Live Nation Is On the ONE!
August 12, 2022

My contact with Live Nation has been a most satisfying experience. I am sorry to hear that there has been some unpleasant reports but trust me, they were so professional with me I am almost lost for words in todays todays climate of companies taking people's money and not providing the services at professional level. The employee let's just call them (M) treated me with respect first and foremost. Neither of us played the blame game got right down to the business at hand. After a short conversation as they verified things I explained I was told my tickets were valid and although not the normal policy I would get them in the mail in a few days but they were actually expressed to me. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism. No more pins and needles about the Show I'm to attend.

Worst Blossomm experience Ever
August 7, 2022

Booked a Platinum Party bus to Kid Rock in April with no mention of the need for a parking pass. Two days before the event, our driver contacts us and asks if I have a parking pass. I asked what he was talking about as no one had mentioned a pass when I booked the bus. He informed me that sometime mid-season that LIVE Nation had implemented the need for a parking pass with no notice. He said we could pay cash at the gate. WTF, sounds sketchy to me at best. Then I go to the website and I can't even find out how much it is as it changes per event. When we got to the gate, I felt like I was extorted out of $80. Then once in the venue for the concert, we found that every time you went to the bathroom or to get food and drink, you had to show your ticket in order to get back into the amhpitheatre and again to get into our seats. Has anyone thought this through? This is no easy task when both hands are full with food or drink. I will do my best to avoid LIVE Nation run events in the future.

Absolutely The Worst!
August 3, 2022

Insane service fees and a purse size limit that requires your date to check it for a $10 fee with a disclaimer that they are not responsible for lost and stolen items. 4 bucks for a 12 ounce can of sods. This company is a borderline criminal enterprise. I will never see a performer that uses them ever again. They are not even worthy of one star.

Had covid
July 25, 2022

We were supposed to camp at the Gorge Amphitheater for the Lumineers concert on July 18th. I tested positive for covid that week and thought it was the right thing to do not to go to a concert and expose people. I had paid $321 dollars for camping in June and LiveNation could not have cared less. Zero refund. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. That is straight-up robbery.

Oversold Shows
July 23, 2022

Ruoff Mortgage Center, Live Nation oversold the Chris Stapleton concert. Harassed patrons telling them they couldn't sit or stand in open areas but wouldn't provide or advise ticketed patrons on any place to sit/stand to observe the concert.

If you sell lawn seating, do NOT allow blankets for people to lay out and create 12' spaces for 2 people while other patrons have no places to sit or stand without stepping on lawn blankets. You oversold the show and threatened to kick out patrons who had ticketed seating but no actual "seats". It's a money grab to oversell but not properly manage "lawn seating", do BETTER!

Lastly, please do NOT denote row and seat numbers on lawn seating as it is very confusing for patrons.

Screwed with Santana- Earth Wind and Fire
July 9, 2022

After checking all websites including Santana.com no mention of cancelation for the Ruoff venue July 8th. So we drove down from Chicago. After the EW&F ended they announced Santana postponed. Bull$#*!, they knew he would not be there so all had to go and enter. No refund offered because it's not canceled. Live Nation knew he would not be there. Never posted anything. So now we have a hotel that we would have to reserve, drive down again spending gas.
Bull$#*! all the way.

Motley Crew VIP is a scam - St. Louis
July 6, 2022

We spent over $4,000 on Meet and Greet VIP tickets for Motley Crue for the St. Louis event.
We arrived on time and followed all protocols. We had checked-in and received our negative COVID test by 3:50 PM. Once we entered the stadium to report to the VIP area, we were told to wait outside the Cardinals Club (air conditioned large area), and stood there for 2 and a half hours in 110 degree heat. No water was offered, no seating, nothing. This is VIP service? Once we entered the Cardinals Club, there was obviously plenty of room to stage the various bands' VIPs without oversharing the other groups paid services. What a complete and total lack of competence based on the unhealthy weather conditions. Both my wife and I suffered heat-related injuries as a result of this prolonged time in the heat without any mitigations provided by either LiveNation or the Cardinals organization. We were treated like cattle, not VIPs. Also, after a total of 3 hours of waiting, the Meet 'n Greet was only a 5 second photo with the band with 0 interaction whatsoever. This is absolute fraud regardless of "COVID protocols" you want to use as an excuse. We had negative COVID tests and could have easily spent a few minutes properly distanced from the band for a quick exchange. Again, a huge waste of my family's resources due to the incompetence of all parties involved.

The worst and unfriendly website in America. Make sure you dont hit the wrong button because not only will you be totally out of luck but you will receive several Sorry-Too $#*!ing bad email replies. Purchased tickets for the wrong night and was not allowed to switch to the correct night... 6 weeks in advance of the event. Live Nation is organized crime and bookies... marking up tickets to which they acquire in large quantity. Along with Ticketmaster... Will never go to a concert again where I have to use their service

Bought expensive tickets to see Big Time Rush at the TD Pavilion at the Mann on 6/28. Security was HORRIBLE, mean and ruined the show. Port a potties with no water, no toilet paper, nothing! Then security at the gate not letting me in with a small bag (unless we paid $10 for one of their bags…) with no advance notice on this policy, to security at the seats and bathrooms yelling at everyone like a drill Sargent, the experience was awful. My daughter and her boyfriend were so upset that they had to leave - there was no way to enjoy themselves. This was an important show and the staff absolutely ruined it. They had great seats (6th row) and had a terrible experience. How can I 1) complain to the right people about the terrible treatment by security and 2) request a refund.
I have been having more and more of these experiences with LIVE NATION and it is making us not want to go to concerts. I have been an avid concert goer for many years and spent big $$ on shows. Unless something changes, we will stop purchasing tickets. Security needs to do better, be nicer and use better judgement!

Very disappointed
June 13, 2022

I purchased 3 tickets for a show that I was so excited for. I got in line for the show 40 minutes before it started, and proceeded to wait about 90 minutes in a line that went through several neighborhoods. As I got close, my car battery died from being in idle for as long as it had been. Luckily, there were police officers nearby that helped me get to a safe place on the side of the road. My car finally restarted, and I got back in line. By the time we could see the venue, it was an hour after the show had started and the venue was beyond packed. We decided to turn back because we didn't want to risk the car dying again as there were more than 50 cars still ahead of us at 8:25 PM (an hour after the show started) and it didn't look like we'd be able to get in before the show was over. 3 other cars ahead of us had turned around before us because everything from the booking to the entry was managed horribly and there was no way to guarantee we would get into the show before it was over. There needs to be a limit on how many tickets can be purchased for events like these because this was a complete rip off for many people. It makes me sick to think of all of the people who had to make the decision to leave that had already purchased tickets. I've never had a disappointing concert experience and this was the worst thing I could think of. You guys need to have standards because this was totally inappropriate. I will never book with Live Nation again.

Lawn pass
June 1, 2022

Poor customer service and policies. I wanted to transfer the pass to another name before season start. They said no. So basically "too bad so sad" because the person I bought it for can't go to any of the concerts. I even offered to pay ANY fee up to a new ticket because they are not for sale anymore and they STILL SAID NO! Boo!

Elderly abuse!
May 20, 2022

We took my friends 90 year old mother to see Tim Mcgraw at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio last night. Live Nation ruined the event for us. They refused to take her in the golf cart from the parki lot into venue. She was forcedTo walk the 300 yards to get in. Meanwhile, Live Nation staff were hauling each other around back & forth to harass the crowd on the way in with their petty rules! This company blows! Same treatment on the way out! Will never attend another show hosted by Live Nation. Fun sucking idiots!

What more is there to say? LiveNation, Ticketmaster etc. are extortionists. If you want to see a certain level of performer, those are your only choices. Then they charge ridiculous 'fees' and after all that, you get ZERO customer service. No Live Chat. No phone number to call. Nothing. But completely useless back and forth email support.

However, if you have problems with your tickets, such that you can resolve the problem, you need to contact your bank or credit card company and tell them to Reverse the Charges... that the charges were Fraudulent... because you did 'not receive the goods and services paid for' (which also includes Customer Service).

With these scum companies such as LiveNation and Ticketmaster, we have to do whatever it takes... even if it means stretching the truth with our banks and credit card companies, in order to get these companies to provide us with better service.

This is UNacceptable, and more people need to complain.

Extra admission charge a scam
May 15, 2022

My daughter bought lawn tickets for Stevie Nicks at the amphitheater in the Gorge. We spend hours in our car just getting to the venue then spent more time just to get into the venue. When we finally get to the gate they can't scan our tickets because we didn't purchase the extra $57 dollars for just the admission fee. Apparently you have to buy the seat ticket and the admission ticket. By the time we get to the gate and get turned away it was 8:30. The show was supposed to start at 8:00. They send us to the box office and they tell us there is nothing that they can do if we don't buy the extra admission charge and they won't refund on day of show. By the time we got done at the box office it was 9:00. Still the show hadn't started because of the very huge line of people still trying to get in. After dealing with the crap about the admission fee (which we found out later in the very small print at the bottom of the ticket email) we decided it wasn't worth almost $400 for 4 tickets for lawn seating. Will be putting in a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Never will I ever buy tickets from or attend shows that have anything to do with live nation.

Lawn pass scam
May 3, 2022

As a result of a technical glitch I accidently ordered two sets of two season lawn passes for $478 each, $956 total. These tickets are in my wife's name (2) and my name (2) and they are not transferable. I can't even transfer them to myself. You'd think this would be a partial refund no-brainer decision. Nope. No returns for any reason. They don't even consider returns on purchases. So now I have to get a lawyer to fight an error that was probably a technical hiccup on their website to begin with.
