The bifocal lens was well above my pupil. The glasses are unwearable. Lenses at bifocal line are crooked.

I absolutely Love my Glasses! I had frames that I wanted Lensed. Single Vision with the basic standard AR coating… They are Perfect! The Total time from Order and Delivery was 2 weeks! I am Totally Thrilled with Lensable and Would definitely recommend to Others!
My glasses are missing rhinestones on the sides after you replaced my lenses. Also, it looks like the arms have a coating on that was not there prior. Also, the arms look like they were taken off the glasses and not put back on properly
I had a pair of prescription glasses that the prescription was incorrect and unusable. I loved the frames though! I found Lensabl by searching online, submitted the glasses to switch to readers lenses, and just got them back. Perfect! I can now use the frames for fashion and the reader lenses for function.

I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am with lensabl! You had my sunglasses for 50+ days to put the prescription in them, and I don't think if I would have pushed the issue you would have gotten them done when you did. When I received the sunglasses they were the wrong lenses, mine were the blue mirror lenses and you sent me the smoke lenses. If this is how your quality control works you won't be in business long! Hopefully I will eventually get the correct pair of sunglasses but I assume it will be next year at the rate you did the pair I just got.
1) I was told prior to my order with Lensabl that they could make lenses for Porsche Design P8478 frames (my favorite frames), so I bought a new frame and sent it to Lensabl to have new lens installed. After they received my frame they told me they couldn't make the lens - so no I was stuck with a $250 frame that I couldn't use. Had I been told in the beginning they couldn't make lenses for these frames, I would not have bought the frame. 2) Lensable is pricey. I know their lenses are computer made, so their actual cost is very little. Prices could/should be more reasonable for the cost incurred. 3) There's a long lead time to get the lenses made. It usually takes ~2 weeks from when they receive the frame to when they're ready to ship. They should add shifts to handle the demand so they can process customer orders faster.
I had an old pair of sunglasses with frames I didn't want to part with so I had Lensable replace the lenses. Now I have usable sunglasses and attractive frames I am happy with. The only drawback is the length of time it takes for the process. Desoite the ad that says turn around time 2 - 7 days it takes longer. It is not like going to the local optometrist where you can get everything in a few days. Be prepared to wait a few weeks.
I believe the lens in my latest order are not Trivex, they are thicker and a different shape then the lens (Trivex) from my first order which are the same prescription, just not tinted.
I am happy with my glasses that were returned with my new prescription lenses installed. Somehow I was under the impression that there would be a quick turn around but it took almost three weeks to get my glasses back. I can't compare that if I used someone locally to do the same thing if it would take less time because I think the shipping both ways is what caused the delay and most glasses get shipped to a lab somewhere.
I've had a pair of frames that's I've needed lenses in for so long. I found lensabl and the process of picking out the lenses was so easy! I selected that I needed them to send me a box for shipping and it came in a couple of days. I sent everything back and a week and a half later my glasses are back and perfect! I'll definitely use this site again for any new lenses I buy, so much cheaper than buying from my eye doctor!
Wrong type of bi focal, can't read out of the, all is blurry
Excellent quality lenses and boxing. Came out exactly how I wanted them to.
The Rx is fine along with the glass frames. However the transition Tint with a silver mirror outdoors in sunlight doesn't exist. My old glasses ordered from Cohen's optical has a superior transition Tint.
