I'm very nearsighted and also middle-aged so need readers along with contact lenses. I've had progressive glasses before that were ok, but these are perfect, from the moment I tried them on. I can easily focus at all distances and the ultra-thin lenses (not cheap, but necessary for a strong prescription) are very clear and sharp. I sent in a favorite pair of my reading glasses to have the lenses replaced and they look great.
Sent in some cool frames found elsewhere to have Rx lenses added; made payment, sent in the prescription and photos as requested. Costco and local eyeglass sites do this process in 48 hours. Got an email about 3 weeks later that they BROKE the frames during lens installation. The asked/needed me to send a link to purchase new ones to replace the broken ones! When I inquired about voiding the lens replacement expense due to the broken frames and exorbitant amount of time taken to make what should have been a simple deal happen--I was informed they would not charge me for the broken frame--which I provided in the first place!? Do not do business with Lensabl. What an absolute disaster of an experience. Its been 2 months and still no frames. I'm told they'll be shipping soon...
To receive my glasses it took an inordinate amount of time. And this survey does not need to collect names and emails. Many companies do anonymous surveys.

They said that the order in the web was saying single vision lens for reading only.

I ordered new lenses through Lensabl and all seemed fine but then I got an email saying there had been a problem with inspection of the lenses and Lensabl would be expediting a new pair of lenses. I checked my order and it seemed that progress had stalled so I used the chat/email feature to figure out what was going on. Mark in customer service responded very quickly and hunted down the problem. Apparently that automated message had been triggered when the lenses I had chosen were not in stock. Mark apologized and offered the option of choosing a different color from the lenses available, waiting a few days for the lenses to be restocked or choosing a different option and paying the difference in price. I chose to go with the more expensive lenses (the difference in price was minimal) and to have them proceed from there. I paid the difference and awaited my new glasses. An hour or so after paying, I got another email from Mark stating that the original lenses had come in and the lab had already begun working on my order. Mark apologized and refunded the difference in cost and expedited the shipping for the inconvenience. I'm relaying this entire story because the nature of life is that sometimes thing don't go exactly as planned and Mark and the Lensabl team did everything they could to make me a happy and satisfied customer, which I am! I am of the mind that communication is key and I am infinitely patient if I know what's happening; while I did have to make the initial email inquiry to see what the hold up was in the process, I realize this has more to do with the automated response process than with the people working for the company. And in the end, I appreciate the effort expended to make sure I was/am completely satisfied. The glasses look great, the lenses are high quality, and my prescription is correct. I will do business with Lensabl again!
I had an issue with shipping and it was impossible to get it resolved. No one would answer the phones and after leaving multiple messages and emails no one would speak to me in person. They answered by email only and never properly addressed the issue. To make matters worse, they changed the terms on their website and tried to use that.
The 4-7 day turnaround is false. My glasses took more than a month and after at minimum 4 exchanges with their customer service I still got the same answer, 3-4 more days or they failed inspection and 3-4 more days. Finally received my glasses minus the Gucci case they were sent in, don't remember seeing anywhere where it said they toss your case and give you a cheap lensabl case with their name on it. It took so long I had to take my old frames to a major lens crafter and have them make another pair of glasses at half the cost just so I could see. I recommend to avoid at all costs, and now I get to hunt down a new glasses case at an added expense.
I was not notified they were waiting for a prescription. They did not send tracking one I provided that. Terrible customer service
The experience was personable. The glasses turned out great. I can't believe how clear the lenses are. Much better than my old lenses. Price was more than reasonable. Will use again if my prescription changes.
It started off well, with boxes to send frames back arriving quite fast. But then, no action on your end, no update emails. When I wrote to ask the status, I had to wait 2 days for a reply. And then when my 2 pairs of glasses finally arrived, one of them was not correct and will have to be returned and re-done.
I like the externals of this program: shipping boxes, nice cases for the glasses. But, the receipt I will have to use to try to get insurance reimbursement is poorly done, looks rather cheap and sketchy, lacks complete information, was hard to print. And the poor quality assurance, in sending what is clearly wrong (clear lenses when the order was for sun glasses) does not inspire confidence in your company. I will wait to see how this ultimately resolves.
I ordered two sets of lenses, both single vision, one with transitional lenses. The single vision is wonderful and I plan to try the progressive one next. The transition lenses were not as dark as I had hoped they would be but worked well.
It's been 149 days and I'm still waiting. Once you send your frames in and pay they can do anything you have no options. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE SERVICE. Email is your only way to communicate I bet I've sent over 50 emails. I had to buy glasses from Costco as this is taking so long. READ ALL THE REVIEWS AS ITS A GAMBLE MAYBE YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
