Testing it out.

Overall, not bad. My lenses were delayed because of a rejection in the quality check. Communication could have been a little better... I had to reach out to find out the status of my order. I did get an initial email, but maybe more emails during the wait? Also, the replacement lenses were thicker than the original lenses, but that was probably my fault for not ordering the thinnest lens option. However, the thickness isn't really that noticeable unless you saw the original lenses. My glasses came back clean, and adjusted so they fit firmly on my head... happy with that! I'm glad that the glasses came with lens cleaning solution and a cleaning cloth, but maybe including a "how to care for" guide would be good too. I like the triangle storage box, but it is kind of bulky to take while travelling.

Not my new glasses

I sent both my old pair of rx glasses, as well as my new glasses I had originally sent to Lensabl for a redo due to the distance being off. I sent the old pair to assist with better determining my distance. I was very disappointed to find the tracking I received was for my old pair to be returned back to me. I still have not received the pair I intended for correction/redo. What's even more confusing is that I sent both the old pair, and the original for redo within the same box which I received back. Why weren't both pairs of glasses within my box? Where are my new glasses?

I recently was very excited to purchase a pair of the new Razer Anzu smart glasses, and a huge factor in my decision was Razer's partnership with lensabl, because I knew I'd be able to get prescription lenses tailored to my needs. And I did! While there was a bit of a wait (a little over a month overall), after a few days now having used my new prescription lenses in my Razer Anzu frames I can confidently say that's it's been well worth it. The only inconvenience, if you can even call it that, is that I had to manually reach out to lensabl beforehand to request to NOT send my frames to them, given the partnership with Razer (it would be nice if there was a checkbox on the website or something). So it was great to, in this case, not have to send them while waiting. Additionally, the prices feel just a little high to me, but I seem to have definitely gotten what I paid for. But anyway, the customer service representatives I interacted with (Jason, Megan, Jove) were SUPER helpful, responsive, patient, and kind. They helped make the wait bearable by providing me consistent & prompt updates as I asked for them, and also readily addressed any questions I had. Based on my fantastic experience and the high quality product I received, I would not hesitate to purchase lenses through lensabl again, and as a Razer Anzu smart glasses wearer I would highly recommend their services. Need to have the lenses replaced as bifocals to 125 can't use to wear as glasses still need to pull down to be able to see. Unable to wear as glasses please respond with return address label and any advice.

Better late than never
September 1, 2021

I sent in two frames to have updated lenses put into them. I printed off two mailing labels which stated that payment for shipping was covered. After buying 2 padded envelopes and fixing the mailing labels I was told by the post office that additional payment would be required. I am glad I checked.

The first pair of glasses I received back were a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. I chose the cheapest progressive lenses that provided polarization. These were returned in 7-14 days and I have no complaints. The second pair were also progressives, but I selected a fairly expensive lense and requested the blue filter for use with computer monitors. After not receiving any word on these, I contacted Lensabl. I was told they couldn't find the frames that I sent in. After I described them and included a picture they found them, unfortunately it took another 2+ months before I received my frames with the new lenses. I was repeatedly told they were first in the queue and it was anticipated they would be completed in 1-3 business days. After hearing nothing after at least 10 business days, I would contact Lensabl again and be told the same story. This happened at least 3 times. I was very close to taking my case to another level when my glasses were completed and returned to me. I must say that I like them but I would not use Lensabl again. They were expensive and I didn't feel Lensabl was up to the task.

My nightmare!

Terrible! I'm a missionary... and was told there would be no problem getting my glasses in 5 weeks... 5 weeks later, nothing but excuses... 6 weeks later they say they have been delivered! But I'm not there! In Central America with no glasses! And I hope after possibly sitting on my porch for over a month they are still there when I return home... will not use this company again!

In the End Happy but a long Process

Overall Happy with product BUT once I initially received product I had to get my Rx lenses for them. Returning it & getting all the info required & having to pay for the return postage was not ideal. I did not receive the return postage label that I paid for & was suppose to receive. I had to pay postage@ the post office & was never reimbursed by your company. My other colleagues did not have this issue with having to pay postage.
Communication with Lensabl was slow, responses took time.
Once I received my RX lenses I was satisfied & enjoy the Stoggles & always wear them while working in a Pediatric Emergency in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Worth the time investment

I purchased three pairs of prescription glasses and I highly recommend Lensabl. I had found the frames I loved and ordered the lenses through Lensabl. The directions for measurement and packaging were clear and easy. Granted, it was time-consuming. It took me about an hour to complete the paper work etc, but it was worth the time and effort. All 3 glasses cost me just over $200. One pair of progressive glasses previously had cost me more than $300. The pricing is great and I received my glasses in less than 2 works. Totally worth it.

I was so happy to find out that Lensabi makes lenses for Bose Tempo. I need them for reading and Bluelight filtering as I'm in front of a screen all day. I opted to have the lenses shipped to me and installation was a little trickier than Bose's lenses as they are a bit thicker but aI managed to get them in correctly. Definitely will recommend this company.

I was so happy to see the Lensabl box delivered today! I could barely see out of my old glasses, and WOW what a difference, I CAN SEE! Thank you for taking the time to make sure the lenses were done correctly, and sending them back in a pretty case! I appreciate your technicians and customer service, and highly recommend them to anyone that's trying to purchase lenses for their glasses. Where did my frames go?

I was excited to try your service to hopefully avoid the cost and delays of going through an optometry office. I sent a pair of glasses to you in order to get custom lenses fit into them. Unfortunately I have only recieved a box with lenses, but no frames. This was after a 10+ day delay in delivery and only a cryptic "issue with my order" emailed to me a week before the mostly empty box arrived at my doorstep. Talk about overpromise and under-deliver. I have less than I started with now that I have to find a new set of frames again...
