I bought a product on lookfantastic, it was not delivered on the stipulated time.The customer service told me the product could not be dispatched in UAE. Why not inform your clients in advance it cannot be delivered in some area. I raised for refund. I still have not got my money back for almost 3 weeks now. I think that is how they make their money by cheating.
The product I bought in their website was not delievered. I got in touch with the company and they said they can do nothing about that. Very dishonest and shameful.
I spent £240 when they said upgrade to trackable shipment last Nov, totally nightmare. All information prove I never received parcel, but they refuse return my money due to their courier issue. Useless cs keep telling me to wait without deadline, and also said they are not liable if parcel lost in the end! Don't surprise they really said so. If you have £240, throw into water even better than buy from them. Scam company!
I ordered a dermalogica package from lookfantastic and they arrived unsealed, I also got irritations on my skin shortly after I started using them. I have written to them 2 weeks ago but no response yet. They also did not send any free gift that they offered. Save yourself the headache and do not but from this website!
I was supposed to receive my delivery between 4 & 11 Feb. They've just told me it could take up to the end is the month. Just be aware
They advertised a free beauty bag with a purchase over $100. I purchased $120, and they did not send me the bag. Their customer service reps told me they could not send it manually. It was their website's fault for not adding the bag automatically, and then they weren't willing to fix their mistake! This amounts to false advertising and lies. I will never shop on their site again.
Just do not buy from this website. The customer service is crap, they just make you waste your time. In serious companies, the customer is cared for and if there are problems, they are solved, especially when you are a loyal customer. Here they treat you as if YOU were to blame for the problem. I bought a cream that burnt my skin and keeps disintegrating. I even think their customer care agents just translate their messages with google. They do not understand my spanish.
Had to wait over one month for the products. Once arrived 60% of them were missing. They just left the half emptied box in front of the door. I had contacted customer service. But there was no follow up.
Don't order anything from this seller! It's a awful experience! I made a order on 24th of November, with delivery by 28th of November, I didn't receive my order by 30th of November, I wrote them that I want to make a return, and I want a refund from them. Today is 18th of January, and by now I didn't get my money, they told me that they will refund me my money when the items I ordered will be back at their warehouse, and they tell me that the items are not back by now! JUST DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! Also I read a lot of reviews from other customers, and a lot of customer had the same problem, or the items are not original, or the items aren't delivered! Don't repeat my mistake!
This company isn't for real. Too many people, including myself, just never received their orders! This seems to be a serious issue with overseas orders. No reliable tracking. No info for weeks other than "label created." No help at all from useless customer service. Many US orders that were delivered had added CUSTOMS charges! The UK reviews state "fast delivery." What a nightmare! This company is NO GOOD! Stay away..

I always buy stuff on this website, I like the products and the prices. Shame their customer care is so bad. They are very quick to respond to your complaints and very apologetic, but it stops there. Completely lack of skills and interest in finding a solution to any problem you might have with your order.
I placed an order like a month ago, I've never received it because it got probably lost somewhere, and I'm still waiting for a refund. They say they can't give me a refund till they start an investigation to see what happened with the order. Unbelievable! They have enough proof I never received it, as it says very clear on the tracking details that it has never been delivered to me. Actually, last thing on tracking details says it has been sent back to retailer (lookfantastic). But they tell me they don't have it! It's obvious they don't have any intantion whatsoever in giving me my money back. So all I can do it's to stop buying from them and write this review so people know what to expect if they have a problem with their orders. Opt for other websites much more serious than this one if you don't want to loose your money, and your time and energy dealing with their customer care!
I bought 2 foundation Estée Lauder, both fake. They are totally different from de genuine ones! I really regret to have chosen a price over the originality! From now on ILL BE PURCHASING ONLY AT THE ORIGINAL WEBSITE!
The owners of Lookfantastic feel that they are above the law and that they can get away with unsuspecting online shoppers because they are located in the UK. The authorities in America need to investigate, extradite and prosecute them for scamming hundreds if online shoppers with impunity. Their office is located in Manchester Airport and it is very easy for American Authorities to get the assistance from their British counterparts to bring the owners of this shopping site to justice. It is high time that this online shopping centre website is shut down and its owners prosecuted.
Christmas is almost there but I still have no idea where my black friday order is. I contacted them and the customer service SUCKS! The representative refused to answer my question claiming the billing address I gave them to verify my identity did not match their record until I gave them a delivery address I used when I bought something for my mum. And the answer was I needed to wait 30 days to get whatever was sent within the same country. WTF!
Where other sites from Spain, France, Germany delivered in good time notwithstanding BlackFriday and all, with these people I'm still waiting for my things with no clue of when they'll arrive, ( IF they will arrive).- I'm utterly disappointed. They keep sending me a non existant tracking and their customer care is pratically taking people for a ride. Beside being disgusted and spread negative feedback wherever possible, if I don't receive my goods, (ord. *******) shortly I'll block Paypal payment to them. STAY AWAY!

I put the first experience as a one off... 2nd time more drivel about can't get couriers to deliver as its after black friday... RUBBISH... other companies manage without fail.
I vowed I'd not use them again.
However as I'm buying a birthday gift for a friend I needed to get these products, so thought I'd give a last ditch attempt for Look Fantastic to prove themselves as a reputable company and deliver on their promise... FAILED AGAIN.
Products in stock usually dispatched within 24hrs delivery within 3 days...
FALSE INFORMATION!
3 days later still not dispatched no idea when it will be... no idea when it'll arrive, is the response from customer service...
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...

Ok, I know how this works. I am also a webshop owner in the Netherlands. So I gave this company the opportunity to solve this problem, before I wrote this review. But nevertheless, the customer service agent was not able to help me.
This week I ordered two types of perfume, delivered faster than I planned. So far so good. After opening the package, it already smelled like perfume. After opening the box, I saw one of the two perfumes I ordered, was not wrapped in plastic anymore. Also when I tried it for the first time, perfume came out after the first push.
The customer service agent, asked me to send a picture. But as you can understand, it is hard to get this problem on picture.
I know for sure that people, who are working in the distribution section of this company, knows when a product has been used or not. So I cannot believe that I am the first.
Receiving this used perfume, is also giving a problem when you decide to return it. They will not accept it while it already is opened. So be careful if you want to order a gift or similar.
Do not use, ordered an item and the order was cancelled after a week due to 'wrong pricing.
Very upsetting
The system didnt accept my complete address. I immediately sent five messages for them to put in the unit number. They said they cant do it. It was an expensive eye cream and i said i didnt want it going elsewhere. They didnt do anything. I finally got ahold of my own country postal service who said theyll track it when it is in the country. Lookfantastic gave me a tracking number which isnt even working. So now i cant even track the product. The customer service doesnt do anything to help. Only sorry and thank you. THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
Extremely bad service, rude customer care, deliveries late for 2 weeks. Regrets for ordering in first place.
