I have the worst ever experience with the Lenskart. I have placed order from store and they placed to my home address. In my app it shows it is already delivered. But never got a call or txt abt it. Contacted store and got lame excuses as it was courier service fault and they have replaced the order which I will have to wait all the way again.

Another thing is I already had a Lenskart glasses which the frame was broken. Store told that they can't do anything with the lens and cant find the same frame or suitable one. My glasses were of 1year old. From this I understand their is no use to buy costly frame and costly lenses. Because Lenskart will never help u if they were damaged. If ur frame gets damage or if u loose glass you will have to buy a whole new set in either of this situations.

I searched for many companies. I liked your glasses and prices. The 3-D try on is what sold me. Amazingly accurate. Those shots look like me now! This was my first time ordering my own glasses. I made sure I understood everything I was doing. I found it very easy. I have gotten so many compliments on my new glasses. I can see well again. I am in deep quarantine because of Covid-19. I did my own eye exam using EyeQue. I have worn glasses most of my life and I have never been happier!"

Their favourite tag line is "buy one get one free"... looks appealing but the reality is something else.
They manipulate you into buying a second frame w/o telling you that they charged you for a "premium membership" of Rs. 600 & an insurance of Rs. 100 even after telling you that the insurance is free of cost. I have proof, the salesman came to my home & gave me Rs. 100 admitting that they had given me the wrong info. Still they charged Rs. 600 extra. If i had known that they are charging, I would have only bought one frame... worst experience.& the customer service so damn poor. They wont pick up your phone for 3 days, and when your specs are ready they call to tell you to come pick it up from the store.& when you ask them about the issue, they tell you that they will call you back. No reply to emails, calls, nothing. Worst site.

I have been a customer of Lenskart in India and was delighted when I saw Lenskart.us as a company serving in North America.
I was surprised that website has no mailing address and no customer card number but only an email id.
Still ordered prescription glasses from Canada.
Surprise, surprise:
1. Although they say buy one get one free, I ordered 4 glasses of 102, 102, 82, 82 price. I got charged 102+102 rather 102+82.
2. I got international fees charged on my credit card.
3. There is no provision to cancel the order, once you paid even if you try the same minute one places the order.
4. I wrote to customer care to cancel the order through email but gif reply they have no provision to cancel but one can return once glasses are received.
5. After 8 days of order, received the message that order is shipped and will be delivered in 9 days. 9 days after shipping, head spinning.
6. Received the message from shipping company to pay custom duty of $50. Why customer duty and there is no mention on website.

Feeling completely looted by the company.
Stay away from this company.
