My order took almost a month to arrive. My frames were bent out and the prescription is a little off. Will not use this service again
First they lost my collector's box (if you dig through the site you can find where it says not to send this in, wish it would have said that in the ordering process), then they overheated my frames causing the hinge mounts to come loose. When they finally arrived they had an awful glare because they only apply AR coating to one side. I sent them back in to have the hinges re-set and the lenses redone. They said the hinge screws were just loose (not true), and the AR costing on the new lenses was so poor it began to ripple after a few days. I wound up needing to have the frames sent into the manufacturer to be repaired, because at first lensabl said they didn't cause the damage, then said me sending them back in to have the lenses replaced was what caused the damage. After taking up a claim with my bank they said I could send them in (again) but there's absolutely no way I trust them at this point. Don't go through Lensabl for any reason, whatsoever!

First attempt - took forever and then lenses didn't fit in the frames, at all, super cheap plastic lenses - LOW quality, lack of service. Second attempt - cheap plastic fit frames better, still loose. Told blandly, no refund possible because the order was "custom," even though non-prescription sunglasses.
Not cheap! Over $147 for nonprescription sunglasses.
I happen to have many pairs of glasses. My Rx changed and I decided to try an online service as the place I get my frames would be a fortune for all my pairs. It was probably 1/2 the price I would have paid. They've been extremely helpful. We've had many conversations back and forth as I sent only a few pair in at a time and the customer service has been great, and again very helpful. Lenses came back great on all the pairs so I'm quite satisfied.
It seems like to edit my order i have to hit 'remove' and do the whole thing over. Seems like should be able to "edit" the part that needs to be edited
I purchased lenses for a pair of Bose tenor frames after I tried them I did not like them Bose returned my money but lensable would not give me back anything I could see them charging a fee but not the whole $285.00
It took way too long. You sent the wrong size lenses and you kept my frames! You also only sent one set of lenses. The tinted ones didn't arrive with the rest of the order. It probably doesn't matter because the other lenses don't fit anyway.
My order was delayed due to an issue at the lab, so it took an extremely long time to receive. I wasn't informed of the problem until I noticed how late my order was and inquired about it. Took several weeks longer than it should have to finally get my glasses. Next time if there's a delay or problem, proactive communication would really help. Not a fantastic experience.

Glasses showed up one month late. Crooked. Paid extra for lenses that darken in light - turns out to be barely perceptible (pun intended). No return policy at all. Bad company - Avoid.
This is my first order with Lensabl. I'm trying them because they seem to offer what I was looking for. But I was sorely disappointed by their product. First of all, they did not true the frame before making the lenses. So the resulting glasses were crooked. It cannot be fixed because I have astigmatism. Rotating the glasses results in a double image.
Secondly, I ordered high-index lenses, so I expect the lenses to be very thin. Not true. I ordered a pair of glasses at the same time with my optometrist, with Essilor Crysal Sappire, Varilux, and Transitions. The glasses from the optometrist were thinner than the Lensabl ones.
Lastly, I ordered blue-light glasses. As they said, their glasses have an amber hue, while my Essilor has a blue hue. I can see that the Lensabl lenses were bluer than my Essilor lenses when looking at a computer screen.
I was excited to use the frame in the office, but now, I'll just stick to the pair from the optometrist. I will never try these online lens replacement companies again. They only give inferior products.
Got my order wrong, I told you that I got my order wrong, and then the replacement pair got lost in the mail. You made me eat that cost, even though the initial mistake was yours. Trash.
I was frustrated by the lack of proactive communication from Lensabl, the excessive amount of time it took to make and deliver my glasses and the quality of the lenses (progressives).
After hearing nothing from Lensabl for 10 days after placing my order I contacted them to get a status update. I learned another photo was needed for accurate measurements. How come they didn't contact me first? Later I learned - after looking for another status update - the lenses had to be remade due to a quality inspection issue. Fine. I get it. Stuff happens and I want the glasses to be right. When they finally arrived I was disappointed and returned them for a remake. Once again the new lenses were rejected during a quality inspection. I finally got them and they're ok. I have some issues with reading clarity but I'm not going to return them again. They're a spare pair and I'll deal with the problem for a short term if my everyday glasses are unavailable.
I would have had my glasses much faster and without all the back and forth if I had purchased this pair from my doctor's eye center or a National chain. Would I have paid more? Yes. Gladly.
I sent in a 50-year-old pair of rimless wire glasses that were going to be tricky but they did an excellent job on the lens mount. My only disappointment was it took them five weeks to do so. Worth the wait for the fine craftsmanship however.
I bought sunglasses lenses prescription and they never gave me the lenses only regular lenses. Called left message and email and no one got back to me! Very upset with customer service, going to report this company to Better Business Bureau!
It has been more than a month now, and I am still waiting on my order for lense replacement on a brand new frame I purchased and sent. After waiting about two weeks or so and not hearing anything, I reached out to track my order. After a few days, someone got back to me telling me that they will have to touch base with someone who can track my order in the Lab. Another few days, and they want more time because the frames have separated from the order. I requested that they immediately put in a replacement order for the frames and gave them all the info to order them. More time goes by, and I ask for an update. Last week the order arrived in their Lab, and they will start making the lenses. They should be ready in another 5-7 days. Then they will ship. I would think that my order should not only be expedited thru the Lab but then overnighted to me. The payment for the lenses left my account on or about 8/17/22. I am still without the glasses on 9/30/22 and I don't have any recent updates telling me that they shipped. This is my second order, and may be my last unless I see some consideration other than an apology.
Someone stole "misplaced" my frames at the Lensabl lab. I was promised a reinbursement, but never received it. Took several months of inquiry to get reimbursed for the lens order for those "misplaced" Mont Blanc frames. The absolute worst custmer service experince ever. I will never use this service again.
I sent them everything that they required. They sent me them back and they were wrong. They asked me to send them back and I thought this is great! Then they sent them back to me a second time and they were wrong. Then they told me I did not send them enough information to fill the prescription. So why did they make them both times? Now they just keep asking me to resend them information that I have already sent them with no resolve! I am very disappointed and they have not refunded me my money or offered a different solution.
Ordered in Jan. Received in feb. Loved the glasses / lenses. Lenses fell out after 2 wears. Lensbl fixed them. But took 4 months to get it right.:-(. So far they are doing well after. They got prescription right and glasses are great.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
