My order took over 3 weeks and when it finally arrived it came with the used lenses from someone else as I had not sent in an old pair but ordered a complete pair of glasses.
I sent three pair of special edition Disney Ray Bans in to have Rx lenses installed. The web site claims you can have your Rx glasses in your hands in 13 days or less. Wrong. More like 30+. When I called on the status, I get ethereal answers that left me clueless as to when I would finally get my glasses. Yes, they are half the cost of your local vision center, but be prepared to wait.
They switched out the lenses and the prescription is great but when I got the glasses back they'd been stretched apart and so they didn't fit my head and face right like they had before.
I ordered contacts, paid for express shipping. The contacts didn't come and I called/emailed over and over. Was told repeatedly that the problem was being handled…. But I never got a follow up and it took over 2 weeks to finally get them! I was not offered any compensations at all! I asked that my next order of two boxes to be free or heavily reduced and my expense of the overnight express shipping to be paid for! I had to order from another company to get me by! I would be willing to try them again if I were compensated for my time and money that was ignored.
We purchased two glasses from Lensabl and were unhappy with the fit. They were very tight and uncomfortable. The return/refund process with Lensabl was an absolute nightmare! When we shipped the glasses to Lensabl, they came back in the mail about 3 weeks later with a note from USPS saying that it was unclaimed by Lensabl so they returned it to sender. Emailed Lensabl and they said to send them again. Had to pay for the shipping again and by then it was another 2 weeks later. It was almost 2 months before we got our refund on the frames. They did not send back the lenses so that we could potentially reuse them on another set of frames. So we paid for lenses that we no longer have. We will never order from Lensabl again. Zenni is cheaper and never had any issues there!

Basically they made a comfortable pair of glasses horrible. I sent them back and there seems to have been no change and it took weeks for their return. I mean no change at all. It was a big expenditure with little satisfaction. I never should have used this company.

The lens I got were fine. I asked for my prescription on Bose sunglasses. The problem is that they did not return my original lenses. I have contacted them and they have not responded. Why would a company steal my lenses?
I ordered high index lenses for a pair of eyeglass. The ordering process was easy. The quality is great. And the price was so much better than the quotes I got from optometry shops around me. Only drawback was how long it took. From the day I ordered and dropped my frames in the mail to when I received my eyeglasses back with new lenses was 21 days. Customer service was very responsive though when I emailed them to ask the status and how much longer it would be. But, overall, I was very satisfied, and I have since ordered lenses for a second pair.
The lenses that were provided are ok. I am unhappy with the fact that when sending in my glasses I looked for the best way to do so. I did not find that it was best NOT to send in original cases and boxes. I unfortunately sent in my original Tiffany case and box and did not get them back. I did reach out to customer service and was told that they would try to locate my original case and box. Well I never heard back, so I guess I am out of luck. I want my original case and box back. When one spends the money on Tiffany glasses the case and box are a bonus. Shame on me, lesson learned I will not be using Lensabl again.

You need to provide better customer service. I was told you would only refund either the frames or the lenses. I was unable to use lenses or frames because they were too tight and gave me headaches. Your representative told me the frames were not adjustable in order to prevent headaches. I used my previous three Bose wearable technology as a medical device and was unable to use the 4th pair that I bought from you. I will never use Lensabl and will tell all friends and family to never use your company
Had to return my first pair (progressive lenses) ex. Could not read text on my phone and some other issues. Got help from customer service to replace the lenses free of charge. The improvement is visible but not as I had expected when first ordering. Probably not ordering online next time.
Well, did my order, sent wrong lenses replacement, reached out customer service, they did quick actions right away. Sent back my frame to them and they replaced a new annd right lenses for me, great customer service!
First I waited a bit over a week and didn't receive any box from Lensabl. I contacted support and was told that they forgot to send me a tracking number but the box is on the way. Then another week passed and I contacted support again. Turns out that the box was not sent, so finally I got a tracking number and a week later I got the box. Once the glasses got there they went 3 times through the "stages" - received… getting your lenses… mounting… quality control (then back to square one). Turns out it was too complicated to insert 2 simple reading glasses of +2.5 diopters tinted 20%. I should have just gone to a local optician who for the same price would have gotten me the lenses replaced in a week max.
I would describe the experience as abhorrent. Countless emails were sent to and from lensabl, and they simply were unable to communicate effectively. I never even got the lenses I ordered and paid for, and it resulted in a credit card dispute. If you need lenses, go somewhere else, because Lensabl is a horrible merchant with an incompetent lab and incompetent opticians.
Horrible did not complete our order let me order lenses they knew would not work with my prescription do not send them your glasses charged me for lenses we never received no tint no polished edges after I had to purchase a second pair. Unable to return the pair once lensabl returned to me ended up spending 500 dollars on glasses still no t happy with them! Go some place else!
I had lensable put prescription distance lenses in my RayBan sunglasses. It's the first time I've used them in years because I couldn't really see with them on. Loving them so far--and the cost was very reasonable.
I ordered prescription sunglass lenses for a favorite frame I had. The process was seamless, fast turnaround. Love the case they arrived in, and includes spray lens cleaner and cloth. The lenses are actually better than my regular prescription glasses I purchased from my regular doctor. Completely satisfied with this purchase. I will be a return customer for my next replacement set.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
