I have used this company before. I have had glasses and sunglasses made. I'm happy with the final product and how it's packaged and sent to me.
The problem is communication. They generate automatic emails even before my glasses were shipped. Causing me to go back to my profile and try to figure out if they had already shipped. If so (I hadnt read them) then maybe sent to the wrong address? I thought they'd gone missing in shipment.
Why was I getting this "are you satisfied email" if the package had not already shipped? So there was a lot of confusion and it took me calling them, sending a Chat on the website (not really a chat, they respond by email hours later), emailing them, etc to get an answer that in fact the glasses had not shipped.
Unnecessary time and hassle that marred my experience.
I moved last year, and I couldn't delete my old address in my profile. I had to contact them and have them delete it. Very inefficient.
But the glasses? Great.
After ordering most expensive transition lens option product barely goes dark. Customer not satisfied asked for replacement with darkest option. I'm told they would discount replacement because that option is least dark. Of course we did not know. Poor customer service

Despite the rigorous details required/provided during the ordering process, my prescription implementation is not correct. The near-sighted correction is accurate, but the far-sighted correction is not accurate (and may not be present at all). This is the fourth set of lenses I have purchased with my current prescription. The two ordered through the eye doctor and the one ordered through a different on-line service are perfectly fine - so clearly this is something Lensabl got wrong. At this point I've ended up with a really expense pair of reader lenses. I am not a happy customer.
First pair that was shipped had issues. I was concerned that i would not have a great time getting the issues fixed considering i couldnt walk into a location and have the glasses assessed while i was wearing them. I LOVED the support process, which was quick and easy - it gave me a lot of confidence in ordering more glasses from Lensabl in the future
I was absolutely delighted by my Lensabl experience. The quality is first-rate. On top of which, my glasses were shipped with a complimentary collapsable glass case -- which was wholly unexpected. I could not be happier!
I have tried several different safety goggles, and none of them fit. Stoggles, had small glasses that fit my head and are not bad looking! And Lensabl did a great job hooking them up with great lenses with readers! Very happy with how everything went.

I receive my glasses in a nice packaching, my glasses are perfect. Fast and very good product for the price. The only problem is when i look from near vision too far. My vision is blur. I have to look over my glasses to see well. Im gonna need a strap to hag my glasses around my neck at work with my head light clip on it. Im a dental hygienist.
Lenses for my new smart glasses are great. Total time to ship and return was under a week (chose overnight option for $10). My ONLY COMPLAINT is that Lensabl kept the Razer Anzu case that came with my frames and I thought they would be returned with glasses. I shipped with OEM case since it was case designed specifically for these smart glasses (not a generic case) to stay as secure/protected as possible. This case is soft leather like with interior pouch for charging cable so I really want it back.
I sent a request to Lensabl to return case awaiting reply as of time of review. Hence 4 stars vs. 5.
Order took over two months I kept emailing them even contemplating canceling the order finally shipped only compensation was over night shipping

I bought some Stoggles and paid dearly to have Lensabl make prescription lenses for them, per their partnership. After a two-month wait (and multiple emails), I finally got them back, only to find the lenses give me serious double vision; it would not be safe to wear them. I'm very sad. $200+ wasted. If they can't handle my -11 prescription, they should have just said so!
I did a lens replacement. My lenses took longer to make than usual because lensabl said they were "striving for perfection" (essentially. I'm paraphrasing). When I tried on the glasses, they were giving me dizziness. I had to only look through one specific place to not be dizzy since the rest of the lenses did not let me focus as well. Honestly, pretty disappointed and unsure how much I will actually use those glasses.
I purchase prescription lenses for Bose speaker sunglasses. Lensabl is the preferred prescription lenses partner of Bose. They sent me lenses that were no where close to fitting the glasses. Their customer support is terrible. There isn't a support phone number. They provide a chat line which is NOT a chat line. It simply provides a way to request an email response which can be 1 or 2 days later. I returned the I'll fitting lenses to Lensabl. They received them 2 or 3 days ago and I still haven't heard from them. My experience with Lensabl has been absolutely terrible.
This is my third time using Lensabl to update a pair of glasses -- two pair of sunglasses, one pair of regular specs. Worked perfectly all three times.
I'm so happy with the redo, my directions were followed totally. I do wish I had my original case back, but you guys did say not to send it, so that's my fault.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
