I wanted to get lenses put in a new frame I'd purchased and honestly I tried another company before lensabl and it didn't go well they canceled my order and returned my frames with no explanation, then I found lensabl and everything went perfectly I'm extremely happy with how my glasses turned out! With an astigmatism prescription, I had a lot of difficulty the first time around with PD issues and the glasses were unwearable and gave me intense headaches. After getting my PD from my eye doctor and sending them back, the new lenses are an improvement but still not as comfortable as the glasses I ordered from the eye doctor. I feel like this service would be more successful for someone with a milder prescription. However, the quality of lenses seems to be good and the customer service was helpful in trying to resolve my issues.
Sent my Gucci glasses for magnifying lenses
Finally received an email stating that your company could not replace my sunglasses lenses with magnifiers.
Then I was told I would be charged $25.
Why should I be penalized because you could not fill my order? I will go to social media if I do not receive a full refund on my credit card as I find this unfair and unacceptable

It was my mistake submitted my sunglasses prescription for my Stoggles eye glasses. Definitely it was blurry but that's my fault.

My order needed extra processing time due to an unknown production issue. I've been having some discomfort with my original frames for several weeks since getting the new lenses installed. Upon closer inspection, the nose pads are the issue. The left nose pad is contoured in the wrong direction since it is a right-hand nose pad! (e.g. Concave vs Convex)
My daughter bought a pair of vintage frames and I wanted to replace the prescription lenses with non-prescription as a surprise for her. The service when I had questions, the speed of return, and the quality of the work are all beyond my expectations. Very happy with Lensabl and I'd definitely use them again. Also very nice packing job.

Transition lenses came out good, but when I got my glasses back the left arm was bent down badly on the frame and now I can't bend it back for fear of breaking them. It was not bent when I shipped them to Lensabl. Also I requested replacement of nose pads and they were never replaced.

The glasses I sent in were returned with perfect lenses.
It took longer to fill my order than expected but... at first I was annoyed it was taking so long but... when the glasses arrived the prescription lenses ARE PERFECT! I placed my order on September 23rd. I chose Lensabl because of previous good experiences.
I opted to print my own label to save time as I needed to get my glasses back as soon as possible. My back up pair is an older prescription. The lab received my frames on September 26th. The online status of my account was "Estimated to ship in 6 business days". That status never changed until the glasses shipped on November 18th, almost a full 2 months later. I inquired several times with customer service via email. The lab lost my frames and had to replace them. I had to send a link for the replacement frames even though my original order had the Ray-Ban item number and color code. I was also asked if I had a picture of the frames I sent. Really? Isn't this your business? You even sell Ray-Bans on your website. Why would you need a picture when you have the actual item number? I tried calling the 800 number on November 17th. The message said that I would get a call back within 24 hours. I never received a callback. Lensabl is supposed to be a convenient option. It has been nothing but an inconvenience. Slow, unresponsive, and unapologetic is a better description. I am not even sure why I am bothering to provide feedback. Based on recent experience with Lesabl, this will likely be ignored.
I was made aware of when my glasses arrived, any issues with them, and then given a tracking number for the return shipment. In my case, lensabl had an issue with my frames and resolved it better than I could have imagined. Great customer service for glasses that fit and let me see as soon as I received them.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
