Logo Design Pros proved to be very professional, so far. My web design project was stuck in the middle with another company which never showed up after I paid the initial amount. I run a small furniture store and was in serious need to gett my website done. It was really hard for me to contact them each day just to make few changes in design which never looked great. So, i cancelled my project with them and asked logo design pros to design it from the scratch.

From the very first day, they worked as per my requirements. The communication process was very transparent and my calls were welcomed with the same courtesy and professionalism each time. My website is in the development phase and is expected to get live by this weekend. My special thanks to my account manager for staying in touch and keeping me informed about everything throughout the process.

It seems like I am not the only one who is overwhelmed with the service of Logo Design Pros. I have had a real bad experience with a company that runs design contest on website. I submitted my project there, and still wasn't able to get what i have been looking for. They claimed that they have world's best designers registered on their website, but the reality was against my expectation. What I got was few sketched logos which looked like someone designed them on paint. It was a nightmare, seriously!

I gave logo design pros a chance and now my after reviewing my final design samples; I must acknowledge that they are far better than any other company. Not only my request was processed within few hours but I received a very courteous response on all revisions I asked for. It was really very hard to pick which one was best. Logo Design Pros exceeded my expectations in almost half of the money I wasted on other companies.

Saying this in comparison of all my past experiences, the work quality of Logo Design pros is way above than any other company. If you are a new start up or even an existing company, I STRONGLY suggest them to get your brand new or revamped logo. From the very first sample till last delivery, you will be happy on the decision that you contacted them.

BEWARE! Paid $300, yet waited 9 days for logo concepts - logodesignpros promised concepts within 24 hours on their website. The 9 day wait is not the reason I'm writing this review, the fact that those concepts looked as if they were slopped together in 7 minutes in Microsoft paint, is the reason. Demanded refund, and they ignored me. I used VX Logos (www.vxlogos.com) since my friend recommended it to me after logodesignpros scammed me, and couldn't be happier!

The reason to write my review here is that I got to know about Logo Design Pros from the same website. I seriously had a great time associating with them for designing and developing my salon website. I have been running this business for 3 years now, but my friend suggested me to take online appointments and reservations for my salon. Since, I had no idea where to get start so I contacted them to make me a glamorous website through which I can also sell my cosmetic products online. The design service of Logo Design Pros is really very awesome. My new business got an amazing response because of its logo design and that was designed by them. I wasn't expecting this much creativity while I was signing up on their website it may be because I have never had any experience working with any company over internet. This made me skeptical a bit at that time. But by the time in singed up, i received a call immediately from one of their representatives regarding my requirements and business nature.

From beginning till end the guy who was managing my account was very courteous and polite. I have done business with many design companies as i myself belong to the same industry but these people are real professionals. I had a chance to meet the owner of this company last month in a corporate gathering and his vision tells how professionally they are ruling the industry.

I went to them as a customer an year back for a logo design and stationery sets, the ordered turned up within 2-3 days and that with the unbelievable quality. Now after almost a year, the offer the same quality designs with more affordability and offers.

Normally I do not believe in dealing with online companies, especially after hearing so many stories about scams and frauds, but I gave Logo Design Pros a try because of many positive reviews about them over internet. My order was a website design which they delivered within 5 days without compromising on quality. The design, development and everything was up to the mark and is much better than any other company could have done. I really really feel glad that I contacted them.
