Agust D (Suga) Newark Concert Day 3 was a nightmare. Nothing was organized. This event was put together by Live Nation at Prudential Center and they are both responsible for this mess. One line became three lines that turned into a mosh pit of people just rushing in to get wristbands. This became a health hazard and was a miniature repeat of the disaster that occurred in Itaewon. People were forced to stand in the rain for over 6+ hours. They in turn made everyone get into multiple mini lines and then took people at random, although some people had camped the night before. They said that camping was not allowed, but staff had said they would honor campers in line because they did not camp directly on the property. The very next morning they instead said this mess was everyone's punishment because people had camped. I find it completely irresponsible of both the prudential center and live nation to let this event turn into such a mess. VIP Soundcheck started at 6, but some VIP designated merch booths didn't even open until 6:30. Official wristbands were supposed to be given out at 10AM, but they didn't actually start giving out wristbands until around 11 and the ones who did receive wristbands weren't even the people that had been waiting in line. It wasn't until staff was completely switched out with Agust D's staff that lines started moving.
Live Nation is so misleading. I got an email from them for Julieta Venega concert tickets. I forward the email to my friend and she agrees we should get tickets. I tell her okay I'll order them. Mind you, no where, like absolutely no where on this email does it say Fast lane tickets (I took screen shots) I click where it says "tickets" and then a timer goes on the screen right away letting you know you have limited time to do the transaction. I still needed to find my wallet so I was in a rush to do the transaction. As I complete it and click purchase, I noticed it now said "fast lane tickets". I tried going back and didn't allow me to and the transaction had already processed. I immediately reached out to customer support and they said they could not help me as all transactions were final sale. I tried again buying actual tickets for the concert and I was unable to. So I got stuck with 2 useless tickets. I went back and looked at the email to retrace my steps and see what exactly I missed and thats when I first noticed how misleading their email was and how it made no mention I mean absolutely ZERO mention about this being fast lane tickets. This is unethical and I know I'm not the only one that's fallen for this. How they continue to operate after the endless amount of complaints is beyond me. F*ck live nation and their sh*tty practices.
I have 2 concerts in my area coming that I would like to go see. I've received pre-sale codes to purchase tickets to both. I keep receiving multiple errors trying to purchase these tickets. Literally have been trying off and on for 7 hours. From my desktop computer both Edge and Chrome, their app and a laptop. EVERYTHING comes up empty handed with a error message "it's not you, it's us." "Can't purchase from this device." I'll get to the payment screen but it's greyed out and I can't put my card # in. JUST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Was trying to buy a ticket as soon as presales opened. As I was checking out livenation decided it was time to update my password, which required them emailing me a link. That email didn't come for half an hour, by then the best seats were gone. Could've just taken my money.
I went to a business conference which I paid over $1000 for and Live Nation security stole my special diet food. They are very unprofessional. Not recommended for business conferences.
VIP packages are a waste of money, reserved seating does not mean you will get the best seat location and can be seated behind people that pay 1/3 of the price.
I placed an order with this company on December 8 expecting it before Christmas. On December 30, my order had not been processed and I asked for a refund. I would avoid doing any business with this company. They are terrible and full of excuses.
Front Gate Tickets/ Live Nation/ Usana FIX THIS!
I Bought Season Passes, Not Cheap. The Passes were Meant to be a Gift for the Holidays, but am only able to give a FRIGGIN confirmation number as the gift rather than MY passes (SUCKY GIFT!) Because someone at Front Gates has decided that no product will be sent until April.
How does that do anyone any good!?!
What is a complaint with out a solution!?!
Have I been ripped off, or will I EVER see MY PASSES!?! It's a FREAKIN MYSTERY!
SOLUTION: SEND ME THE PASSES THAT I BOUGHT, NOW NOT LATER!

Do not trust Live Nation and what you purchase. Purchased a VIP box number 3 in Denver at the Fillmore. Chose box on Ticketmaster website after calling the venue and choosing the box my self. Once at the show we were escorted by Live Nation security to our box only to be moved again tow hours alter and told that there were more then one BOX 3 and we had to move in the middle of the concert missing one of the bands performances. Live Nation supervisor was extremely rude and said it was not their fault it was security fault, and then proceeded to tell us there was nothing we could do except call the venue the next business day. Stated that security was not part of the VIP yet their shirts clearly stated Live Nation on them. Live Nation was unorganized, rude and misleading and have no accountability when consumers are paying hundreds and sometimes thousands for these VIP packages.
Very disappointed. Got tickets for the Jack Johnson's Performance that was cancelled half way. The company did not exchange the tickets to his other concert the night after despite still having venue capacity or even a half refund. Never again will buy concerts from Live Nation.
Ticketmaster/Live Nation has the worst customer service and the pricing is absurd. I went to the EchoPlex for a concert from a small band based in Chicago and they tried to charge $45 for an AMF. I wish I was kidding. The bartender literally said "I am sorry but the pricing is from Live Nation. They started buying up the small Venues in LA during the pandemic when they were about to go bankrupt." Tell me ur a monopoly without telling me. They will inflate anything for money. Greedy scums.
If there was a lower rating I would have chosen it.
We purchased several tickets, then 3 days before the event 2 people in the group got covid so we tried to get refunds for those two. Spent several hours trying to find the correct way to make the request. After getting through and making the request we were informed a day later we had made the request less than 24 hours before the event. Had they been smart enough they would have looked at the time stamp, where it was 48 hours before. We tried for hours, greed is alive and well with these people

I purchased 2 tickets and reserved 2 seats to see Rod Stewart at PNC Art. They overbooked! There were no seats left. It was totally insane. 100's of people standing no where to go. I had no choice except to leave. What a hugh disappointment. I purchased my tickets 6 months in advance for my sister's birthday. I can't express enough how much we were disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!
My partner and I travelled from the U. K. for WWWY festival, it got cancelled an hour before start time, we'd already spent £5,000+ on tickets, hotels and flights so tried looking for tickets for the next day, but the prices were £1,000 a ticket (3x the original cost). I contacted the customer service who sent me a rinse and repeat statement with no help or resolution. The lack of advice or options is miserable and the company has put their own bottom line and they do not care about their customers at all. It would be great to understand why nothing was put in place to protect ticket holders, especially those travelling a long distance like we have (11 hours).
I have been trying for over a year to have someone contact me and they never do. Do not use this horrible service.
Bought tickets to an event at House of blues, Myrtle beach SC... There was an issue with there site when I bought tickets. After hr 45 min! They charged my credit card for an additional seat/ ticket! Contacted 3 times. Will not refund my money! Very Shady! Not a way to do business. Exspecially there mistake!
The Nas and Wu-Tang concert on 9/7/22 was by far the most organized event ever! The parking pass lot was well organized and the parking directors were friendly and made sure everyone knew which way to go. The workers addressed all questions and all concerns where needed. We liked the fact that they told us to enjoy the show and were generally happy to help. As for the actual event, it was GREAT! The acoustics were phenominal under the Pavillion area! The stage and performers were well organized and lit up! There were no bugs biting us at no point during the event and the food was great! My only complaint was that the souvenirs were ridiculously priced. This is our first Live Nation event. As long as they are like this we will return! Thank you for hosting GREAT time!
This company must be loved by the artists it serves. They've taken virtually every venue and turned it into an obnoxious money maker. However, its the customers worst nightmare. Service is shoddy, nothing against the carnival folks out there but that's probably where they hired most of their staff from. The lawn seating at venues has been reduced to next to nothing and the former lawn space turned into "cabanas", "reserved lawn", and seats set up into boxes. You can't even bring your own lawn seats anymore, you have to rent them from Live Nation. They've taken what once was an awesome experience and turned it into an expensive and uncomfortable experience. This makes capitalism look like charity. Their concession prices are ridiculous and the quality is poor. Concerts used to be so much fun. Now I feel like a walking wallet. If you're wealthy, good on ya. If not, concerts now suck. Thanks Live Nation, you suck.
I attended the Luke Bryan concert in Raleigh, NC on Friday, July 8th. I have attended one other event at the Walnut Creek Amphitheatre before and in contrast, the way Live Nation handled the crowds at the Luke Bryan concert was atrocious.
First, I got there at 5pm to wait in line for the concert. The lines were ambiguous at best because there were no ropes set up to direct traffic. When they opened the gates the lines collapsed and 3 or 4 lines converged into one line that previously didn't even exist, and I ended up at the end of the line when previously I had been near the beginning of the line since I arrived in line at 5pm for a 7pm start time.
I am 23 weeks pregnant and I was not able to eat, drink or use the restroom that whole time because the food and water was inside the venue. When I asked a Live Nation representative if I could cut in the line so I could get food and water before I passed out, I was told no (even though I had tickets for seats and not the lawn; and even though I was originally near the front of the line but was unable to push and shove my way to the front with the rest of the crowd when the lines completely changed after I had waited in the proper line for over 2 hours at this point). I was also told by other people around me who had been to at least 15 concerts at this venue that they had never seen such a mess before and it was ridiculous.
Secondly, the concert was supposed to start at 7 and they delayed the concert until at least 7:45. This was not communicated in any way to the people waiting in line. They started the opening act, Mitchell Tenpenny (who I really wanted to see!) exactly when they opened the gates late! There was absolutely no opportunity for anyone who was not one of the first 20 people in the new line to watch his concert. I paid money for the ticket and got there
hours early with the expectation that I would be inside the venue before they started the concert. Why did they delay opening the gates?!? Why did they start the concert late and at the same time as they opened the gates?!?
Thirdly, when I was finally inside the venue, I almost threw up and passed out (because I'm 23 weeks pregnant and was not permitted to buy food or water because it was inside the venue and I had to wait through two separate lines to get into the venue). I asked a Live Nation representative for a chair so I could sit down and I was told "we can call the medics but we can't just bring you a chair". They did not offer to give me water or do anything to help. Thank God for the nicest ladies at a food truck who gave me a free sandwich to help get my blood sugar up before I passed out. The nice ladies at the food truck also helped direct me to the bathrooms and gave me a bottle of water. They were so helpful when the Live Nation personnel were not only unhelpful but rude to pregnant women.
I attended this concert last night the concerts was the best But the security and staff sucked. What kind of metal concert do you haft to sit in your seat not move no dancing no moshing no headbanging no this no that. And if you did you had security and staff rushing you. I will never attend a event at this venue again. And another thing I was poorly labeled by a staff and harassed I have a medical condition to were if I get overwhelmed i pass out so I moved to the grass area to take a breather and this one female staff kept following me and harassing me mind you I had on my medical bracelet and the one they gave me there.
