Unfortunately site would not allow me to resell tickets I'd previously been told I can resell due to not being able to attend, and offered neither technical help nor refund.

Do not book via LiveNation & Ticketmaster
January 11, 2022

They refuse all cancellations and refunds, even when the situation with covid clearly justifies cancellations.
TicketMaster bought LiveNation and they too are not responding to customer requests for refunds.
Very unacceptable!

Warning do not go to concerts this spring or summer or venues this Year in 2022!
They are now forcing you to prove you have a vaccination shots, and if you can't or choose not to they are making you go into tents and spend $40-$60 to get a negative test! While you miss most of the performance. No refunds.
If you decide to comply with all of their violations and you do go into the concert they are making people give up their personal belongings for their own safety! Rent-a-secuity under the age of 25 are taking ladies purses and other personal belongings until the performance is over.
It's being done at venues all over the state of Indiana and various other states it would do us well to inform our fellow neighbors and family members.

Their site is always down
December 8, 2021

You have a better chance of hitting Powerball than getting a discount through any entertainer you follow and states that you get pre-sale discounts for tickets. I wonder why?, lol, but, just go through the site without said discount and the sites works like a dream...

Caters to scalpers
December 3, 2021

Their verified resale program allows scalpers to go buy up all the tickets for popular concerts and then immediately sell them at premium rates for pure profit before legit buyers can even get through the queue. I got in line at the earliest available time and all available tickets were verified resale by the time I got through the queue. All tickets are listed for 2-3X their list. Crooked as hell. They should prevent anyone from selling a ticket for more than list price or 10% higher. Make these scalpers get real jobs.

I was excited to get Tears for Fears and Garbage tickets this morning for Ameris Bank in Atlanta, but the tickets and fees are exorbitant. As you can see by my screenshot below, the price for 2 good tickets are $336 each and they think they can charge a $60.50 service fee for each ticket. Really? This is a pathetic state of our society where a monopoly dicates and gets what they want. To rip off consumers. I'll be skipping concerts where it's a total rip off.

They would not make up their minds about covid safety procedures in advance of the modest mouse concert I had tickets to. The venue's site said health checks, so I expected the forehead thermometer routine, no big deal. Turned out they wanted live vaccination cards, which wasn't made clear until I arrived, and which I'm not about to carry on my person to a concert anyway. I was told at the venue that I could get a refund, but there was no way to contact them for one. Had to go through ticketmaster for that, fortunately they were cool once I managed to get hold of customer service. Then Houston happened and all of LN's dirty laundry came to light. Clearly they don't care about their patrons. Thanks, no. Will never go to a live nation event again.

Changing without getting notifications
October 29, 2021

Drove for quite some time to go see a concert. Didn't get notified about the changing info that you needed to go to the concert about the Covied card. I had the tickets since July 2021 just to find out after perching a hotel and a parking spot that I wasn't able to get into the concert because you decided to change the info directly on October 4th. What happens if you don't have a computer or have data to get on the internet all the time to check on your tickets. Guess your out of luck. This experience was a butch of bull$#*! on your part Live Nation. Waited for 3 months for this concert just to get turned away. I will never buy tickets from you ever again.

I will never spend another penny with Live Nation or its affiliates. They want vaccines and masks to go to a rock show. I have been to over 400 shows with Live Nation. Never again. Welcome to BANKRUPTCY NAZI PIGS.

Tried to buy tickets 3 times for a show on this site. None of these attempts work, it suggests you to sign up and have payment information entered before the ticket sale so you can get it faster. Well, nowhere in the account can you actually add payment information. Was trying to get tickets and had a screen saying "Tickets are about to become available, hold tight" and as soon as that loading ended there were no tickets left. Not only this, I had friends refreshing the page constantly to make sure they don't sell out. Well, refreshing the page seems to also knock you back in the queue at one stage of loading tickets, but not the next. Very confusing, terrible website design, at no point in my 3 tries did I ever see a ticket for sale when trying to get in demand tickets.

Over Pricing
August 14, 2021

Went to the Kem/Babyface concert and Live Nation charged $20 for parking, was told we could not bring in our lawn chairs, pay for rent a chair, no access to leaving out and come back in. On top of that it stormed earlier and we had to sit on the wet ground. We paid for lawn sitting so what couldn't sit in our lawn chairs. Live Nation is not the only one hurting in this pandemic. People just want to get out and have some fun, yet they put a damper on your outing. Live Nation have some passion for the people, we have been closed in house and limited for going on two years now.

Deserving of no stars.
August 12, 2021

I chose not to attend the Hall and Oates concert at the Bank of NJ pavilion given covid concerns. Related, I looked to transfer my tickets to my sister who already had tickets. The transfer never took place therefore I ended up losing $150 plus dollars. Given the poor overall reviews this should not come as a surprise. Will not do business with you again. Seems like many consumers share this sentiment.

They said you could talk to the crew about how a tour is set up, instead you get a lame photo in front of a backdrop by yourself. Inhospitable and nasty staff scream at you to find your "VIP" ticket somewhere in the venue (some kind of scavenger hunt, wth?) while you miss the opening act. RIP OFF -- don't give these jerks your $.

No communication
August 10, 2021

I have been emailing this company and Walnut Creek for three weeks. NOT one person has answered my questions. They respond with generic answers as to how I need to reach out to other for answers.
My question is " I bought the VIP deck access tickets. What time can I enter the venue?" THESE PEOPLE MAKE MONEY ON THESE ADD ON TICKETS. HOW DO THEY NOT HAVE THE ANSWERS?

Fraudulent Practices and want a refund
August 10, 2021

My daughter bought a three show ticket package at Bald Hill on Long Island for my wife's retirement from a sales rep at live nation The package was supposed to include VIP parking and a private indoor VIP seating area with drink and food services and air conditioned rest rooms. When we went to the first show we were charged forty dollars to park. When we got to the VIP area it was a sloped grass hill outside with dirty high top tables and the legs kept sinking into the ground. There was no drink and food service and the bathroom was public. Plus the private area was not private and there was a free for all as far as seating in the area. I contacted this so called representative of the company for a refund for the two remaining shows and of course he did not respond but was Johnny on the spot for taking my daughters money. We are in the process of legal proceedings right now against the company and this individual scam artist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The so called VIP area pic is below.

World Class Scammers
July 28, 2021

Live Nation supposedly offered "all in" $20 concert tickets for the nation going back to live shows. Turns out it's just a big scam. When you go to their site on the day sales allegedly start, there's nothing available. Avoid them like the plague!

The concert was canceled and they gave my money to the original ticket purchaser because they didn't make it clear I was buying my tickets from a third party. Totally bamboozled me and I got burned for like $400 bucks and I'm not rich just an honest hard laborer natural born American Citizen. What a crock of crap. You can't speak with anyone on the telephone only email correspondence when you desperately need to speak with anyone and no supervisor will ever contact you. Total scam just to enjoy life see a good show and you get your money stolen and someone else gets all of your money. I'm so mad. Total scam. Beware… I love to see concerts but I will never do business here ever again due to this robbery. Nobody should buy tickets from this company or app.
