Initially I went shopping for the best beauty box deal. At first I did month to month then to 12 months auto-renew for a best price. Not only have they double charged me more than once but I received two Oct boxes and two November. My account runs monthly from the first and today, November 17th I have been debited AGAIN! And not for the reduced $20cad but $26cad. Wth? See if I get my money back. Geez
They sent my order to the wrong address and refuse to either refund me or send another order. I should have checked for reviews first. That was my fault. They are the worst though. I think they did it on purpose and aren't shipping the items to people. This company should be put out of business and sued. I'm waiting to file a claim with paypal. I've spoken with LOOK FANTASTIC 3 times already through email and PayPal. Hopefully ordering through PayPal is protection.
I want to rate 0 star if I can. This website is a scam, cheat my money. My credit card shown payment already successful, one month passed I have not receive any item and customer servicer/email never reply. This website simply cheat money.
I placed an order for 2 items & paid for express shipping. I received an email stating order would be shipped within 48 hours. For 2 days my order was 'Progressing'. On the third day, I was locked out of my account & when I requested my password to be changed in case I had gotten it wrong, they said there was no record of my email address existing with them! 7 days later I still have no products & still have no access to my account. Scary thinking they have my credit card details & are acting as if I don't exist. Don't go anywhere near this company!
I placed a order for a buy 2 get 1 free hair product. After placing the order, I saw all the terrible reviews and was worried my order wouldnt ever arrive. The order arrived quickly with the free shipping option. I was able to track my order after I received an email with tracking information. The items are exactly what I ordered and the price was excellent. Plus I received my free sample, as advertised. (The items were shipped from Kentucky and I live in Texas, USA.).
I ordered a makeup set as a gift for my sisters birthday, I needed it quite quickly so to be sure it would come in time I paid for next day delivery. I waited 5 days for the product and even sent them messages asking where it was but their responses were unhelpful. After 5 days of waiting and trying to contact them they sent me an email saying they had cancelled my order. By this time it was too late to order it from anywhere else as I needed it the following morning, so I was left without a present to give to my sister on her sixteenth birthday. I understand that there are problems sometimes but if they had let me know earlier that it had been cancelled I could have got something else. However, when I asked where my item was they obviously didnt check its progress before replying or they would have known it had been cancelled. I am so disappointed and wont be ordering (or trying to order) from here again.
If there's a negative star option to choose from I'd give it to them! They deleted my account the following day after I placed my orders. The customer service was very rude! Just left the chat room without solving anything. So disgusted! They look legit but it's a pure scam!

I Live in Dubai and ordered a product from LookFantastic and asked them to deliver to my Hotel. They said I should receive it in a week. I kept waiting for a month, then once I followed up, they informed me that they do not guarantee the delivery to a Hotel since anyone can take the product therefore I will not get it. Complete non-sense! So I asked her a multiple of questions which I never had answers to of course since they are so professional.
If you do not guarantee the delivery to a Hotel, why didn't you ask me to change the address before? Shouldn't the delivery guy call me before to make sure I'm at the Hotel? I assume you asked for my mobile number for a reason no? In case he went to the Hotel and I wasn't there, shouldn't he give it to the reception? I've been in the Hotel for 5 months now and the staff knows me so they would have informed me in case they received anything. Could you please inform me to whom did your delivery guy give the product to? When and at what time did the guy make the delivery?
A list of logical unanswered questions where the support always had the same answer: We do not guarantee Hotel deliveries! The product cost me AED80 (~$20) so it's not a big amount. But it's not about the price, it's about the waste of time, the poor and ridiculous support they have and the way they deliver the products! Wouldn't recommend it at all...
I ordered products worth 38 Euro after making an account. These people are so smart, they simply deleted my account details in less than 3 days after the order was placed. If I try to login or reset my password it just said that there wasn't any email ID associated with this account. FRAUDS BE LIKE! I didn't hear anything from them regarding the order. I tried to contact customer service via the only number *******1481) that is given on the absolute fraud site, NO AVAIL. I should have done in-depth research about the reviews before placing an order. Since it is on UniDays, I thought it is legit. However, please do not place any order on this ever.

Order from lookfantastic.ae (UAE) never made it directly to me, despite clearly stating my delivery address. Since a few weeks ago the order is held at a pickup point - without any information in regards to where to collect the delivery. Picking up is not a problem for me though. Not mentioning the fact it took almost 3 weeks to arrive to the country. Have not heard about deliveries from US to UAE in 5 working days max?
Absolutely terrible customer service:
"I can see from the tracking information that your order has arrived at a pick up point.
We would encourage you to collect your parcel from the pick up point."
I could see this on the website tracking info, thank you for the obvious answer!
Why the order was sent not to my address as initially suggested and was left at a pickup point?
When followed up with the request: to give me at least an explanation or a pick up point location:
2) Why the customer service representative replies with basically a "we don't give a... answer:
"I am very sorry but due to the way this order was sent we are unable to get exact details we would encourage you to get in touch with your local courier provider and seek advice from them"
Ticket closed. Everyone is "happy"

I would actually give 2.5 stars or 50%. Had I been aware that even though I ordered from the US site my items would still be shipping from England I probably wouldn't have bothered. It took about 2 weeks for me to get my stuff which wouldn't be terrible for overseas except that I've ordered from INDIA and received the item within 6 DAYS. Their issue is that they take way too long to ship out the product. I once worked for a beauty company the ships orders out SAME DAY. Look Fantastic step your game up. As a previous commentor mentioned they don't ship everything at once and this is because apparently not all items are in stock although they claim to be. In my case all items were supposedly in stock but when time came to ship 2 out of 3 shipped with the third to be shipped at a later date. I waited patiently for the third to ship, even gave them a few days after the two weeks it took to get the first shipment but nothing, no update on where the last item was. Tired of waiting and upset over being deceived, I decided to cancel the order. After hearing customer service horror stories I was preparing for the worst but it was a SUPER easy and pleasant experience. I dont know this as fact but perhaps US orders are handled by Americans who tend to place great emphasis on great service. 1.5 star for selling items at a lower price than company site (at the time of my purchase) and 1 star for easy cancellation, other than that they are way too slow shipping out (perhaps they need to use a different courier as well) and dont seem truthful about what they have in stock.
Lookfantastic used to be a great online store, I ordered from them often and never had any problems until this year.
For some reason they started shipping ordered products separately, e.g. you receive confirmation e-mail that they have sent the cream, shampoo and makeup, and then a couple of days later they inform you that they have now despatched the cleanser as well. So you have to wait for two packages. Which would not be such a problem, if the second part arrived, however that never happens. First time I contacted them (you have to print and fill in the form), to say that I have received first part of my order, but that one product sent separately was missing. They agreed to send it again. While i was waiting for it, I was stupid enough to make another order (I've never had problems with them before, so I trusted that everything will turn out ok with my first order, and they had a great offer at the moment).
Well, deja vu! They again sent most of my order the very next day, but a cream was sent separately five days later. And surprise, surprise - not only I haven't received the product from the very first order (sent TWICE), but now there is no trace of the second part of the second orher either! That means three products went missing (it's been almost three months already, so I doubt any of them will turn up) and I'm definitely not ordering from them ever again.
I had placed orders worth a combine total of $70 for all products ordered. When I never received my order nearly 2 weeks later, I called customer service who stated she'd contact them and the next day or day after by the most, I'd get my refund! Here it's 3 weeks later and not only have I NEVER received my money now the agent who guaranteed my refund is dodging my phone calls! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME! Oh also this past weekend I checked my bank statement and saw I had $12.95 taken out of my account for something called freeshipping.com website. I called the number associated with this website and found out that look fantastic charges that fee for shipping when they state it's free shipping over a certain amount! I immediately canceled that order but this place is horrible and WILL more than not rip you off! I swore I'd write a review immediately to save any other hard working person from being scammed! I also wish I had seen this website before I had ordered from this horrid place! I too would give 0 stars if I could!
There is no way you can cancel your orders because they will auto re-order it for you, and you have to pay your shipping fee at Canada post when they say 'no shipping fee' when you order it
I have ordered from this site many times and never had any issues until recently.
I placed an order which was quite expensive and unfortunately there was an error on my delivery address.
When I contacted customer services it had not yet been dispatched to the courier but I was told there was nothing look fantastic could do and that it was my responsibility to check the address before submitting my order.
I accept that, however i was offered no help whatsoever and the woman was absolutely useless. She then lied to me and told me that if I contacted royal mail they could edit the address and it could be sent to me.
The next day I did so. Look fantastic had proceeded to dispatch my order despite me informing them the address was wrong.
After being on hold to RM for about 10 minutes I was then informed by the royal mail customer services they had no power to change any delivery details and hopefully my item would not be successfully delivered and instead be returned.
I am fuming at how I have been dealt with as a customer. It was a genuine mistake and one i feel could have been easily resolved. Instead they were not interested in even providing me with courier details at first until I got quite annoyed and demanded to know this information. Know I just have to hope and wait that the items will be returned and I get a refund.
Absolute disgusting customer service and I will never order from here again. Utter disgrace.

I was reluctant to order with all of the bad reviews, but I took the plunge anyways. I got my order shipped within a week and a half, to Canada. It was Bourjois foundation at the correct colour arrived with no issues, so obviously the place is legit. Don't worry about the "scam reviews" Most likely they are an issue with the mailing service and not the actual retailer.
I live in the US, where customer service is not great, but way better than in the UK - and I know what I am talking about, as I lived in the UK for 25 years.
This company have the worst attitude and the most uncaring, nasty customer care 'specialists' / 'managers'.
After ordering my product from their website almost a month ago - which btw, stated that orders usually ship within 24 hours, I had to call them up 10 days ago to find out where my order had got to.
I did not receive one email of explanation from the company, but I was told that the product was in stock and that they were expediting the shipping.
Today, almost two weeks later, after not hearing a word from these people, I had to once again call them to enquire about my order.
I got the same BS excuse as before... technical glitch in the system, it was being expedited etc... do these people really think that we're complete idiots? Not once did the customer 'care' specialist nor her so-called manager Sarah, hint at an apology! These people don't give a toss about their clients or their jobs. They are so badly trained and they should NEVER EVER deal with customers directly. This person was dismissive and downright infuriating. There was no one above her who I could speak to and in the end, I asked for a full refund. Really... is this how people in Britain do business? I'm surprised that anyone ever stays in business with attitudes like that. These people aren't qualified to do anything, other than be polite and accommodating to customers, yet they have an air of snootiness about them, they are sullen and rude. I will never again order from them and if just one customer is put off using this site by my review, I would have done my civic duty! Get your act together LookFantastic, train these officious vipers to treat customers with the respect that they deserve, because right now, you're a total disaster!

I ordered nearly 8 days ago. I still can not manage to get my order. The parcel company (Gnewt Cargo) is a horrible company. They even told me to reorder.
