Looks dizzy from this lens. Madhapur outlet not supportive even for eye check. Didn't hounered appointment. Call center disconnected the call. Dissatisfied with brand. Pls refund money

I ordered two pair of glasses from this company. I never received them and getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Also, during the entire process, they got the shipping address wrong. I tried numerous phone calls to get it straighened out and they can barely speak English and very hard to understand. I don't know if I'm every going to receive my money back. My advice, steer clear of this company. They have literally no idea what they are doing.

Bought progressive glass from Mahabir Enclave, New Delhi Lenscart Showroom on 28 November 2022. Next day one of the lense came out of frame. They were quick enough to fix it. Today during morning walk I noticed that lense came of frame and fall on ground. I feel product is not of high standard. Since I live in Toronto, Canada it is not feasible for me to go to them. Hence I feel product is good to people who live in India and have sufficient time to visit their multiple showrooms frequently to get your glasses repaired. Not recommended to anyone not living permanently in India.

Feels more like a made in china stuff,normal cheap frames.sold at an inflated price.nothing special.just have good marketing and celebrity as a presenter is enough for a product these days..

I brought my specs 2 months back in the buy 1 get 1 free offer on my membership. I was facing issues with both of my glasses since a few days. The sticks on the right and left side of the specs started to losen.
Today, i went to get them repaired and the people from lenskart simply said we cannot do it and the lost the screw of my glasses and said it was already not there. They made the glasses even loose. Please think twice before buying your products from lenskart. The company services are degrading day by day.

Ordered and received wrong item. They wouldn't refund or accept product back. Instead sent me more of the wrong product. I'm out $80. They also won't reveal their postal address.

I bought a pair of glasses from them that were perfect and inexpensive. I ordered another pair with the same prescription and they came back with distorted lenses. When I told them about it, they wrote back, saying I should wear them for a couple weeks and then go to an optician and have them checked. I clearly explained that they were manufactured wrong. It was so insulting that they paid no attention to what I wrote to them. What team wanted me to do was like asking me to walk 100 miles and call them from the phone booth. Just crazy and totally inappropriate. They are supposed to offer 14 day return policy. They did not honor it. I have read many good reviews of them, so maybe it's just the occasional bad experience, but, they also have many bad reviews, so you can't really trust that you will be treated well.

Got two pairs by selecting frames online. One of these were rimless. They both were progressive lenses. Got excellent bargain, smooth transaction and glasses arrived within two weeks. They fit well and had no complaints. Used one pair more and kept the rimless pair for occasions. I started noticing that the more frequently used pair was losing its clarity. After about a year I noticed that the lenses had visibly changed their color. They had an amber/honey color tinge. I then switched to using the other pair, which looked good although both were bought at the same time. Within three months of usage, even the lenses of the other pair have started showing some tinge and partial loss of clarity. I do not use soaps on these or do not work with chemicals or gasses that may react with these lenses. I mostly work from home. This is the first time I am experiencing that eyeglass lenses can have loss of clarity over time. My experience with Lenscrafters or Warby Parker products is not the same. Their lenses do not have loss of clarity even after years of usage.

During my India visit online I bought 2 sets 1 sunglass with prescription and other normal glasses, I got some gold member offer buy 1 get 1 free and paid Rs9600. When I returned to US and started using glasses realized that quality is poor... first week only my one glass fell off and not able to fix as its keep falling upon given small push. Also sun glasses are fragile. I wish had bought them from some authentic local shop.

Pathetic customer rep and incorrect lens
Customer service of Lenskart has huge knowledge gap. They do not have any knowledge on lens business.
They screw up your lens dimension and then ask to return the product back. Once its returned they will torture you by not refunding and say policy.
Suffering second time with incorrect lens dimension. Never choose Lenskart online

Mala Sharma one of the customer is super rude and has no sense of customer service. All the customer reps will say someone is going to call you within 24 hours, which never happens. They only call to sell you incorrect product but not fix the issue

The way Lenskart online make money is by ordering, dispatching, Obviously with not matching customer requirement. Purposely send broken piece or incorrect dimension lens. Then say that we have the best refund policy and ask for return.
From the order placement till the return, it will take 10 business days. They earn huge profit with that money

Never go with Lenskart online. You will end up wasting time by endless conversation with customer rep as the product always seems to fail the expectation or lens dimensions are incorrect. Then you have to bear the head ache of return and refund

Not flexible to wear, don't feel comfortable to wear and will not buy again from here donot recommend

Both Irfan and Masira from Lenskart store at Ashokraj Goregaon west, have given us an excellent customer service during our purchase of glasses. They helped us to sellect the frames and called us promptly once our order was ready. It was a good experiance. Thank you very much Irfan and Masira, we need such customer service from all the stores of Lenskart. Please this has to be noted by Peyush Bansal the CEO of Lenskart. Thank You. :)

I bought glasses but it's totally garbage I wore them for an hour and I threw I would rather pay more and stick with something I like

Lenskart and their shipping partner FEDEX messed the paper work on some certifications required in order to import the glasses to the USA. Now me ( the customer) have to invest time and effort trying to sort out this issue between the manufacturer and the shipper ( they should pay me for my time!) Lenskart phone support can only say over and over " I understand " but can not seem able to understand that this is an issue between them and the carrier. Calling FEDEX is a waste of time as they put you on hold on the provided telephone number forever.

They are sending me the specs that are pre-owned, I have returned it. There is no point to talking to them. If have replaced the product, but they send the same specs which is return

I bought 4 spects from Lenskart M G road Pune in October'21. One of it broke down in 15 days due to some mishandling by me. I visited the M G road store on 22nd October for same new spects. Afroz ma'am who is sales executive attended me again and managed to get the frame repaired free of cost and saved my Rs 5500. Thank you so much Lenskart and Afroz.

Company ins from India. A lot of phone calls, a lot emails to correct the mistakes and and at the end I get glasses and frames I did not order. I doubt the lenses are done correctly. I have one glasses at home so it is easy to double check it. Just cheap lenses instead progressive one. I am very disappointed. I need a glasses, I have waited the month and need to start the process again. I hope I get my money back.

Be cautious of this company. I've never heard of this company until they charged my card for $113.44 on 9. 9. 21, when the charge came through I immediately disabled my card, I'm glad I did 10 minutes later they tried to pull another $87.29. It's been 11 days and I'm still trying to get the $113.44 refunded! I will update review when/if they refund. TAKE CAUTION GIVING THEM ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION!

Lenskart having low quality products I make a eye glasses above rs 7000 but lens are totally grooming and company no take the responsibility. I suggest pse not purchase costly chasma from this firm
