I am a regular customer of Lenkart India and was very happy when Lenskart USA came up but it has been more than one year and thet are still settling down. I order few glasses about a year back and took me 3 months to get it after going to and fro with Lenskart India as their USA office was of NO HELP and that also it was only shipped to Miami while they claim it is world wide. Now again I thought they might have settled down and started ordering via PayPal and it shows Internal error and they could not help me again. Just for the info, I do more than 10 transactions on PayPal every week.
I had to contact Lenskart India and place a order from there to my Sister place in India and then have it shipped to St Maarten via DHL.
Lenkart USA has a long way to go before they reach to Lenskart India level. At present not even 2% level compartment to their Indian counterpart.
Hope they start working on it as it is a really very good company with good products.
I was lured by buy 1 and get one. And had a life time learning of this online scam. Dont tryst and buy from these guys.
Never received my order - all i get hear is an apology or no response when i ask for a refund or resend the items. BE CAREFUL.

You dont get to talk or chat with Lenskart.us. I've asked customer service for a contact number multiple times and they dont answer this particular questions but they do answer others. The email response is way too slow and the average turn around time is 4 days.
I ordered kids glasses they sent me a adults glasses after that they said they will send me right order but after that email no reply I sent so many mails but no reply very bad experience please don't waist ur money
While I like the glasses, I had issue with the fit and reach out for a return within the 14 days. I emailed and got of course you have to give a reason why you're returning although they advertise "no questions asked." After that initial email, I am still waiting on address to ship them back, not sure how long this is supposed to take. Also, I could not find a phone number to contact them.
Worst customer experience ever! Ordered 6 pairs and received only 5. Also a couple of pairs do not fit my size even when i made sure I tried thr virtual tryon and carefully selected pairs within the same size family. Secondly some other f them seem a little off from the prescription. Tried Contacting customer service several times but no one ever responded to my emails and texts. Certainly thr customer service sucks big time and thr returns and refund process is not even close to what they make it sound on thre website. Will be filing a claim with the bureau and my credit card company to try and get my money back!
My order ID is *******599, i bought frames from sec 10 store by paying through credit card. I have placed the exchane request and refund on 15 sep and the item was picked and lenskart and then by 18 sep they have refeunded the ammount. But i have not received it till now i have even sent them bank statements too. But still these guys are not trusting me and saying me check with bank and i already spoken to bannk. I will attach details of my complaint with bank too. I was checking their app the item received by lenskart is 23rd then how come they can initiate the refund before receivng the product. They are just torchuring from week.

I woke up, went downtown and hung out at 63rd and Lexington. A naked woman walked by and I noticed she had very small nipples. I put on my new Lenskart lenses, and OMG, the woman had BEAUTIFUL LARGE ROUND NIPPLES! THANK YOU LENSKART!
