Lenskart is just ignoring the issue of physical damage done by the wrong frame provided. I am wearing it for more than 3 months and now they are pressurizing me to take a refund for the frame which is not fitting on my face saying that they are not having the appropriate frame for me. As per their instruction, I have already given the product ID selected from their product list which is still available on their website and the mobile app as well.
As per their terms & conditions (20) RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
The refund, return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition as mentioned above.
As stated You could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If this is not applicable, You could exchange the purchased product for a different product of the same value or higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
They are not even ready to discuss the damage done by the wrong frame I am still wearing for last 3 and a half months. Every day they send an mail which is almost a copy and paste of their previous mail. This is how they are dealing with customers.

Order I'd: *******422. Never seen this type pathetic service in my career. I've ordered sun glasses on 29-Aug due to some size issue same has been returned in nearest Store (Takshila, Andheri East, Mumbai) due to store technical issues they didn't marked my order as "Return" till 10 day's after doing multiple follow-ups with CS team Store has been my order to their Wearhouse. Today is 19-Sep it means almost 20 day's still refund is not yet proceed. Strongly recommended don't purchase here.

Following an eye exam, a young girl advised that a pair of glasses were suitable. Having paid R******* for them we then received a call to say that she had made a mistake and we needed to choose a different frame. She didn't like any others, so we asked for a refund. We went to the store a couple of days later. The girl and her manager refused to do a charge back to the account - I now know that this is due to them having to pay an 18% fee to visa. The manager then laughed in my face when I said I wanted either a refund to card or the cash as it was in no way our fault. After 90 mins on hold to head office, the manager' decided that he would ignore me and approach a male friend who had just walked into the shop to find out why I was still waiting. I have never been so disrespected in my life. This store is an embarrassment to Indian culture and people. Tried to cheat me out of R******* and cover their inability to do a professional job properly. It cost me R500,3 hours and a lot of anger and upset to finally get the money returned to me. I would advise everyone to avoid this shop at all costs. They obviously don't understand the needs of spectacle wearers and have no self respect or professionalism. The glasses are not of a good quality and are all very bland, hence she could not find another pair she would be happy with. Disgusting customer service and the manager is a joke in the Commercial Street store.
