Lensabl experience

I heard about lensabl through a Groupon offer. I learned after the purchase of the deal that I needed to purchase 2 pairs. Nowhere in the offer noted that. Ultimately, the quality of both lenses was good, was just a little disappointed about the deal. I had to purchase another pair when I only needed one.

I found a deal on a pair of Gucci frames. Prior to the California lockdown I sent my frames in for Rx lenses. Selfishly, I thought it would be a good while before I received the order. I was wrong. I am happy with my order and have attended many Zoon meetings since.

I was so happy to find Lensabl! Lenscrafters wanted $600 to fill the prescription for "my" frames and I couldn't afford it, so having Lenasbl fill the prescription at around $225 was the best.
I had my frames for over 6 month till they were able to be filled. It was easy to order online and a quick turn around. Very happy!

Bent frames

My glasses were sent back with the new lenses but the frames were bent. When I contacted Lensabl about that, they were not helpful, stating that happens sometimes when replacing lenses. They suggested we go to a frame shop, not taking any responsibility. However, there was no warning about this that was given to me prior to that. Bottom line is that they should have not bent the frames while replacing the lens process.

I have a particularly high positive prescription so I was SO pleased to find an online company that could make glasses with my prescription, and for an excellent price. There were a few delays due to some manufacturing issues with the frame and my high prescription, but the customer service team were very responsive and communicative. Will definitely be coming back
