We bought a progressive lens costing 15,000 INR from Lenskart, Palarivattom, Kerala Showroom, and found the quality was very poor, we went to the store and was told that the glasses can be replaced, but since they didnt have the models was referred to Edappally LULU Mall showroom, from where we chose the frames, again had to wait for 7 working days for the glasses to be ready, which also proved of very poor quality after 3 days of usage. Fed up with the store to store visit and head ache as we could not use the lens for these many days, we decided to opt for a refund. However, it was told from the outlet the refund was not possible for products made of cash purchases. THIS WAS NOT INFORMED TO US DURING THE TIME OF PURCHASE! Clearly this was a case of mis selling and we now are left with no option but to file a complaint in consumer court. The worst selling ever from any brand and the worse quality of lenses they provide at for such a whopping cost!
