I recently got new glasses, because my prescription changed. I wanted to use current RayBan Frames and just change the lenses. My eye doctor said no, because my frames will crack if they get heated to remove the lenses. I thought that was a little weird since I take great care of my glasses and they are in perfect condition. So I said ok and bought brand new ones (which I do love). I am now left with a very expensive paid of RayBan glasses that are gathering dust in my sink drawer. Because of the way that our phones are listening to us all the time, I got served an ad for LENSABL. I wasn't aware that places like LENSABL exist. I did some research, checked out their competitors and decided to turn my old glasses into my "new" RayBan sunglasses without a prescription. The worst they could say was they couldn't do it and ship them back. I am honestly SHOOK at the speed at which I received my glasses back in the mail, the packaging, the customer service, and the QUALITY. I am over the moon that I get to use my old glasses as my new sunglasses. I haven't stopped telling everyone about LENSABL. What a dream of a company!
I think i am going to be coming back here for the next set of glasses. These are better than the optometrist made for me from the same prescription. And these are less cheaper. I am absolutely satisfied and happy.

I have 3 pairs of glasses that I love but the lenses are scratched or my prescription is out dated. I dread trying on glasses. I was very skeptical of ordering replacement lenses online but I was willing to try. So I sent a pair to them. The process was easy. And from the day I mailed the glasses to the day they arrived in my mail box was 13 days. I received a couple emails updating me on the progress and when to expect the glasses to arrive. They found an issue, quality control, insured me it would be fixed and would take a little longer. So, if you have time and patience I would recommend Lendable for replacement lenses and at a very reasonable price point too.
I recommend my glasses frame with new lenses today. Put them on and could see perfectly. I was so impressed.

I wanted to have prescription lenses fitted to a sunglasses frame I bought in Portugal and used lensabl and I was thrilled with the service. While it was not urgent for me I still appreciated when I received an email letting me know they were delayed. Loved how easy the whole thing was.
The process was surprisingly super easy and quick, the only complicated part was obviously getting my own prescription. Also did a good job making sure my product stayed in good condition.
This is my fourth or fifth order from Lensable. They always do a great job with putting lenses in my frames, no matter if they are plastic or metal. I appreciate the option of them providing a pre-paid box for mailing, and their attention to detail. Lensable will not hesitate to remake a pair of lenses should they find even the smallest flaw when the make their quality inspection. And they keep you informed at every step of the process. That is great customer service!
The work seems very good but this is my second pair of glasses I sent and both took nearly a month each for lens re placement. It is too long a wait. Both time times after I requested an update I was given excuse that there was something wrong with the new lens and they had to do them again which I don, tbelieve. It seems that you have too much work and not enough tech in Ian's to do it in a timely fashion
Sent some older frames in to be set up with my new prescription. I have progressive lenses. Followed all the directions online.
Took a little longer than I thought they would to receive them back, but I'd rather my glasses be perfect, so I didn't mind at all.
I must say I was very impressed with the quality of work done. Even got a cool looking case! Great Job! I'll be using them again in the future.
Other than the lens taking a really long time and then having to be remade before shipping it went well.
I'm just going to list what I didnt like about my order
Cons:
- too expensive for the item that I got
- took 43 day to get my glasses back due to constant failed inspection
- my lenses are moving on my frame / not staying in place
- lenses don't sit flush against the nose piece
- poorly put together.
Pros:
- came back in a nice box
Can't say if ill use this service again after this experience
