We were sold tickets that were completely obstructed. We were not told anything about any kind of possibility where we may not be able to see. I asked a Livenation employee that was on site about our seating issues to which she told me "upgrade your seats for an additional charge and see what it gives you, I can't guarantee it's gonna be any better". I paid an additional 10 dollars for the bare minimum upgrade and finally got decent seats. After this coming back from a trip to the restroom, I was stopped by a livenation employee who told me she needed to see our tickets. I didn't have tickets for our new seats only a confirmation email to which I showed her and she rolled her eyes and said "I guess that will work". Not to mention people seated near us made a young boy throw away his wallet chain because it was considered a "weapon". Absolutely ridiculous, I will never purchase tickets from them again
I bought tickets to Club Renaissance several months in advance of the Beyonce concert in Las Vegas, NV. I AM currently writing my review from a line where they cannot verify my identity AND it is the fourth place I was told to go by staff members. It is more than one hour past the show start time and in sitting outside.
This is the most horrible experience I've had. In for not need to spend thousands of dollars for this.
Beyonce and all other artists. Please do your fans better than this.
Never will I ever purchase any ticket from live nation. The fact that I paid over $450 for a vip merch package ticket for the smashing pumpkins concert that was held 08/24/203 to then not receive any of what was promised on my ticket is completely outrageous. I literally missed most of the show trying to ask employees at the venue which was the PNC arts center in NJ to be directed to many different merch stands that had nothing to do with my ticket to then finally be told to email the company and see if they can do something. So I get to emailing them about my situation to then be told we can't mail you your merchandise after the show n pretty much just told me to eff off to now I will forever not purchase a ticket from their let alone an expensive package because you like to cheat your customers
I went to the 50 cent concert last night and it was awesome. I decided to buy food during intermission and specifically wanted bottled water since the temperature was 93 plus. Degrees. I went to one concession stand and Needless to say the cashiers said they weee out of bottled water and was offering beer for an substitute. This is an epic failure. How are you not stock for water for a concert with 10- 15 thousand people in attendance.
I attended a livenation event August 3rd at Darian Lake. I am disabled and need a chair but you were not allowed to bring in your own so I pre-paid for 2 chair rentals and a blanket rental. When I arrived at the venue the place to get chair rentals and blankets was empty and nobody could help me. The very next morning I contacted livenation for a refund and their response is because the event is over they will not issue refunds. So they charged me over $100 for services they never provided and refused to refund it. It's not fair that to see an artist you have to deal with a company that will steal over $100 from you.
If you have issues with your tickets, good luck getting a response from customer service. I wrote in and called two weeks before my event regarding an account issue that prohibited me from posting my tickets. I didn't get a response from support until the day before the event, and my tickets lost a lot of value. I wouldn't be out hundreds of dollars if I could have promptly gotten good customer service.
Tickets that were sold to me for thousands of dollars to the recent Joni Mitchell concert had NO view of the performance. I travelled from Australia to Washington State with Row 7 seats, only to find that our view of the performance was completely obscured by stage equipment. I have been told that because the event has passed, no refunds are possible. The most unethical company I have encountered. Just because you have a ticket don't expect to be able to actually see the show. Disgusting
Accidentally bought some kind of lounge ticket instead of the parking pass. Realized the next day and contacted them with no return call or email. This went on several times as I tried to contact. Eventually got a manager and they said we are just out the money. Couldn't get parking because lot is full now and they won't refund. Only bought one lounge ticket cause it was a mistake so nobody else in group has one. Won't even be spending time in the lounge I am paying to see the concert not lounge. Find it hard to believe a multibillion dollar company can't refund 100 for a mistake and it should have been handled earlier but customer service doesn't respond.
Had a severe weather warning— lightening, insane winds, rain. Yet they still won't let us get a refund for the concert and wouldn't let me sell my ticket. Bad customer service and terrible management.
How could they be allowed to charge so much? All they do is generate a bar code and send you an email. Highway robbery
Beyonce Beehive VIP-Tickets for 950,00/ticket in Hamburg
The palce directly before the stage was very good, but the VIP-service was terrible.
1. After the early entrance we were hold 1 hour in the small blocked area between sation and entrance without any shadow and any possibility to go away. The securities were friendly, but could not let us, because the organisators said the area isn't ready yet. Why the didn#t let us to other area or to wait by the entrance isn't clear
2. The promised gifts were an ugly black cap with small text and terrifble quality looks as a rag and a key holder.
3. They were are not the promised red carpet and the photos on it.
4. We were are not allowed to use the toilets in the VIP-area, because they were according the securities for other VIP-area and needed to went trough the stadion to the next toilets.
As the VIP-guest were displeased aboit it, the securities tryed to block the exit from the VIP area. As I try to start to make photo of it, they unlock it at once.
5. There were not any promised hosts at the VIP-area and in the stadion. We only need to contact to the securities, whcih were friendly, but didn't have any instruction about the points above.
There are not any pöossibilities to post comments about the service by google. I think, because the guests were very disappointed about the VIP-service and the organisator blocked the commets on the Google.
Date of experience: June 21,2023
My 16 year old son and I attended the Roxy Ann theater on June 19th 2023. My son got in the pit and was punched in the guts and ended up throwing up so they removed him from the entire concert without my consent. Not to mention the premium parking that you pay for wasn't even open until they opened the doors so how how can you park in your premium parking when it ain't open! I would like a refund! That is my kid sitting with some homeless man because staff kicked him out mind you he is 16 years old
They send unwanted and unwelcome CRAP to my email and when I try several times to unsubscribe, how convenient (for them) that it fails. So here I am to tell everyone to be aware. Again, it's only my opinion that that are very crafty con artists.
I purchased 4 tickets and VIP Parking Pass for Dead & Company at Star Lake Amphitheater 6/5/23. After I paid $724 for tickets including over $113 for service fees, they disclosed that the tickets were obstructed view. No way to change seats. Terrible customer service.
In the end, it didn't matter because we got to the show after waiting in traffic for 4.5 hours, only to see last few songs. LiveNation was robocalling ticket holders telling them traffic was a mess. They knew this would be a problem when they sold out the show. People were literally abandoning their cars on the highway. Their business practices are CRIMINAL.
If I could rate LiveNation as a ZERO, I would!
I was to attend the Dead and Company Final tour at Talking Stick Amphitheatre in Phoenix. I paid 170 per seat, only to have people from the lawn area take my seats. I asked security to help remove people from my seats. They told me they would have the police help they could not. The police never showed up to help. I am disable can not stand for 3 plus hours for the concert, so I eventually had to leave without seeing the concert. Live Nation and Ticket Master have been no help and will not respond to a refund request. I will never attend an event that Live Nation manages.
There will be no queue number shown and you will be stuck in hours of waiting just to grab no ticket
Allow resale tickets and gotta pay double the price with fees. Pathetic how you treat people and allow this to happen to fulfill your contract duties. F you and your pathetic company
Make purchase and never see your tickets...no one to reach out to when you are frustrated and want answers.
Are you freaking kidding me... been waiting in the waiting room and then in queue for about 20 minutes for Aerosmith tickets and then get PARDON OUR INTERRUPTION. What about authenticating my account and "thinking I was a bot" DOESN'T make sense!
I purchased tickets to see Earth, Wind, & Fire on 5/6 at Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas, TX. They were playing with Santana. I did not pay $400 for two tickets to see Santana- I paid to see E, W&F. They were the lead band. After buying the tickets, I discovered Earth, Wind & Fire are no longer playing and the show was changed to be a solo Santana concert. I should get a refund if I ask because this is not what I paid for. I tried to reach out to Live Nation six times and no one got back to me. I can't sell the ticket because 1) the value has gone down drastically as more and more people try to sell their tickets, because (like me) they paid to see Earth, Wind & Fire. 2) From a technical standpoint, I can't see my barcode to even attempt to try to sell them. Live Nation is a very deceptive business. Imagine spending $3000 on a plane ticket to go to Hawaii, and the plane stops in Nevada on the way to Hawaii. When you land in Nevada, the pilot says, "We're no longer going to Hawaii! No refunds for you!" That is how Live Nation operates. Do not buy a ticket to see two performers on the same stage unless you don't care if one cancels, because one will inevitably cancel, and Live Nation will do nothing for you. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE way to treat a paying consumer.
