I did not receive my package. There is not a customer service phone number to speak with a live agent or manager. My local mail carrier mis delivered to another address and was not able to retrieve it after speaking with my local post office manager. Lensabl customer service is trash. They did not offer to reach out to the local office on my behalf and I had to figure which local post office delivers to my address and file the lift package claim. Lensbal should be held liable for this. Do better, take care of your customers if they do not receive the product they are excepting. This is unacceptable and do care about putting their customer first.

The lenses are fine. I bought Bose Soprano frames, however, and they are not fine. Nice sound, but they are made from rigid plastic that pinch my temples. I cannot adjust the frames, and I cannot wear them for more than 30 minutes without getting a headache. Perhaps my complaint should go to Bose; but, since my card was charged to Lensabl, they get the negative review for the frames.
I knew my prescription had changed, which is why I paid the $25 to have this test done. After completing the test, Lensabl informed me that because my prescription had changed, they could not help me. They should have informed me of this before I paid the $25. I feel completely ripped off.
We re-measured and re-did my lenses twice and I cannot wear them due to them causing eye-strain. I have a very slight prescription and I can't wear these glasses even for a day without experiencing eye strain. They have supposedly been made to the same specifications as a pair with identical measurements but only the lensabl pair is giving me eye strain. They also are scratched almost immediately.
They are refusing to refund me even though I cannot use the pair I paid for.
The order took forever and there was zero communication from the company. They finally shipped my order but only one of two sets of glasses have arrived. The ones that came are actually very well done and I'm pleased with the result. But if they lost my expensive glasses I'll be truly ticked off
All went as planned and the glasses were returned quickly, but the progressive part of the lens is unusable due to placement. I have been working with customer service, and finally went to a competitor site to get an alternate method to get the pupil numbers they are looking for. So easy in that method and matched the numbers I did go back to my doc to get. Waiting since yesterday morning now that the numbers are supplied. Hopefully a correction and replacement lenses received before my trip is coming...
Unfortunately I am not happy with my latest lenses. Me and my wife have ordered few pairs of lenses over the years with lensabl. Always been extremely satisfied with the product and service. Last lenses I ordered have horrible glare from back even though the frames are the most curved frames I've had. None of previous lenses had this much glare. Lensabl was kind enough to pay for shipping to have them checked for anti reflective coating and lab confirmed they had applied anti reflective coating. Unfortunately the glare is very strong and this leaves me with lenses I can't fully enjoy.
I ordered from Bose and was redirected to Lensable I built my prescription from the optometrist office. I was excited I was telling them all about it. I received my order yesterday and have no idea what they sent me. It was not the Bose Tenor I ordered for $466 it was some generic frame from China and prescription was in correct. There is no number to contact customer service. I am extremely disappointed. I will be getting my money back.
I sent in my frames along with their original hard case and the frames were sent back to without it. Instead I was sent a poor quality Lensabl branded soft case. I'm not sure why Lensabl thought it was okay to send my frames back without the original hard case I shipped them in. I would really like the original case sent back to me please!
I really can't say I had a good experience. Order was finished in 20 days instead of two weeks.
Plus on top of that it was done wrong. I ordered gradient tinted glasses but got the solid tint!

I have used y'all several times in the past and aces all around. This time when I sent in my frames things were delayed by quite some time (I assumed supply chain delays and the such) and when I did reach out it turned out that while my packaged arrived at the lab and was checked in my frames weren't with the order. Enter customer experience human extraordinaire - Rhinna. They were so helpful and communicative throughout the process of finding said frames and keeping me up to date on the process and new manufacturing and shipping information. Thanks for being positive and helpful. You'll be seeing me soon!
I purchase NOS vintage glasses from etsy. I have a very high Rx, so it is difficult to find someone to place lenses in these frames. Lensabl did a fantastic job with my Rx and transition lenses!
Admittedly, I was skeptical at first. I had bought frames online and my usual optician quoted me an outrageous price for lenses. Found lensabl on a Google search. The process was efficient and easy to follow. The price point matched my expectations for what options I had chosen. When my glasses arrived (10 days after I had shipped them), I was very impressed with the results: thank you Lensabl
I'm not sure if my doctor gave me the wrong prescription or if Lensabl messed it up but these are supposed to be computer glasses and I can't see more than 10 inches away from my face in them.
Everything went well. As well as response to my enquiries.
I used Lensabl because they're the only one that's offering blue mirror transition xtractive lenses. I choose the poly version, since every one of my glasses use poly. I did have special requests, and expected that would take more time than usual to finish my relense. I sent in the frames, and basically, there's no communications between Lensabl and me, not when they received the frame, not when they started production, or when there's delay. Nothing, I had to email Ann every step of the way, to find out where they are. The supposed "real time" tracking function on the website is a joke, only updates after I inquired about the progress. After reading all the review, I accepted that's the way Lensabl does business. Finally the glasses arrived, my first surprise was how thick the lenses are, I used poly material for all my glasses, but these lenses are easily twice as thick as my other glasses. I put them on, must say they did an excellent job on getting the sight right, and the fashion statement this blue lenses made was outstanding. However, every one commented on how thick the lenses are as well. I emailed Ann again, asking if this is normal, she said a post production specialist will contact me, and make sure what I ordered was what I received. That was three days ago, and no one contacted me. So, in conclusion, slow service, thicker then usual lenses, and lack of real time tracking is the reason that I'm not going to recommend the service to any one else. It's really a pity thou, I really liked the new lenses, but due to the weight increase, I'm afraid I'll have to use my old pair in daily life.
I had no hiccups with the glasses I sent in and the new lenses I got. They arrived earlier than expected, a little less than 2 weeks. When I got them back the lenses looked great, well crafted and solid. I got Transitions XtraActive.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
