Lenskart offers a great online shopping experience — with a wide variety of options, an easy ordering process, and nationwide service. On that front, they've done a good job. However, the quality of their products leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a pair of reading glasses just three months ago, and the right side rim broke unexpectedly. I contacted customer support and was told I would receive a response within 24 hours — but getting in touch with them was a cumbersome and frustrating process. I managed to temporarily fix the frame myself using adhesive, but shortly after, the left side rim broke as well. Clearly, the frame is made of cheap plastic and does not live up to even basic durability standards. My advice: don't get swayed by the convenience and variety alone. Check the quality before you buy. Ironically, if you're not careful, they may make you blind, if you buy blindly from them.

I ordered lens with frame. After that they were playing like anything. Already made the payment upfront. I didnt receive the product till now. Cheating company. Dont fall in their prey. Their app is not clear. Thay will promise that that had escalated the issue but there will be no result. They are meant to cheat the customers

Beware of Lenskart's Buy-One-Get-One Offer
I visited Lenskart to buy glasses for my mother and was persuaded to opt for their "Buy One, Get One" (B1G1) offer. I paid upfront, with the understanding that I could select an additional frame within 30 days. However, when I returned, there was no record of the B1G1 offer in my account. Fortunately, I had the invoice, which allowed them to cancel and reprocess the order to reactivate the offer.
On my third visit to claim the second frame, I found the available options under the B1G1 offer to be subpar and irrelevant. I was left with a dilemma: either forfeit the extra money paid for the offer or pay an exorbitant amount for a decent second pair. Be cautious of Lenskart's promotions like B1G1 or "free lenses"—the items included are often low-quality or not worth it. Avoid falling for these misleading offers.

Ordered new glasses on April 15th, they were supposed to arrive on the 25th... today is May 2nd. They are supposedly being held up by FedEx Customs Clearance. I've ordered Lenskart glasses before... and for the price, I'm satisfied... I get new glasses every year, so longevity isn't the problem. I wear progressive lenses, and have had difficulty getting a vendor that has a lens design that works for me... I've had Varilux, Zeiss, Costco brand, etc, and am very happy with Lenskart... if they would only get here! I've had to jump through hoops with Customs trying to get them reviewed and released... I guess the old saying is right..."You get what you pay for..."

I bought a pair of spec in Lenskart in Sep 2024, it has 1 year warranty covered. My frame screw was rusted & certain parts has coating defect, and unfortunately it fell to the floor and plastic of the frame was broken (which can be take out from the frame separately), and I asked for exchange only the rusty screw & coating defects parts, but they refuse to. I do understand it is not covered the damage resulting from the personal handling, but now the rusty & coating defect parts are not due to personal handling issue, why can refuse my request when it is under the warranty?

My spects were supposed to come 4 days back, still no sign of it. Customer service is dodging the call. Inspite of explaining I need my order urgently, they keep delaying it. Highly unprofessional delivery partner they gave

I had my client come in from California. He wanted to get vision glasses built. Praising lens kart a lot I took him to lens kart, mahagun greater noida branch.

Over there a few employees were having lunch in eye test room. Respectfully I said that I will do my market work and come back in 30 mins.

On reaching back after 30 mins the employees were still having lunch. They were least interested to even show a pretence of customer service. I requested for manager name and was given name of Gopal Goswami who was very continently not present at store. I was really astonished to see lack of customer service from a lens kart store. Guess they have made enough business and don't care about customers anymore.

Lenskart sells brand and not Quality. Once upon a time their quality was good. But now they sell brand only not quality. The quality of both the glass and the frame are of substandard and of very poor quality, street vendors do see better quality.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses. I received 1 set of glasses with the wrong prescription, a few days later received the second pair that the prescription was better but still not right. Frames were super cheap material and one of the ear paddles keeps falling out. Had to glue it in. Don't waste your time and money. Not worth the savings.

I bought an expensive frame with Premium Tokai Lens for $300. The lens had vision issues, the frame was of a v poor quality and damaged upon arrival. I couldn't use it at all.

I filed a complaint with LENSKART and they ignored me!

Is a very bad product...the hinges falling off...Post which your dear sales people blame the customer for not handling the frame in the right manner
Ma'am are you aware that the lens that u sell is Not Scratch Resistant and that the sales staff don't mention this
I Unfortunately purchased the above mentioned product in Sept 2023 and since the Nov 2023 onwards I have visit very branch of your company to have the hinges tighten and everytime I went I naively requested the personnel to give me another model...but then they mentioned if it can be repaired ulthen no replacement.
Last month the hinges gave up whilst I was in the immigration queue and I visited Sahara centre sharjah branch and they told to visit the burjuman branch from whee I purchased the frames and stated since the product was broken the company will replace them because it's less than 1year.
I did visit the burjuman branch handover the broken glasses post the checks I was contacted and informed that they cannot repair the frames and they are helpless and was not given approval to replace the product because the frames are 10 months old.
PLEASE HELP

Lenskart can be rated as India's worst eyewear chain. When you enter their showrooms, you are welcomed royally but when you raise a complaint, their real nature will be known. I am a customer since few years with a comic name-Gold member. I & my family would've given them a business of about Rs.1 lakh so far. Recently, my premium priced specs glass got scratches which they sold saying it's scratch-proof but when I raised complaint, they refused any support citing their policies. Never buy from lenskart.
They are no.1 crooks and cheats.
They will give you all colourful pictures to spend on their excessively priced products but have absolutely no ethics when you go back to them with issues.
I urge all to never buy anything from lenskart but buy from Titan Eye+ or other eyewear chains which are much customer-centric organizations.

The frame is broken, take the charges but get it repaired. If the frame is taken from you, then why will someone else do the repair?

This company has probably the worst customer service in the world which is strange because it's based in India, a country known for their customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses with them with a delivery guarantee. Needless to say 3 weeks after the delivery date I get a email asking about my order. I returned the email, and said they hadn't arrived. Shakya apologized and said we will replace them but the frames are out of stock. I promptly gave different styles, it took 3 days to respond. She said ok, those are too expensive. So I gave her other options. 5 days later I get a response with "will credit your order for your next purchase." Confused, I said I thought I was going to get a new pair. 3 days later I received another email this time Shakya said it looks like your frames made it to you. Sorry we couldn't be of assistance

I bought from them last oct,31 and it delivered by nov2 and i exchange nov3. Up to now im still waiting but they didnt send the exchange of the eyeglass. Its already 12days now but Ms. SONALI no response on this. NOT RECOMMENDED, POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY.

Disgusting experience, they are giving products without tag and if we return they will not accept.
Don't buy from lenskart..

Visited Kailash colony and bought Specs worth Rs 20,000/two months back. Today I visited as one of my glass lens came out. They were not experienced at all even to fix lens in glass frame. Over and above, frame was also broken by them.They were so rude that one can not expect from executive of lenskart. I will never buy lenskart anymore and also wil never recommend to my friends and relatives as it's service post purchase is far below expectations and not trained to handle such services. Very very bad experience of such premium purchase too. I do not know the name of woman executive, her behaviour was too rude to me.

I have purchase 16 specs from LensKart in last 3 year. Lens quality is very poor. It's reflecting coating get tint/ teared in my 3 specs each cost Rs. 7000 to Rs.8000. Order no *******799 and *******771.
I have registered my complain on LensKart website there reply me that they provide only 1 year warranty and you will get 10% discount on next purchase.

They changed my look instantly... Good service nd good in quality with vast collections... Thank you lenskart
