Poor. I was enticed to order some products by the offer of some complimentary products if I spent over £40. I ordered because I was keen to try a trial size of the offered product before I shelled out £25 for the full size. This was added to my basket. On check out I was offered a further discount as a new' customer. Great I thought!
Products arrived... no complimentary free gift... (my primary reason for ordering). When I chased up I was told that two discounts' could not be used at the same time! I do not consider a complimentary gift a discount' and even if it were, that should have been made clear at check out as I would have chosen the sample product over a few quid discount... There was nothing to say I wouldn't get it until it didn't turn up!
Very sneaky and underhand and I feel conned. Talk about give with one hand and take away with another! Will not order from them again. I also get bombarded now with emails several times a day offering similar such offers'. Would recommend you avoid.
I spent 300euros on 2 orders and a subscription for 3 months beginning of May 2020 and have never received a thing!
I am being told I have received everything. However not one parcel came to my door. Their proof does not show my signature and I have to pay excise duty so they surely would have proof of my signature too, if I had received the parcels. We have to pay the courier before he hands it over.
I have emailed, contacted via website and now resorted to Paypal! Don't hold out any hope of getting my money back though!

I spent $60 on some new products. 2 months later i have never had my questions answered via the online help or text site. I have yet to receive a refund. I would use sephora or another service
I made an order more than 2 months ago for about 5394. 97 (). The parcel has never been delivered, and the customer service is completely unresponsive. They do not care about the reviews, about all the frustration a customer has (and I had A LOT of frustration talking to them, it's like talking to a wall), they don't care about their reputation or customer's lost money. And they were lying they were gonna help me find my parcel, while what they really did was massively ignoring all my complaints. That is a nightmare experience and I do not advise anyone purchasing from them.
Btw, if you see them politely replying somewhere "please message us and we will resolve any issue" in reply to a comment like this one - this is another lie. Their customer care asks for your name and address for 1000 times and never does a thing. They pretend they do not see what you've sent them in a previous message.
Never, never, please never buy anything from them!
Horrible. This company is a scam. Sends you faulty products, and when you've returned them, leaves you hanging with your refund. You literally have to beg to even be given updates. Avoid at all costs.
For the record, was given the round around and ended up conversing with different reps namely Mica, Ciara, Brad and Jennifer, and none were actually helpful. Also, please note this company likes to disguise itself as being based in a certain country (SG, IN etc.) but it's actually based in UK. Again, avoid at all costs
I wasnt aware about Auto renewal (my fault) but when I received the order notification I emailed the company to stop the shipment. They didn't reply on time and they wssnt able to divert the shipment to their address back. The customer service has been very shallow and their reply hasn't been helpful. I wouldn't suggest to buy from them, or, if you subscribe, please be careful to delete the renewal because they won't help you and will charge you the same.
Buyer beaware of them, their customer service is the worst and a return might become your worst nightmare. Since May 30,2020 I m trying to get back my money, for a returned item. Three times I had a back and forth communication with them proving that they got the item back, as each time I had identical conversation, them stating They didnt received it me sending the confirmations. Each conversation would end up with them accepting that the item is in their warehouse and they will get back to me shortly. Finally on 30 of July an employee apologized for the mistake and promised to refund me within 3-6 days, On July 8 I contacted the company again as I havent recieved the money back, and an agent just told me that they havent receieved the item! And they are waiting for it. I had the feeling of dejavu of this conversation. They are beyond the point to be considered as a reputable store to trust, as I never got my money back and having the same conversation over and over. THEY JUST DONT WANT TO REFUND. And it seems they do not communicate between their departments, as even where to return the item was another nightmare.
I am still waiting for my order.
The customer service and the shipping company are blaming each other for the delay ( I sent the shipping Co email to the customer service).
Very frustrating experience, having a customer service "sorry to hear that" is far from enough.
Website not appropriate for urgent needs, estimated delivery date not accurate.
After more than a week in a 24h delayed status (!), They refused to refund my - obviously lost - parcel until I receive and return it. Very good strategy to never refund the customer!

(This review is from lookfastatic.at) I ordered 3 months of subscription boxes. None of them arrived on time and without me chasing the package. One got lost, of course no refund. Products were not worth the price of the box and the diversity was very poor. After 3 months they continued charging my credit card even though I had bought a 3m subscription. Horrible costumer service. Do NOT buy from them, you can get so much better!

I purchase most items online with little difficulty.
When purchasing a pair of tweezers, I was told they would be delivered in 3-6 days.
When this didn't arrive after a couple of weeks, I tried contacting customer service.
Guess what? They purposely have a number that is not reachable. The recording is always

I finally was able to text someone online about needing my order prior to a trip and they told
Me this wouldn't be delivered for another couple of weeks.
Basically, the CEO of this company is playing around with everyone's money.
If you're not in a hurry for an item then you will be okay with this company.
I find there values unethical.
I should have read the reviews about this company before ordering! Dealing with this company has been a terrible experience. They don't seem to realise that they are dealing with expensive products. When I didn't receive my product after waiting for 3 months, they just didn't care and said there was nothing they could do. They have not learned to value their customers at all. This company is not professional and you should not order from them. Strawberry net is a much more professional service.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered some items which were not what I expected. I have tried calling but no response (I get due to covid-19) however I have tried to chat online but it's unavailable, I have emailed 8 times with my order number etc but they keep robotically saying same thing to chat online. All I want is to return goods. Not helpful at all! Shambles
This item was not delivered and one month and many communications later I have still not had a refund. If you have any sort of problem don't expect any customer service or help.
DONT BUY FROM LOOK FANTASTIC
1. They send you order which was canceled online,
2. It takes them 2 weeks to do this
3. When you contact LF for the return, they dont tell what you need to do...
4. they delay issuing the Authorisation Number
5. Than they issue you wrong RA number for the Royal mail label
6. When you eventually return parcel back to LF they claim some items are missing, which is not true
7. When you start proofing the item are not missing your end as the post office receipt indicated the correct weight - (2 kg od salt)
I EXCHANGED 21 EMAILS WITH LOOKFANTASTIC IN ORDER TO RETURN WRONG ITEMS (7.7KG)
From the beginning, I have been given partial information, which makes me think that LF deliberately postpones every single step so the return is not possible. When the return is finally made LF informs me that there is 40 days policy. The return process is timely and frustrating.
DONT BUY anything from LookFantastic! Pay a little bit more and have a pleasant experience!

My order still hasnt arrived it has been more than a month now, cant get in touch and the mail response takes days. Very dissapointing!
I have given 3 stars due to the fact, this must be about the fourth time I have tried one of lookfantastics emailed 'so called' offer codes they have sent to me, either as app exclusive or via their website, and they never work! Tonight I was emailed with an offer of free delivery on all orders ends at midnight, seemingly no code needed. Hmm... so at 10.30pm I tried to make a purchase and guess what it tries to charge me £2.95 shipping! If your offers don't exist Lookfantastic, stop sending the emails!
I ordered an item on 4/17/2020 and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days with my order confirmation. Here we are on 6/2/2020 and nothing. In addition to which every time I contact their customer service they keep asking to confirm my shipping address which I have done 3 times now along with my order number. The item has NEVER been delivered and I am asking for a refund! If you don't want to get ripped off and never receive your merchandise order from these folks. You can't get anyone to answer their calls *******497 which is supposedly in California USA but really at 1:31 PM PCT no one answers? I can't even handle how mad I am at this company. Be smart and know who you are ordering from. Its coming from the UK, OH MY!
BUYERS BEWARE lookfantastic's gift promotions! I made purchases to qualify for a free gift promotion they were running. However, they shipped my orders without gifts, and proceeded to cancel them off the orders.
I would have expected for them to notify me that they had no gifts available anymore during the purchasing process. Alternatively, I would have hoped that they honored their terms #23, "we reserve the right to change the free gift for a gift of equivalent vale".
Customer service representatives offered me instead a $5 store credit which is only amounts to 4% of the gift value. They said that "Free gifts are subject to availability". They still have the item in stock. If promotion funds ran out, they should inform of this shortage at the moment I was making the order.
I feel this company runs shady gift promotions to lure customers to buy more and then claim the promotion was not available after the fact. I advise everyone to be beware the company's free gift promotions.
I live in the US, so I placed my order on the US site. My order was shipped from lookfantastic UK via Royal Mail on 5/7/20 (per Royal Mail) with an ETA of 5/10-5/14. According to Royal Mail, the order left the UK a week later (5/14). The United States Postal Service has yet to receive the package (3 weeks after the order left lookfantastic). I understand the possibility of extended delivery time, but this is just taking WAY TOO LONG. I can't get an answer from lookfantastic. I doubt they even have a customer service department.
I purchased a FOREO product which after 1 week stopped; working. I returned the item and after a lot of emailing back and forth was told I would be refund in 3-5 days. At 6 days I checked my account to find I had been refund only for the postage. After 1 hour of talking (well online anyway) with their customer service i am told it will be 3-5 days yet again before my refund goes through. I would stay away from this company very happy to take your money and not so happy to give it back.
Answer: Did you eventually get your order? I'm from SG too and it's been close to a month, and nothing.
