This company will NOT refund you for DEFECTIVE OR RANCID PRODUCTS! Order from some other company! They don't care about their customers AT ALL! I received a Sanctuary Gift Set that had rancid lotion and creams in it, and they told me to contact the company and they would NOT take the product back, which was just under $20.00! They are horrible!

What an ordeal to return a blow dryer that doesn't list voltage on the description or the specific item. So an instant chat message told me it was US voltage. Get the dryer finally and it is European voltage. Email them back and they said there was no guarantee. Then why do we chat was somebody to double check if an item is what it states? You would think they would know. It is been taking weeks to get a refund on the dryer. That finally came through. Now the issue I have with them is there response to refund me the full amount of $63.85 shipping cost back to the UK from the US. One email says they will, in good will, refund me the full amount, next they say no, then they said yes And I still have not received a refund for the shipping now I have to contact them again and wait. Each time you get a different person. The most frustrating transaction of my life!
I would never buy from this company again. You should not ship to the UNITED STATES. You should be local only.
Made my first online purchase. Put in my friend's code, but wasn't sure it appeared when I checked out. I trusted that it did, and made my purchase. Contacted cust svc immediately to confirm, and told them I would cancel if the code was not in properly.
I chased customer service for close to two weeks, and they finally told me "As you have not entered your friends referral code in the discount code box which is located before check out, you did not get the £10 off. I apologise that you were not aware of this.If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help."

I ordered a 6 month subscription in January and the last couple months I didn't even receive the box. I tried to cancel it but they wouldn't let me because they don't have a way to cancel your subscription and when I tried to get help with it they were not helpful at all. I turned off auto renew which they said would basically cancel my subscription and I wouldn't get charged again but they keep charging me for this box and it never arrives. Do NOT buy anything from them it's a scam.
Waited a month and still my item has not arrived. For a "well known" website you'd think shipping would come with tracking. But nope. I asked for assistance and their "investigation" process is troublesome.

Do not enter into their referral scheme it is a scam. They ask you to send links to your friends and then refuse to apply credit to your or their accounts. They also cite terms and conditions that weren't on the original offer.
Not sure if this is shipping from Mars but still 2 weeks and no delivery. Pay the extra $5 and order from somewhere else.
Order was supposed to be with us within 3-4 days of ordering, 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived and customer service keep on providing the same response 'we have escalated this issue'. No real communication. Still awaiting my delivery. Never again
I placed like 5 orders, canceled all my orders. When i asked what happened, why did my order get canceled? Customer service says get back to me in 2 days. 2 days later my account has been deleted. All my enquiries are gone.
I then register again with the same email, lodge another complain, demanding an answer as to why my order was cancelled, again they stoop so low and deleted my account.
Started a chat using the online chat function, they totally ignored all my questions and ended the chat. Useless.
Few days later got an email saying my order was canceled due to security reason. Whut?
I honestly don't believe this is a legit website. Probably some website made to look fancy to scam money.
Done buy anything from this site. They wil charge Rs500 for delivery plus their products have the highest customs charge I ever experienced (almost the price of the product). I have purchased many international product from other site but never experienced that much. Eg I hav buy a hair care serum fro their site, I thought price was much less than that ofAmazon India(before I use to buy it from Amazon india)but it was my mistake.its became double the amount than Amazon.
I order one thing from lookfantastic and received the wrong item, which I immediately sent back and requested refund. Instead of refund I got the item I ordered, which I already didnt need, because got it much faster from another site. So, I sent it back too. One months later after multiple messages I stil dont have my money. The worse service ever

Worth internet shopping ever. I payed and got email that my delivery will be from 21 of June to 29 of June, but now customer service said i must wait for 1 month! Its not fair! I bought this product because waiting time one month its crazy
I ordered 4 Xmas boxes last Dec. Only 3 arrived. I kept asking when my missing box was arriving. Got a mix of answers which ranged from u only ordered 3 to let us get back to u. Please consider using Lazada. They have every brand there. Shipping is fast. N if u have an issue w the product the reply within the day is sorry for the inconvenience. We will replace it immediately. U dont have to ship the faulty product back. Thats real customer expedience. Plus u can earn points that u can buy more stuff from
Worst customer experience I have had for years! Sent me a faulty product and expected me to pay to send it back for replacement. I complained and they said sorry we will send you a free returns label. It was not that simple though!
Their returns system is unnecessarily complicated and very confusing and after reading other reviews I wonder if I will ever get my refund at all. Still trying.
Very polite staff but totally rubbish, inept service.
A professional approach would have been to tell me to dispose of the damaged product (which was unusable) and offer to send a replacement immediately. This would be cheaper for them as they don't need to pay postage for a return - AND they would have retained a happy customer instead of having this very angry customer who will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
They have 0 empathy for consumer, response team often ignores your questions completely. They will withhold any money they can (I have had 2 separate occasions where I have experienced this). Shipping company used is awful, even after I tried to pick up my package directly they returned it. Somehow LookFantastic thought they were owed 60E in shipping and deduced it from my original purchase. Thieves, really. Thieves with 0 empathy.
I placed an order yesterday morning. Just 1 minute after placing it, I realised I did not want it. So I emailed customer services, and also called them directly to tell them I wanted to cancel the order. They reassured me it was in process.
I sent another email at 6am today requesting a confirmation that the order was cancelled.
More than 24 hours later I received an automated email that my order was despatched which I did not want!
Look fantastic also took my money from my account without my authorisation!
The manager was very unhelpful and non apologetic, stating that cancellations are not guaranteed and refused to issue an immediate refund! They want me to wait for the order I did not want to arrive, and return it back to them, before I can have the money back they took without my consent! Shameful! Awful and inept customer service! Do not trust!
I made an shipping enquiry. I have been asked to repeat myself continuous. I have been told they would contact the courier, that I should wait for 14 days, After 14 days, they told me that I will have my replacement been sent. However, after I sent them the DOR form, they told me they have to contact the courier, I will wait for 14 days. What is the matter? Why this loop? Haven't they already contacted the courier 14 days ago?
It's been about two month, and I can't have my replacement!
