. Never ordering from here again. Your customer service disgusts me.
Can't get my refund for a month now
I have paced and payed my order in November. One part of the order was cancelled by lookfantastic later due to supply shortage. They have promised to refund in 3-5 days, but I am waiting and asking for my money for about a month now. They now say that it was supposed to be a payment on despatch and I apparently am not getting my money back. So the conversation goes as follows: I say please refund what I have paid for sth that you have cancelled; they say it is payment on despatch, so you are not getting any. I feel not heard, not respected and have just unfortunately lost my temper and resolved to swearing in the chat (apologies). I would still like to receive a refund though.

Unfortunately it appears that the order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Therefore as the order was never dispatched and so as suggested in our previous message no payment will have been taken as payment is received upon dispatch.
I HAVE PAID AND THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED THREE WEEKS AFTER MY PAYMENT WAS PLACED. I HAVE PROVIDED THE SCREENSHOTS FROM MY BANK TRANSACTION AND SCREENSHOTS FROM LF CONFIRMING RECEIVED PAYMENT.
Extremely poor experience and suspect they deliberately trick people to their site with great offers they cannot deliver. Ups... our supplier can not deliver:-(
Their logistics and deliver is also very poor in those few cases you actually get the product. No willingness or flexibility to help out getting a similar order to the same price when they (AFTER A MONTH!) inform me they cannot deliver. I bought products during Black Friday and as a minimum I asked to get the same price with my re-order. Denied by Eva in Nordic Customer Service. I will cancel my profile with them and suggest you look to some of the other similar websites like Escentuals.com, which I have had good experiences with.
I ordered 2 bottles of the same perfume for Christmas presents due to the price. One was packaged and the other arrive unboxed. I therefore could not give these as a gift.
As as it is a perfume I use, I thought I would just keep one for myself. Bad move! The perfume lasted hardly any time on my skin and I normally get complimented on this perfume all the time. The smell was gone in no time.
Do not waste your money buying from this company, go to a reputable seller instead.
This company simply doesn't deliver. My order from LAST YEAR still shows "being processed." I did a live chat about the status and was told my order would be elevated. Nothing ever happened after that. This is a scam company. I wish I had checked the reviews in advance.
I have received many emails saying if you buy over £60.00 you are entitled to a lady's beauty bag with few goodies. I did not need the 4th item, but I though it would be worth it.
After placing the order, I have received the confirmation and it was not showing the bag.
I tried to call several times, but my calls were cut saying the operators were too busy. I have sent 2 emails which nobody replied.
After 2 days I have managed to speak to them, which did not help at all. They said that some items are excluded from this offer. I believe the customer should be alerted when the order is placed.
Very disappointing and frustrating.
I NEVER leave reviews. But I ordered from lookfantastic partially because of the price. But also because I couldn't get into any other websites from my office because my company blocks most websites. I never even thought to check the reviews but when my wife did she said you are so screwed. A week later I have my product and for 30% less than anywhere else I saw advertised. Plus free shipping.
I HAD ORERED A BABY QUASAR SET ON DEC 2,2017... ITS JAN 3,2018 AND STILL NO NEWS. I HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL TIMES TO THEM; NO NEWS OF REFUND EITHER. CAN SOMEONE HELP
Unbelievably bad service - ordered bath salts 4 weeks ago - first order was 'damaged in transit' and returned to sender - second delivery was 'left in secure porch' which wasn't mine because I don't have one, and, I waited in the whole delivery slot and nobody came. Massive chain of correspondence with them trying to get replacement or refund and their systems are convoluted, time-consuming and beurocratic. It has cost me hours of wasted time chasing this order and still I have no bath salts and no refund. Disgusted. Hermes are rubbish and so are they.
I ordered on 27 Oct and they informed me that the order will be delivered by 10 Nov, After waiting i got in touch with them and they said you have to wait for 30 days in order for them to check and raise a missing order. After 30 days i contacted them again and they reply you asking someone else received your order maybe neighbour or someone else in the hotel and you have to reply them with your home address. After 3 days you will get a form DOR what they call it and you need to fill in all the details again with your signature. This they request you so that they can check with the courier company. I had checked with the courier company after 20 days when placing the order and they said we never received any such item from Look fantastic. Its been more than 40 days and i have no clue where is my order. Make sure you dont get cheated as they have stupid customer service and each one will ask you the same questions back and forth for months.
In spite of all the horrible reviews, I took a chance and placed an order from this horrible website. I ordered brushes and was sent an email with a dead tracking link. I emailed the company and got no response. I then called them only to be told they would follow up with their courier team. I get an email saying they cant get hold of THEIR partner delivery company so they will treat the package as untracked... I mean, if you cant get hold of the delivery company, how can I as a customer be rest assured that they are capable of doing an international delivery... This is the biggest joke ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE. I wish they had the option of paying with PayPal coz I would get my money back PRONTO. Pathetic! They deserve minus stars.
I placed an order with Look Fantastic on 22nd Nov, after several calls to them and I have also escalated this to the company manager called Del, I still haven't received my order. All I am told is they are dealing with this. I will never use this website again and they need investigating by Watch Dog. I have been promised that I will receive my order in due course and I have asked to have this in writing yet they haven't sent anything to me to confirm this. How this company is still running I will never know.
This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!
Not only I am waiting for my package for 1 month to be delivered, they have cancelled one order after 3 WEEKS waiting to dispatch. On top of that, they haven't shipped it to PO Box provided to them but to a public PO Box which I require to go and collect the parcel from.
Waste of time. Customer service haven't even responded to any of my complaints.
Never again!
