I had a logo designed by them in 2006. For 9 years I have been asking them to stop contacting me to no available. They call my cell phone, and email, each 3-4 times per year. I have begged them, asked politely, cussed them, you name it they don't care. I emailed and called them, every time it's some person in India with broken English who made promises they would stop. I am tired of this endless spam and would recommend you not do business with them on this issue alone.

I added them to my phone block list a few years ago, and my spam filters, but they occasionally change phone numbers and emails to get around it. Today, 9 years late... I received another spammy email.

In the beginning I was concerned about how much the whole package would cost, as I had a limited budget. I wasn't sure if the new business would generate enough profit or not, but it surely has! A number of my clients and students have found me because of my website. Good experience indeed!

They have been delivering false promises over and over in the past three months. Nothing gets done with them. They have the worst service and designers I have ever seen!
Do not throw your money away.

We just got a logo and stationary package done and we're definitely less than satisfied. When you want to revise the logo you have to type a description of exactly what you want and more than likely they won't get it right. We went thru 4 revisions and basically settled because they are so stupid. I even tried to call them 5 times to discuss what we wanted and they never pick up. Terrible support don't waste your money!

I contacted logo design pros again for the glitch that appeared on my website last week. Although i have already closed my project with them but they listen to it and resolve it as soon as they can. Now, what else a client needs!

I usually don't leave reviews for companies but Logo Design Pros made me do that. They truly deserve recognition and positive review for their quality work. I just loved how they kept me in loop about each proceeding in my order. I received exceptional logo design at a price that is really very affordable as compared to other companies. Truly a remarkable service!

I'm convinced that the good reviews are fake just like the names of the people who work there. I was supposed to get a logo design and e-commerce site. They got their money in July 2014 and I still don't have a a website. The phone numbers are no good and they refuse to return my calls. I have turned them to everyone who will listen. I don't want to support terrorist so I also turned them in to the FBI. All they had to do was give me a refund!

I have used this company twice and recently got in touch with them again for a web design. They did pretty good work on that too, the web design has almost all things i asked particularly. Good job done!

The last 2 order I placed at logo design pros went quite well, for which I give full credit to their support team. Through not directly in touch with my designer, my account manager kept me informed on every step and carefully listened to my feedback. My project was completed in due time and I'll definitely be using their animated video service for my next project.

Hello, I am very happy with the quality of the products. One small comment though, it would've been great if you could deliver the project on our agreed deadline. I am sure that is possible if the design team pay attention to minor details in my order brief and revision comments. Logo Design pros completed my project right on time. I even loved the initial samples of logo designs the sent. Truly worth the money. I wish i had contacted them 2 months back when i wasted my money on another company.

DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before wasting my money with this "company". I have been waiting more than 9 months for them to finish my website. They are incompetent, unreliable and inept. They don't know how to develop a website. They follow tutorials. And when they can't figure them out, they expect the customer to do the work. Good luck getting email and phone call responses! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Logo Design pros is Deceptive, Sneaky and Very crafty. Reading some of the reviews i no doubt believe that alot of the reviews posted were by logo design pros insiders team themselves. Its funny how nobody actually tells people what company they are from and what they actually did or what designs or logo they produced or even a link. The positive reviews here are fake and the negative ones are real. This company runs from a PO BOX and is based in india or pakistan claiming they run from Usa, they have NO company registration number and no complaints procedure. THEY ARE NOT BBB Regulated that says it all. They ARE NOT regulated. Say goodbye to your Money when they have it, its a big SCAM
