While their initial logo samples were great when it came to revisions they let me down. I asked for only a few basic revisions, to change the color of two words to one particular color and make them larger, and also change the color of a different word to a different particular color. I have had to call them on two separate occasions and also live chatted with them on three and my design is still not complete. I'm hoping the sixth time is the charm. I will say that I only payed $172 for this logo and compared to other design sites is dirt cheap. So if you don't mind the extra hassle than save yourself some money otherwise... go elsewhere.

My experience with Logo Design Pros was fabulous. At the beginning it was a bit complicated to work without meeting in person. However, my account manager did a good job communicating my ideas to the design team. The customer support, turnaround time and complete project execution was simply fantastic. I would recommend their service to any company or individual looking for professional online design service. Extremely happy with the overall results, thank you guys!

Dont let them fool you by their 80% discount! They take your money then run! I spent more than 4 months developing a project! What the heck! They have approach to make you accept whatever they deliver which is ignore what you ask for days. They claim they can do some work but actually they cant! I would not even give them a half star! Run run I personally refer anyone! Very bad experience with a company that dont care about its clients!

With a limited budget, our team had to get our ecommerce website up without much delay. After browsing through numerous ecommerce web design services, we came across Logo Design Pros' ecommerce package, which was quite affordable for us. Not only do they give you an ecommerce design but other stuff such as logos, stationery designs, social media page designs too! This was the perfect combination and exactly what we were looking for! We didn't have to go different services for different designs. One place and we got it all. This was a huge project and as expected, there were several delays and interruptions, but we appreciate the commitment these guys had. The project manager did not disappoint me and kept me up to date with the progress. The only minor drawback was their timely execution. There were times when they did miss a deadline, but with the quality of work we received, it could be neglected. Over-all, Logo Design Pros was quite friendly and delivered me a good running website.

O. K, so I was just looking for a logo design, without much of an investment. Googling some logo design service, I came across Logo Design Pros and their Unlimited Package was just what I needed. Being quite a difficult client, I do confess to using the Unlimited Design package to my satisfaction. They were very patient with me and catered to my demands well. I asked for several revisions and they were ready to get along with it. I received several logo designs which I did conduct a check upon and it was original and not template based like how I was afraid it would be. I was given the leisure to select the best designs and get unlimited revisions even on that. After a few days, my logo design was finalized and I got a great design. Im planning to get a website design from these guys. Let's see how this works out.

They start off being nice to suck you into a contract. Then once you've made your payment, they play games. Their web designers are inexperienced and have to correct simple designs and concepts many times before the get it right. If you are a versed client who knows what you want, then they make excuses, waste your time and give you a sub-standard work. Reps like Lloyd and Harris need customer service refreshers. Their lead project manager CHRIS Reid is a liar and so arrogant. Sadly the owner never seem to be bothered by all of this. It amazes me that they are still in business.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. If you're looking for upscale, innovative and original work go elsewhere, or prepare to spoon feed them your design that they will take credit for. I was working with a man named Mark Stanton for months on a logo, shortly after he "moved" to another office and left me without a contact.

I have $2000 invested in this and believe the horror stories of asking for money back. I've got to push through with this and get my website done. Unfortunately I anticipate a very lengthy process due to the editors inability to come up with original work, and its evident that they don't take direction. 18 revisions done on a logo that I'd given entire specifics on and it was like trying to teach a baby how to speak.

If you're looking for basic, unoriginal, website and logo design then these guys are your contact. But be ware of the lack of customer service. Also be aware that they will act like they are better than you and talk down to you. I would Strongly recommend going elsewhere and kick these guys to the curb.

I was referred to this company by a friend, who spoke highly of them. I should've done my research. There's a reason why there's always a dramatic sale of 80-90% off. You get what you pay for.

When I got ditched by a freelancer, I decided to opt for a design company instead. Didn't matter if it cost me more, I was just too tired with the cheap, unreliable services offered by freelancers. On a quick search for the best design company, I found logo design pros and contacted them for an urgent project. Hell scared of being doped, I was pretty hard on their contact guy. Anyways, so he took my orders, promised me delivery within 3 days to which I expected a week-long delay atleast. But luckily for me, the designs did turn up in my inbox on the fourth day! Yea, there were some revisions needed, but it went cool. Logo Design Pros gave me a good enough logo design with some stationery designs as well and thank god, they weren't copied or looked like cheap templates. Im quite happy with their design sense and their timely delivery. I'm now thinking to hire logo design pros for a website design project. Keeping my fingers cross!

I would never use this group EVER AGAIN BUT, this relationship was already established by my boss and there is too much money to lose right now.

I began working with them in October on our website. The "web pages" were already designed and we just needed to edit the content, build the site and go live. Simple, right? Not so much...

Our content consists of only four documents. Despite the simplicity here, they have managed top continually screw up content formatting and placement of these four documents repeatedly. So much so that i am now sending them fresh copies for the third time now!

It is now half way through December and we still do not have our website. Customer service is horrible, technical knowledge is mediocre at best and timeliness is non-existent.

I've built my own website from scratch through Wordpress and had a working website, with many more moving parts than this one and it was live in a week. These clowns haven't been able to do in nearly 3 months what an inexperienced novice could accomplish 1 tenth the time.

DON'T EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BUSINESS!

Although signing up with them and picking a package can be a little tricky, I LOVE the work they have done for me. You have to know what you want and be direct with your feedback, but I got exactly what I asked for at a great price. Jose has been awesone and I feel like they are really part of the team that supports my lastest start-up. I would definitely use them again and again! I've worked with a lot of different design/graphic people and companies and logodesignpros have been the best by far.

Logo Design Pros was a good experience for me. Call it desperation but I badly needed a professional design company to work on an important project. I couldn’t risk hiring a freelance designer from the land of nowhere. A friend recommended Logo Design Pros and though I was intimidated with the whole idea, I decided to go for it. Apparently, they turned out to be quite supportive and understanding. Not only did they deliver me an urgent project on time, but also helped me understand the designs and color combinations that was best for my business. The only minor setback was communication issues. I couldn’t get in touch with the support staff as effectively as I expected, but other than that, I am satisfied with their services.

With all these negative Logo Design Pros reviews here, guess I'm a lucky guy cuz they proved to be quite efficient. To test waters I decided to opt for their lowest $95 logo package. Apart from a few delays, they did a good job. They entertained my requests for several revisions and delivered a customized logo design…. Thank God for that cuz I've been doped by so called professional freelance designers several times who gave me silly templates instead of proper logos. Logo Design Pros is now currently creating a website design for me. Will keep ya'll posted with the progress of that too.

So far my experience has been pretty bad. I have sent emails and got no reply from my 'account manager'. When questioned he said that he had replied. When I spoke to him on the phone he had the weirdest accent and when I asked where they were based he said 'Central London' and that he was from 'aussie'. Clearly an Indian. But wasn't bothered to embarrass him any further. I was told unlimited concepts and unlimited revisions but then when I asked for more concepts I was told I 'misheard'. My initial set of logos are actually not too bad. And there's one or two that might be appropriate. I've sent my amendments. But again no reply. So I shall wait and see what they come up with... if they ever get back to me. Wish I had read this site before committing. I Wont be recommending. I'll keep you all posted on the final logo!
