Is there a way to give 0 stars. I am embarrassed to say that i have fallen prey to these guys. Such scumbags and i just dont have words to elaborate.

Please do your research before you jump into conclusions, if you have the money to spend please do find the ones which you think are expensive. Its just a waste of time begging and running behind these fools to get your work done. You are better off learning how to design a website yourself.

I wish nothing but hell breaking loose on these goons

The is company is terrible. We ordered the 3 design package and they sent the 3 designs to us and each design had 2 different backgrounds... they misspelled our company name so we asked them to revise the designs and resend. We received them about 4 days later... 2 days after they were promised. We get the new graphics and say we want to pay for the order and then they tell us that we ordered 12 designs not 3 and that we own them for the 12 designs. So they put our 3 logo choices on 2 different backgrounds and that counts for 6 designs. Then they make a spelling error that we ask to be corrected and that counts for 6 more... Such a rip off. 2 weeks after the process started a I still have no logo because I refused to pay them for work they did not do.

We were happy with the designs so it has nothing to do with not being happy with the work we just don't want to be ripped off!

I was a LogoJeez customer and they merged with LogoDesignPros and that is when my issues started. I have talked to 5 different support people and not one has returned my call with an answer to my issue. The customer support and attitude on this site is just about the worst I have experienced to-date. I canceled two jobs that I started with LogoJeez. If they they can't respond and send the CD's for work done, how can I believe they will make good on a new order? Heads-up Be careful with this company!

. My company hired logodesignpros for brochure design and we were already in too much pressure we needed those brochures quickly. I was afraid that I would be in trouble if I do not get the brochures delivered on time for printing. They did it on time, and I had one hour to prepare rest of the things. Quality was least of my concern at that time but it would be unfair I did not mention that the quality of the design was above my expectations.

I have also used logodesignpros for a logo design. I think it is better than most logo design companies are. I spoke their customer support to explain my concept, they forwarded me to a designer, and this person was very good at his job. He listened intently and sent me a few initial samples within next few hours. I was worried that I will not be able to convey my idea but was surprised to see that they picked it up. The first samples were not exactly what I needed but were close and after a few revisions, I had the logo I wanted. My overall experience with the company was satisfying.

PLEASE! PLEASE! Don't ever use this company even if you are desperate and have no OPTIONS! They are a bunch of Liars- Chris O connel, Greg Adams, Eric, Lloyd-- I've dealt with each one of them-- they don't ever refund your money back and you are left chasing for your money. They hang up if you ask for your refund- all that 100% refund is crap - it will be now almost a year since I am asking for my money and still haven't seen any-- we are looking at around$3000! It just seems very funny and they actually chuckle if you ask them for your money back-- absolutely rubbish designs -- very quick to grab the money and never meet deadlines to post the designs!
