Ordered 2 different frames with 2 different prescriptions. Everything was great and the glasses arrived quickly!
Submitted Rx, PD numbers, photos and frames. Was contacted for my PD twice; gave each time, but they didn't record it. The first set of lenses were wrong; sent back frames and the second set was also incorrect. Communications lagged, replies to emails took days or weeks. Won't be trying again.
My frames are not common. Not many places try. Thank you Lensabl for offering the service, but you should warn people that it may take months.
The replacement went great, and sending my glasses in was easy, but I should be able to pay with my FSA card. The reimbursement from my insurance was awful.
The two progressive lenses installed on the two frames I sent in are both WORTHLESS! Both are not focused and I can barely see making it WORTHLESS! I love the idea of ordering glasses online and option to express my order. I paid express for overnight pickup and was notified the next day my glasses would be ready next week. Over a month later I had to chase for an update. Unknown to me they were "waiting" for me to confirm a change they have to make. To summarize concept is great but poor communication let them down.
I had a pair of frames I loved and really just wanted to upgrade the prescription. The process was easy, the prescription is perfect and they even got the pupillary distance and bifocal setting just right. My favorite glasses!
I sent in 2 pairs of glasses. Regular everyday wear and sunglasses. They switched the lenses. I checked my order and I did it correctly. I have called and told representatives that this happened and all I get is "someone will get back to you"! This was a $860.00 dollar mistake!
I ordered polarized sunglasses In order to replace sunglasses that were not polarized. What was sent was not what I ordered at all. The prescription was correct but the lenses are not polarized. Essentially I paid if you hundred dollars for nothing.

I feel like the status after receiving my glasses never changed for over 2 weeks and then changed and arrived within a day.
They arrived with great packaging, box and cases. So was really happy.
Then I noticed the lens got scratched super easily within the first day. Annoyingly it is right in the focal point. I have never scratched a lens before as I take care of them so can't help but think these just aren't as hard wearing as other lenses.
Spent 1 hour discussing the options as well as the expected turnaround time including issues with shipping/production/etc. Due to lingering COVID staffing processes. Placed the order for 2 pairs of glasses, progressive and single vision both using my provided frames, on November 11,2022.
On December 6,2022 I received an email that stated,...unfortunately there was a rejection in the quality inspection, resulting in your lenses being put back into production. Usually this is caused by a blemish to the lenses during production (we create all lenses from scratch) which goes against our promise of delivering perfect lenses to you. We apologize for the slight delay. We have already restarted your lenses and are working to get them finished and shipped out as quickly as possible."
A slight delay of nearly 1 month from the order. That is Lensabl's acceptable definition of slight it seems.
I received my first shipment, yes first...read on...on December 6,2022. I tried on both pair of glasses and found they progressive set had the lenses upside down. Not backwards, just upside down. If I turned the glasses 180 degrees from how I would normally wear them, they worked just fine.
I returned the glasses and on December 26,2022.
There were a number of email, chat and phone conversations and for the sake of time, I will leave them out as this is already a lengthy review. Thank you for your time and I hope this helps others that take the time to read it.

The glasses came back to me with a new lease on life these used to be my everyday glasses and are once again thanks for the great job you folks did for me will use my other stuff i signed up for and paid as soon as i figure out how to use themm thanks and a little help with the other service would be appreciated
The lenses turned out fine but I was a bit disappointed that no other service was done to the glasses—not cleaned, temples and nose pads not straightened, screws not tightened, etc. If I'd brought the glasses to LensCrafters, they would have done those things by default.
I ordered new lenses for my sunglasses in June with the intentions of having them buy my August vacation. They sent me my new glasses with lenses I couldn't see out of so I sent them back. They sent them back again after my vacation and they were still wrong. So wrong that my glasses made me dizzy when I put them on. I reached out asking for my money back because why would I try this again only to be told they had to try a third time or I would not ever get my money back so I told them I would send them just the lenses they weren't getting my frames again. They have never ever reached out to me again to make this right I am sitting here with lenses that I cannot even think about using and having paid a lot of money for him with no satisfaction. If you're even thinking about using them run the other way!

Took over a month. Sent back because they did not have coatings I paid extra for. Still are not correct. Will not use Lensabl again.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
